I
would
buy
from
your
online
store.
I
will
just
summarise
the
worst
online
shopping
experience
I
have
ever
had.
Ordered
3
doors
in
August
and
paid
for
all
of
them
straight
away.
They
were
supposed
to
be
delivered
in
October,
and
until
this
point
it
was
absolutely
fine.
I
receive
an
email
few
days
later
saying
that
my
delivery
date
was
gonna
be
postponed
by
over
a
month.
I
wasn’t
happy
but
ok,
delays
can
happen…
In
November
I
was
waiting
for
my
order
that
was
due
to
be
delivered
around
the
22nd
few
days
after
that
date
I
contacted
them
because
no
there
was
no
sign
of
it.
The
“helpful”
customer
service
didn’t
have
a
clue,
after
several
call,
and
I
mean
about
10
calls,
they
told
me
that
the
items
were
handed
over
to
the
delivery
people,
obviously
they
couldn’t
provide
a
tracking
number…
Finally
several
weeks
later
than
the
supposed
delivery
date,
I
receive
my
doors.
It
was
chipped
and
scratched
so
I
asked
to
return
it.
This
was
the
30/11.
They
again
told
me
that
the
courier
would
contact
me
to
pick
up
the
item…
and
guess
what
is
the
24/12
and
I
still
Have
the
item
here
and
no
one
has
contacted
me.
therefore,
I
have
decided
to
keep
the
item
damaged
and
get
it
fixed
myself,
because
I
cannot
deal
with
this
anymore.
I
clearly
cancelled
any
other
orders
I
had
made
with
Leroy
Merlin
and
will
never
ever
use
their
store
anymore
Absolute
jokes…
Just
to
give
an
example
to
LM
how
shopping
online
is
in
2021…
Media
world
was
late
just
under
a
week
to
deliver
a
TV
and
they
automatically
sent
me
the
without
even
me
asking
a
30
euros
voucher
I
was
a
client
of
your
store
since
long
time
but
I
will
never
buy
from
you
again.
SHOPPING
SHOULD
NOT
BE
THIS
FRUSTRATING.
There
are
plenty
of
options
out
there
luckily.
I
will
definitely
give
my
money
to
companies
that
look
after
their
clients.
I
made
3
orders
with
them
ok
the
last
year
and
non
of
them
went
well
so…
