Due to a vehicle emergency, we stayed at this hotel. At first, there were a few things we struggled with. The remote control for the TV didn't work. So we tried to use the phone in the room to call the front desk. That didn't work. So I googled the hotel and found the phone number, which connected me to someplace in Nebraska. So I went down to the front desk. The service was remarkable, and the hotel manager was at my room door within 15 minutes with a new phone, new remote, and even offered to comp our room for our troubles. Whenever we're in Norman OK, this will ALWAYS be our new hotel. Everyone was so kind, the grounds were beautiful, and we felt extremely comfortable. This stay made a bad day much better and we'll forever be grateful.

Pros: Exceptional aesthetics and great location. Plenty of common areas with seating with multiple televisions, fast Wi-Fi. Small outdoor patio with gas fire pit. Good breakfast selection with great waiters/hosts. Cons: The biggest problem with our stay was lack of towels. We chose this hotel partly because we all wanted to cool off in the pool after a long weekend of baseball. We checked in, specifically asked about the pool hours, and the lady at the desk knew we were headed straight to the pool after dropping off our luggage. We go down to the pool, and the family gets in while I go grab them some towels. There are no pool towels so I go back to the front desk to ask for some only to be told they are out of towels and won’t have any more available until late the next morning! I asked her if we can just have normal shower towels instead and it turns out they are completely out of ALL towels except the two that were hanging up in our bathroom! We had booked a double bed room for four people and were expected to share two towels for the pool and showering! That’s just unacceptable in my opinion. The only other negative is the bathrooms are small and the bathtub/shower combo seems dated and small for such a nice hotel and the price.

I've been meaning to write a review, my husband and I were there about a month ago, we had been been driving all night and arrived at the hotel at about 9am , the Manager Tyrone was so gracious and immediately must have known we were exhausted, the front desk provided our room key and Mr. Shannon offered us their complimentary breakfast. The following morning we see Mr Shannon attending to other customers and assisting the staff members with setting up breakfast, cleaning, working front desk. He isn't just sitting behind a desk directly his staff. He shows such great leadership skills in rolling up his sleeves and being a hands on manager, it never goes unnoticed by the customer, let's hope it doesn't go unnoticed by the leadership team... GREAT JOB TYRONE SHANNON AND YOUR AMAZING STAFF. ELIZABETH AND SERGIO PALACIOS.

This was one of my best hotel experiences ever. I will happily recommend this to all of my friends. Taylor offered a very attentive and friendly service and has put a smile on all of our faces. Will gladly come back!

This hotel was reasonably priced and very clean. Even though it is located right next to I-35 traffic noise was not an issue. The reakfast consisted of eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy, assorted cereals, waffles, and assorted bread products. Notably missing were bacon, yogurt, and muffins and pastries. Still it was hot and clean. Also, it has a motorcycle washing station. Never have seen one of those at a hotel or anywhere else! For a one night stay I would recommend.

I had a 5 day event and chose this hotel based on price and reviews. It was clean, comfortable, had friendly staff, especially the breakfast attendants, was located off 1-35 access road, and I felt safe. It was $70 less a night than the "Boutique Hotel" (which I do like:) and included a good breakfast. I didn't love the shampoo and conditioner and I only had 1 soap but the price reflects it is not a luxury place. It is not fancy but an overall comfortable, safe, convenient stay that I recommend.

First time staying here. Came to Norman Oklahoma from Corpus Christi, Texas 8/2023 to visit with our oldest grandson and family. The place was very nice and clean and great breakfast. The Staff were awesome. TY to Mr. Tyrone the general manager for making sure we were good , if we needed anything. We had an awesome time.

cozy, clean and quiet 4-storey hotel with new furniture in the rooms. Comfortable double bed and comfortable pillows. Refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker and air conditioning, shower. Delicious breakfast - scrambled eggs, bacon, breakfast cereal, milk, butter, bread, bars, apples, waffles, jam, syrups. There is a fitness room. There is a small shop with snacks, ATM.

Staff was incredible after we drove over 6 hours to get there due to our dog being sick and needing emergency exploratory surgery on her abdomen. We were kind of a mess and staff was incredibly kind to us and made sure we were taken care of! They made sure we had tissues (since I was crying most of the day), and they even made us a little doggie get well bag with a cute and encouraging card and goodies for our girl Grace, in there! The room was clean, the beds were comfy, fairly priced and we wished we would have had more time and energy to enjoy the amenities! (I am so sad I didn't get to swim in the pool or enjoy a smore by the fire pit) It is in the middle of town so getting around was super easy! It can be tough to pick a hotel when you are from out of town but this is a good one. Breakfast was great and theres even flavored water available all day! Thank you again to the great staff for making our 2 day visit as pleasant as it was, given our circumstances- we were able to get some rest and be there for our girl Grace! We are happy to report she is doing well and expected to make a full recovery!

We stay quite often and not only is the hotel extremely clean, the customer service is on another level of excellence. From the manager to the staff , there's never not a smile, or a willingness to assist in any way. If I could give 10/10 I most certainly would.

Google's phone number is for their regional office and gives a busy tone. Front desk knows but they haven't fixed it. This is not a three-star hotel like Google shows. There is neither a bar nor restaurant. Not sure who's misrepresentation that is but it should be noted. Calling the number on the Wyndham website ends up in a call-center that can make a reservation and confirm pet availability but ends up charging $10 more than online pricing. The room I received was tired with some molding falling off and has not been remodeled as part of their rebranding. Breakfast was good but not as good as pre-pandemic. Wyndham rebranded this from a Best Western Plus that we stayed at multiple times over the past four years. If you call the number that comes up when searching for "Best Western Plus Norman" you end up with a call center that when you ask for "Best Western Plus on Medical Parkway in Norman Oklahoma" will make a reservation at the "SureStay Plus by Best Western". SureStay is an entirely different and awful experience.

Very nice place, but the boot camp atmosphere of closing breakfast promptly at 9am leaves some relaxation to be desired. Got there at 5 after 9 and was lucky to get a cup of coffee. Not very relaxing or hospitable.
