This is one of the older hotels on the north end of town. The other hotels around average around 75 dollars more a night. Which is ridiculous. This Days Inn was clean and the rooms were nice. The staff were extremely nice. The complimentary breakfast was a bit disorganized (couldn't find milk for the cereal, the syrup was on the opposite end of the counter from the waffle machine, hot water for oatmeal was over with the coffee) but there were lots of options available and everything was well stocked. The beds were comfortable but only had 3 small square pillows per bed. The bathrooms only had 3 bath towels (we had reservations for 4 adults and 1 child) but I imagine the staff would have provided additional if we had requested (we arrived late and left early) so we just made due. The AC was very cold. The shower was very hot. This was a great stop for basic hotel accommodations and I would definitely use this hotel again.

Room was great, firm mattress, very clean. Shower head could use some attention, would not adjust. Staff was extremely pleasant, everyone I encountered had a smile and hello. Has anyone thought of night lights in the bathroom? Would be helpful

3 stars only because it was clean and the people were very nice. Beds were terrible, pillows were worse. Other than that, it was decent. It was very clean. I probably wouldn't stay there because of the beds alone. Even the kids complained about the beds.

If you like extremely firm beds and pillows the size of a sofa throw pillow. Then you are in the right spot. The continental breakfast was decent. This is why this review is 3 star and not two. This place would not be bad for a quick stop in for a short night. I would highly recommend the La Quinta right down the street for extended stays in the area.

The hotel lobby was very clean. I had to check in late and they were awesome about holding my reservation for me when I called. All of the staff were very friendly and polite. My room was clean and tidy every night when I came back to sleep after my days adventures. The bathroom was great. Very modern and clean. My only complaint is that the bed was a little hard and the pillows were kind of flimsy. Overall though. This is a great hotel and I will 100% stay here my next trip to Duncan.

Great friendly, long time staff! Hotel is immaculate. The most important thing to my wife and I is the bed. It was a firm, flat bed which gave us a very relaxing sleep. We will definitely be back! The air conditioner kept our room comfortable. Microwave and fridge is included. Okay

I had a great stay here. First and foremost the staff was great. Checked in late at night and the manager was very quick, accommodating and friendly. In the morning I woke up and prepared to Uber back to the Lawton OK airport to fly home. However, Uber had no drivers and I was panicked. The front desk clerk, Regina, was amazing. She called people, helped look for alternative rides and even found me a taxi service that would pick me up. Long story short, she went above and beyond and it was greatly appreciated. Aside from that my room was incensed clean. No excessive noise. The TV and everything worked well and there was plenty of hot water. I would definitely stay here again.

Tina was very helpful and nothing but smiles. We didn't stay here due to no vacancy, so she called another inn nearby and reserved a room for us. If everything else is half as good as Tina's customer service, then you'll have a 5 star stay for sure!

Wednesday, August 10th, 2022. The night hotel Front desk clerk was one of the most arrogant, unprofessional, employees that I have seen in a business in a long time. Not only did she offend my husband , She asked for my personal home address before she would let us check in. Who does that? Also when it escalated to me speaking to a manager(she literally lied straight to her managers face, I have a witness) the manager told me that they are trying not to rent to local residents because “you don’t always get the best crowd when you do”! Our local residence is a home we just bought and I gave her that ZIP Code, , she refused to check us in because the ZIP Code on my drivers license didn’t match my ZIP code from my debit card. She asked me for my personal home address and wouldn’t let it go. She actually bowed up to me against the front desk as in I thought she was going to jump over. I left crying because I told her I couldn’t stay there because I was scared she would do something to me or my husband our rooms and or our vehicles. Horrific experience. The owner was there and did nothing, but in his defense, I don’t think he knew everything that actually happened.
