My wife and I stopped in for lunch, usually a great choice, not today for sure. I counted 11 tables being served, during the early lunch hour. Just 11. So, first once we were seated it was 9 minutes before our waitress showed up for our drink order. Thankfully we made her take our food order then as well. The wife order shrimp fettuccine and I ordered fish and chips. Easy order, right? Low traffic in the restaurant, show be easy, right? 29 minutes later we got our food. 29 minutes. Being honest the food was fine, but the horrible service ruined the meal, sorry folks, there are much better fish choices than Red Lobster, we won't be going back.

Drink was perfect. Sweet tea also perfect and cold…. Food delicious. Biscuits and melted butter. Steak was tender. Lobster tail was soft .. The bacon Mac n cheese we had to take to go…. Overall solid food. Solid service as well. Very timely .. Thanks for a great Date night.

We were there for an early dinner. We were seated right away and had excellent service. Our meal choices were good and we enjoyed the cheddar bay biscuits while we were waiting. My only complaint is that red lobster is one of the many restaurants that does not post drink prices on the menu. My policy is that if the restaurant will not post the prices of the drinks I will not order one, not even a soft drink.

Been many years since I had been to a red lobster. The young man that waited on us had only been there a few months but did an excellent job. His knowledge of the menu items was very impressive. All items we ordered were very good.

‼️I reduced the rating📉 for this restaurant for dust on the lamps and cobwebs, we told the administrator about this. You can see it in the photo as proof! ✅The waitress was very friendly with good service. Food was tasty. ‼️ I am asking the owner of the restaurant to do a thorough cleaning of the guest rooms. Forming a stable positive image of a restaurant means excellent service and happy visitors who want to come back to you again😍

Could not of had a better experience. Everything you would hope of from a Red Lobster. Great food, great service, wonderful experience. Highly recommend.

Our dining experience was good, Celeste took good care of us. We always get Walt's shrimp and some other shrimp dishes. All was tasty, hot and good proportions.

All together good food, but menu was dirty. there was also a weird smell when we walked in that lingered for a long while. We were seated very quickly and server was very attentive. Will definitely come back again.

We stopped here one afternoon on our way to the mall. I hadn't been to a Red Lobster in years. We really enjoyed our lunch.

I have to start with how friendly our waitress was. She was attentive, fast, and helpful. The food came out very quickly and everything was hot. As for the food something's were a hit some were a miss. I've had red lobster many times before, I have to say it's not as good as it used to be. The biscuits are great as always. The bisque soup was not good. It was way too heavy and maybe even cheesey. The calamari was good but needed to soak up less oil. We got one of the lobster dream platters. The lobster, scallops, and Walt's shrimp were all good. But the garlic shrimp, rice, and mashed potatoes were not. I think you just have to know what to order to be happy with your visit.

Seems they are losing some appeal. Food was lacking a bit of flavor. Wait staff definitely needs some training on efficiency and delivery. We can only afford this place on occasion and on this particular occasion I was not impressed and it was not worth the price. Come on Red lobster do better

We had the best waitress of all time, I really wish I had caught her name. We went for endless shrimp; a lot of places are slow with service for those deals, but our waitress put in our next orders before the previous was even gone. Delicious. Big fan.

Went here for my wife's birthday. On 10/21. I was very disappointed and ended up walking out. The waitress acted like she didn't want to help us. Very bad attitude. The manager was sweet and I think she wanted to make it right. But I was already upset and wanted to leave. It's sad we loved to go here all the time. We ended up leaving and going to the Olive garden They were twice as busy and everyone was super sweet and nice. I do want to say the manager did try and help. But it was already too late.

The food was really good, I think that in general the place could definitely use some upkeep as far as Maintenance goes. I feel like when I think of red lobster I think of a moderate to upscale seafood house. The serving staff was also above board. Just clean it up guys and gals.

The food here was good! I enjoyed the Lobster Bisque. I really liked the endless shrimp meal they have. My favorite one was the crispy dragon shrimp, I absolutely loved that one!! The tequila lime shrimp was pretty good too. The garlic shrimp scampi one was okay, and I didn’t really care for Walt’s favorite shrimp. The biscuits were great like always! Overall, I ate way too many dragon shrimp and definitely had to take the rest home!! They were just so good. I’ll absolutely order this again next time I’m here, not a bad price only $22!

Not good, I thought it was just me, so I have eaten at the Norman Oklahoma location,Mckinney, Texas, and they are all perfect. Even when I asked for another basket of bread with a family of 4, the waiter said no one basket per table is what they tell him. I figure if I am spending 120bucks on food, what is a free bread basket going to hurt. This location has been going downhill for a while. We will never be back. Food is small portioned down and usually cold by the time we get it to the table.

Service was good when waiter was around. I think they must have been pretty busy on the other side of the wall. Food is always awesome! It's dark with a soft light over the booth tables so sets a decent mood for a couple on a date.

Maybe I am too picky. Haven't been to Red Lobster in 3 or 4 years but I always order the admirals feast and was always more than I could eat. Not this time, the portions were very small and the cost was excessive at $24. The 3 of us spent $140 and left hungry. Took a while to get our food, even tho not busy. Biscuits were stale and flavor less. The service was ok, just slow. Food was just ok, nothing spectacular like I remembered. Will be awhile before I go back.

LOVED this Red Lobster! Don't know if we were just very hungry, after a long baseball tournament or what but this place had EVERYTHING we needed at the right time!!! Bradley, our server was the BEST! So shout out to him! The rest of the staff (including Bradley) was very friendly and extremely accommodating. They even let a little Corgi dog sit at another table and he was so cute and well behaved. This would probably annoy some other people but we love dogs, so it was a welcomed sight for us. The food was A-mazing and they didn't scrape on quality or quantity here! The bonus was the $5 cocktail drink! That scored big points for me and a friend we brought with us for dinner. If we are ever in Norman OK again, we will DEFINITELY be coming back to this Red Lobster, FOR SURE!

To indulge the surf and turf is satisfying and comforting enough. But to have the food gods bless it all was worth the experience.

The food was excellent, wish I'd ordered something with pasta instead of all scallops! Oversight on my part. The broccoli & baked potato were both soft enough to eat (I wear dentures & hard/firm/crispy foods all are uncomfortable on my gums to eat. This was the best meal I've had since I had my teeth pulled!. I live on ramen noodles with Velveeta!) Unfortunately our Waiter seemed a bit lost (no salt & pepper, & we both had food that need salt... like potatoes, broccoli even the scallops!) Was still excellent, a nice Valentine's touch! Would go every night just so I wouldn't have to cook!

Greeting host was very rude and short. Very annoyed we asked to move from a booth to a table for a family member who is recently handicapped from a stroke they suffered earlier this month. Food was great and waitress who served us was very friendly and attentive, only reason why I am giving the extra star is because the waitress. Host is the first person a customer greets and gives the first experience in a place, attitude and annoyance ruined it for us. Review might not make a change in work ethic, but hopefully it gives people and idea on what they’ll encounter when they first walk in here.

I had a great time at Red Lobster this afternoon thanks to our server, Amelia. She was happy to get my family everything we needed... and we needed lots! LOL. Amelia was always close by, genuinely checking in with us and others around us, as well as ensuring everyone in the section had everything they needed.. you don’t get service like that everyday!! We will be back to see you soon!!

Lunch was very good. Price was reasonable. Got our food in timely manner. Server was good. Wasn't busy so it was great time for us

The service was excellent! The food wasn't horrible but it wasn't as good as the red lobster I eat at in Ohio. I ordered flounder and it was kinda slimy. I couldn't eat it. Appetizer was good and so was the free birthday dessert I got. I will try this location again.

1st time back to Red Lobster in over 5 years and so glad we chose this location! Our waitress Rouge was AMAZING!! She was over the top with her service! Our drinks and biscuits never went empty, our shrimp refills kept coming. She didn't miss a beat! She made our lunch date absolutely perfect!!
