The hospital faculty takes good care of the patients and as well as for the people who are visiting here to take covid-19 vaccination. I recently got vaccinated from this hospital, the hospital staff is very co-operative.

Professional, friendly and good staff. I was really surprised that a government center was running so efficiently. Far better than the so called OPDs of large hospitals. The way they were managing the crowds and completing vaccinations so quickly. Not losing their cool and patiently answering the same questions over and over again. Really good. Great job folks!

The staff managing the queues today was clueless; kept on announcing stuff completely opposite to what the other was announcing, totally confusing ppl. Also, one of them was EXTREMELY RUDE and BOSSY to even older ppl as if he was a school principal and the middle aged gentle ppl were his students! If the admin staff do their job properly, the cowin app would show at least some data about availability of vaccines here. Vaccines are available but the app shows 0 vaccine availability forever. This because, they don't bother to ever enter data into the system. Typical lazy, useless, attitude-prone IDIOTS as govt admin staff. The nurses and doctors are very well-behaved and do their job properly because of which the whole process is very fast.

We went to take vaccine for our 1.6 year baby.we really had a very bad experience. Even for babies they don't care how to give vaccine properly. I would request you all not to bring your babies here even if you have to spend money in private hospitals.

This is one of the government hospital, where currently covid vaccination is given on daily basis with free of cost. You can directly walk in there to get it.. but if you try to register through cowin web , it may show its completely booked but you can walk in there and can one. It's simple process here, you will just require any of government I'd such as Adhar card. I took my 1st dose here of covaxin and today I came back to take another dose. It opens at 10 30 and the process is really fast once it's started, however may need to wait till it starts.

This UPHC has a smart clinic as part of Smart city initiative. All the devices and equipment are of good quality. Nurse is also fully trained to operate it effectively and doctor's see the patient from a centralized command center over Video conference over internet effectively in coordination with nurse. This use of tech is a boon for nearby residents who want to see any specialist doctor i.e. ENT, Derma etc without travelling to far off places. Very good initiative and hope people realize this facility and make use of it effectively.
