Maintenance is very poor. Room didn’t have proper latches. They also tried to get more money even though full payment was made during check in. Would not recommend this place to a friend. Make sure to record your conversation during check in. Ask all the questions and have their answers recorded. They might change their statements on the go.

The location is good.... the resort is a bit old now .... small resort.... resort is with a new management now.....some rooms are rat infested ..they roam freely in the false ceiling......we had to change the room because of that.... they should maintain well....even the few indoor games they have are also broken and needs maintenance

The worst resort in nandi hills, two days back I visited this resort. At first they provided me a room when I checked in the room the air-conditioning is not working and the window doors of the rooms are opening even after locking. when I ask to change the room they change me a new room after few hours, every room has a different problem ...... Hot water Bed sheets Room smell(smoke)

The resort is awesome 😎. Rooms are standard and hygiene. Nice ambiences. The resort premises is wonderful. Staffs are courteous and professional. It was an amazing experience there. Services are lightening fast.

Limited Car parking, Swimming pool is awesome, rooms are very big, affordable cost and very close to the nandhi hills road. Kids playing area and table tennis carrom are available

Feels like it was a good hotel at some point, which is now on a decline. Understaffed, many things not working, no infra for WiFi in the rooms, etc etc..

Really nice and great resort but the problem is beds and food. Food is bit costly as compare to other place and beds are not so comfortable, I was literally able feel the springs of bed. But location, interior, Decor is quite good. Pools is Also very good but height is only 4 feet, other pool was close which was 11 feet deep. Indoor and outdoor games are available, kids area are there and climbing wall is also there. Some pets are also there.

Overall it's nice resort. Budget friendly. Nice weekend spot for everyone.

It's a great place to relax, reasonably priced compared to so many other properties around Bangalore for a one day retreat. Call surroundings with a lot of greenery around clean pool. Loved the approach road to the property, clean rooms and very tasty food. The caretakers were very friendly, they were so welcoming and tended to our needs We had a great weekend and definitely a memorable one.

The rooms were good but one major challenge is food the location does not have restaurants nearby and the resort does not have food services even after costing a lot. So I would say that it is ok...

Nandi Hills best tourist places so far where I go . You find yourself in the cloud . The sunrise view is best for here . You can go with family , friends and couples . You will enjoy lot of things here . This is ancient historical places connected with king TIPU SULTAN. The best place of visit is febuary to June in summer for sunrise view .

Better than anticipated, but better keep your expectations low. We had trouble with hot water in our room. There is no proper ventilation for bathrooms. Area is huge, lot of area to roam and have fun. Pool is plus. Food is also good. Hotel staff is also good.

Location is perfect and the property is also fine. Just the service is not at par. They are very ill staffed. If you want a quick just a night stay kind of thing go for it. Else nothing extraordinary. Restaurant was very bad.

Thank you for all the memories Nandi Resort. We had a great time in this resort. I would like to appreciate the receptionist Mr.Salman who treated us well. Mr. Salman gives first priority to customer service which is not common nowadays with employees. Swimming pool is great. Few suggestions from my side to improve are please improve the quality of beds inside the rooms. Blankets can be better. Make some arrangements for guests for ventilation during summer season ( especially for the people who choose non AC rooms ). Apart from that , this resort is worth for the money you spend.

This place is good but not the service staff is not at all attentive except the reception staff, restaurant staff is the main draw back to this hotel rest all are good food taste and quality is good and effordable prices

Worst room and room service too. Better go with your own mattress. Room service and house keeping was really disgusting We stayed for three days and no one came to clean the rooms.

Amazing place to stay overnight. Ambience is good One of the best thing to brag about is quality of food, very delicious & tasty. Only odds i would say is Monkey's interference is there but it's kinda very minimum. I would recommend this place for Nandi hill stay.

Rooms are small but good , not bad at all... Ambience is amazing. They could have reduced the buildings and made more garden space in the premises but that's okay even without that the ambience is nice. And the view of hill and it's easy to travel for sunrise and sunset from the hotel. Overall good experience and humble staff

Good ambience, good location. Good food but very expensive. Good receptionists very cooperative and understanding. The resort is very calm near the Nandi hills. It is good place for family weekend getaway. Rooms are not worth the money. 4k for room. Don’t have a kettle, no tea bags nor anything. The complimentary water was 500ml bottle. The room has spring bed and toilet bathroom looks like a public bathroom not clean and hygienic. Bathroom taps and flush were not functional. Had frequent power cuts. Swimming pool is good. Good option for some games like badminton (but too much windy), some indoor games like billiards, table tennis, carrom, chess, Foosball. Has restaurant which has expensive food. They deliver it to your room or you can order and have it in the restaurant. Has veg and non-veg options. Food was good. Complimentary breakfast is not so great. Option in the breakfast includes Idli, Poori, kesari bath, upma, beaten rice bath, cut fruits (watermelon), fruit juice, tea and coffee. It is not like a resort but it looks more like a hotel with expensive rooms (not so clean and hygienic), expensive food. People planning for this place can avoid this if you have other options.

A lovely resort if you plan a weekend trek in the Nandi hills. If you are looking for a room with good hill view, it is advisable to book well in advance. All in all a good stay and look forward to visiting again

Room: Room and hotel was clean. Pool was also good. I got pool facing executive room so view was nice. Food: Food was tasty and service was also good. Location: Good if you want to visit nandi hills & skandgiri both. Its in middle of both the area.

A value for money resort stay, close to Nandi Betta viewpoint / Tippu's Drop. We were provided excellent breakfast too. Amenities include a swimming pool, a small playground for kids, a snooker table, foosball, table tennis, a lounge room, among others. Do note that many of the items on their food menu are unavailable. But the limited options that they had were good enough. Would definitely recommend this place if you are looking for an economical, yet good enough stay while visiting Nandi Hills.

I felt the location was so convenient if you have planned to visit Nandi hills in the early morning.However the rooms are not so tidy but reasonably okay for a night. Worth staying if you want to enjoy swimming and play games like carrom, TT, badminton and chess. They have billiards too but on a per hour cost basis. Overall the stay was comfortable and food was also quite good.

One of the worst experience had with the receptionist here. Firstly the room he showed had broken ceiling fan. Then the other room he showed and asked for the full payment and some security deposit instantly. I restricted and said that will pay some/ half the amount now for room and the remaining post check out and for security deposit have completely denied. The receptionist (a male, don’t remember the name) instantly told that search somewhere else as he won’t give the room now. His concern was how could you ask question regarding the payment and deny security deposit. This was very weird behaviour I saw and needs to be addressed by the management there. As it was getting late for me I didn’t called his manager else would have shown the guy as what wrong he did showing so much of immature attitude. As the day was nearing sunset, somehow got a better stay than this around 5 mins. away.

Stayed one week ago. Not so clean rooms, AC not working. No water for more than 3 hrs in one bathroom. No action even after multiple complaints. Not allowed for room swap. Ordinary food. Had to call reception three times on night to follow up for switching on the DG. It was terrible experience. Wish I had skipped the stay.
