Dr Krishna Prasad is an awesome doctor, very patient, humble, and listens to every issue. Explains on all the varieties of vaccines, details on prices, expiry dates, pros, cons. All the staff are very cordial and caring.

Motherhood Neeladri road is one of the best mother and newborn related hospital. The whole staff is helpful and doctors have really good knowledge. The IP staff that takes care of billing was very helpful with all the paperwork and insurance adjustment. Doctors are very nice, they helped my wife with her delivery very well. Cleanliness is great too and cleaning staff also is always available for help. Overall very happy with the way the whole team helped us.

Dr.Sandhya M R is very friendly doctor and understood my concerns. Throughout my pregnancy she was very much available. THE day she was not just doctor to me but a great support system and she was available round the clock! Post delivery also she was very helpful. She is an excellent new age 👩‍⚕️ and I 💯 recommend her.

Dr. Krishna is the rare breed of doctors who gives ample time to parents narrate the exact concern regarding the child... He understands the concern and suggests the remediation accordingly.. Never gives too much medicines but suggests basic stuff which can be taken care of at home easily. Doctor is accessible even when we were not in Bangalore and suggested his advice over video call. Service was very good. They will make you so comfortable and you don't need to get worried at all. We had consultation with Dr Deepmala, she will listen to you patiently and answer to all your questions and make you feel comfortable and doubt free. Dr. Nitin is one of the best pediatrician I ever met with. He listens to our questions patiently and responds clearly. I was admitted to Motherhood Hospital for the delivery of my second child. This was the best decision I could have made because my first delivery in a different hospital had been a very bad experience, but this time I chose Motherhood Hospital and it turned out to be a very good experience for me. Everything went smoothly from the first day I was admitted to the hospital through my delivery and discharge. I adored every minute of my motherhood experience at this hospital. Staff provided me a homely sense in everything, were really polite and peaceful, and were always smiling. Dr. Dharshan supported me through my pregnancy and parenting. Special thanks go out to Sophia Mam, who works in administration. She took care of everything and ensured that we did not encounter any issues.

Dumbest staff Pathetic management ! we have got an appointment at 11 am but only for registration it took 40 minutes and then the doctor went to OT and came after 1 hour hence our consultation happened after 2 hours ,this shows how much this hospital value customers time ! Also if you love your car don’t even think of visiting by your own car ! the parking area is in the worst condition ! its like parking your car in a garbage dump zone. For the management of the hospital - you guys really need to hire or atleast train your staff to be a little attentive and atleast learn to write the patients name correctly!!!! frustating experience

Good hospital. Staffs are really very helpful during delivery time. This cleaning staffs will clean everything without any hesitation and without giving any burden to us. For any critical situations, whole hospital will be set in very high priority mode, and they will treat you nicely. I hope everybody knows that, parking facility is limited. For two wheeler basement parking facility is available, So one star i reduced.

I would like to thank Dr.Thejaswini for her outstanding support over the course of the nine months. One of the top physicians, who provides excellent care and has a thorough understanding of patients' situations. does not suggest any unnecessary tests. Despite my wife's detection of sugar, all preventive measures were implemented, and we received guidance on the matter to ensure the well-being of the infant. My wife eventually had a normal delivery as a result. Many thanks to her. Additionally, during the hospital stay for the delivery, the nurses and staff have been supportive.

One word for overall experience is excellent. 1. Experience with the doctor (Dr. Deepmala) was very good. 2. Scanning and other services is good, only the fact that for scanning the appointment has to be booked at least more than a week before (sometimes it's difficult to plan) 3. Delivery service is very good. Starting from doctor, to house keeping, nurses took extreme care of both mother and baby. It felt like a second home. It allowed to take proper rest both physically and mentally. 4. Food quality is also pretty good there and reasonably priced. Very good experience. 5. After a long and extensive search we came across Motherhood hospital for my first pregnancy journey. Dr. Deepamala looked after everything and was wonderful throughout my entire pregnancy and the way she supported and helped deliver my baby boy was astounding. If in future we choose to have another baby, she would be my first and only preference. The staff of the hospital are very good and approachable, the rooms are spotless and they have a great team of nurses as well. 10/10 will recommend.

Delivered our second baby here. Overall good hospital. Would like to highlight few pros and cons. Pros Warm staff. Special mention for Sisters/Nurses - Jaisheela, Pampa and Gangmai. They made our parenthood very comfortable. Good care. Medical facility is good. Very good doctors. Special mention for visiting doc (our gynaec - Dr.Anu Joseph), she has been my gynaecologist from first baby time. Cons Food isn't good. Quality, quantity and frequency of food wasn't good. Even juices and tea for patient was charged which should ideally be a part of patient food. Washrooms and rooms have no ventilation which makes it very stinky and it's bad for the baby in the room.

As a new mother, I’ve reached out to him frequently over the phone, and he has consistently remained calm and supportive while explaining everything. I want to give negative rating but no option, very pathetic service most of the times only 2 nurse will be available no proper service, duty doctor will not be available most of the time. Worst of worst thing is they were sending wrong blood group for my baby, even government hospitals would keep the records properly. Please do justice to your job, don't be like corporate mafia looking for money that too when you say insurance you are done. I never suggest this hospital to anyone. They talk about package finally u end up paying multiple lakhs they say most of the things not covered even pharmacy bills. It is totally a corporate money making machine not a service hospital please beware of such hospitals don't just go by the name. Hope these hospitals should change if they really want to service but it will not happen at any cost.

This was my first delivery and I can’t thank the doctors and the staff enough for an incredible and lifetime experience. Special shout out to nurse from Kolar who was in the labor room on Dec 31st night (2022), Dr. Deepmala, Dr. Darshan, Dr. Sudhir, all the visiting doctors and staff who were there during dec31- Jan1 2023. My apologies that I do not know everyone’s name.Each and everyone of you will be remembered for the lifetime. Food is average and can be improved.

The issue we face in this hospital is finally billing. If we opt insurance we need to wait till evening as the process is so long. It's not truly cashless, but kind of medical loan and reimbursed later with help of some TPA. Please ensure to know the full details and ensure timing one day before discharge which will not make you stressed while leaving... @Team Motherhood - try this to make network hospital ASAP.

My doctor friend recommended Motherhood hospital as we are pregnant when we were moving to Bangalore. It was an amazing overall experience as they have well trained Doctors And nurses. Motherhood team, Overall it was a good experience with Motherhood Hospital however wanted to give some feedback if they want to improve services. - I see sometimes coordination between nurses is not there after shift changes. - Food provided to the patient is good but seems a little bit expensive if ordered separately for the attendant. - Noticed ventilation problem in hospital because of AC not working or stopped intentionally to save electricity bill. Thanks, I hope the service will improve and patient and their relative will not suffer in in future.

Dr Deepmala is truly a blessing for motherhood hospital. I have gone through back to back abortions before consulting her and now my family is complete with my 2kids.
