    This hotel is not even present on the location which map shows. The worst experience of my life booking this hotel. I would recommend to spend more money and to go to some other good and responding hotel nearby. And the worst thing is that they do not accept calls if some body wants help through company. Plzz avoid this hotel. Totally disappointed.

    Horrible experience. Booked a room in OYO but they asked for more and cancelled booking. Emergency ke time majbur hoke Lena pada. Room was not clean at all. Too much noise of music. Couldn’t sleep at all. You guys should improve your service

    As expected, this place is the worst. Had stayed here for the night. No electric kettle, rooms were smelly, geyser was working but water flow was less, so had to use cold water due to time constraints, no soap, no towel etc.will avoid this place from next time..

    Horrible Stay. Worst hotel to stay. Manager denied to check-in as it was booked from goibobo and asked for extra charges. Neither got any support from goibibo. Had to pay extra 1400 per day to stay. Hotel staff used to have late night parties inside the hotel, which is quite annoying for the guests.

    Never ever book a room here. I booked a room here through Oyo app for 2 guest and the price was 525. Though i was expecting that they will charge some extra so to confirm this i called them in advance. They said whatever charge is showing on the app i will have to pay only this but, when i went there..that receptionist saying you booked for one person not two.( He changed that through computer). I showed him my WhatsApp screenshot but still he was not getting convinced and asking for double amount 1100. After some debate that guy get offerd room in 700...when i checked in room..it was dirty..linen was dirty and i found oil stains too much..though bathroom and AC was working fine...so overall not a great experience...one more thing...never ever pay in advance..never.. Oyo doesn't own any hotel. They have tied up with individual hotel for commission and when you reach, hotel owner comes into play. Receptionist may even deny that you have book a room. Oyo is giving them customer but in return they aren't giving anything to Oyo. When you compromise with them they will say check out of cancel the order so that they can charge you as per their need.
