I made an error on my flight destination when booking a flight through Adam Vacation. I went to their online virtual help. Noel Brown was the customer service representative that helped me rectify the error. Noel was timely and very helpful. I was 100% pleased with Noel’s service and i highly recommend!

Lisa Ray who went above and beyond to accommodate us when airline changed our booked December reservation after 6 weeks of booking. I am so much grateful for kindness and help provided by one staff of the travel agency adam vacations who is called Rocky. When I tried to make a reservation, unexpectedly I made duplicates. So my reservation could not proceed normally. But Rocky kindly and patiently explained the situation and solved it for me with a very good price still. The flight price proposed by Adam vacations is very good and kindness & help given by the staff Rocky was wonderful and the best! I had to cancel my flight within one hour of booking due to travel plan change. The sales person was courteous and sent me the cancellation confirmation right away. He also told me that they have yet to charge my card so I don’t need to worry about it. Thank you for the good service.
