Its a got to place for our family to buy gold ornaments. They have the ready pure gold if needed and even nice designs for the ornaments. Mask is mandatory as per covid regulations. They maintain strict hygiene and social distancing as they show case there ornaments.

They might have good quality of ornaments but not at all the good customer support. We had questions to ask before purchasing gold but the person at the billing was adamant and instead of responding to our concerns he asked not to come to their shop if we had several doubts or questions. Management should keep an eye of how their staff is attending customers.

Good service and have better choices,but they had less modles of jewellery

By virtue of elders name and fame the shop is highlighted in now a days ,apart from the quality of gold , the customer hospitality has tobe grown considerably as they are only at KG level...on the auspicious day of akshatritiya they treated all the gold purchasing aspirants. as the servants of their home... Please think off are you a gold purchasing valued customer or servant..

wosrt experience for the 3 tym.. earlier I gave 2 chains one after the other both the time I got too much late delivery. for the 3rd tym i gave 2 rings to prepare.. they took almost 1month and again late delivery...worst services, worst delivery, worst experience....
