Rooms and stay are very nice. But place lacks cleanliness. I stayed for 5+ days and they came to clean the room only once in this. That too we had to keep calling them. Coffee cups were not collected. Everything lay in the room as such. But less no. of. working people. Reception is often empty. But rooms are nice and spacious. Good amenities. Can't blame the workers too as they are very less in number and so it's unlikely they can clean everything everyday. Place needs to improve a lot w.r.t cleanliness

We stayed room num 302 for past one week, the room was neat and clean. Staffs also very friendly. Complementary breakfast was good and neatly presented.

Apparently Hotel is clean, well maintained, good service. But we had few bad experiences...We booked hotel thru Make My Trip for 3 adults. When we reached we found they put us in a Suite which has 2 bed rooms - only one room was given and third bed cannot be put in. Reception person irresponsibly replied that is not my problem, he said i can put in hall which does not have AC and a common space for 2nd room. He was not willing to offer any other amicable solution. We stayed in 203 - did not have TV Connection. We paid inclusive of breakfast - they said breakfast will come only by 8AM , coming from outside place looked spooky so we skipped breakfast. He could have offered some practical solution to ease up the pain, we reached from chennai night 10PM after 8 hour long drive - he simply did not bothered to find midway while he had choices.

Good location with view from balcony. Suite room well clean and maintained. Very less price when compare to other hotels. 4000 worth room was given for 2500/- only. Friendly staff's. Comfort stay.....

Room is neat. Front desk staff are fairly obliging and helpful. Restrooms are clean. The drain was clogged and took some time for the water to get drained. But it's okay. Morning tea or coffee service starts a little late but its okay. Tea tastes very good. Breakfast is good. Variety could be added. The place is fairly hospitable. I would recommend this place if one is okay with sharing a common area/ sitting room. The points lost are for the behavior of the room staff/ one particular boy who was rude throughout and especially when he took the keys as we were leaving. Looks like he was expecting a tip for every move of his. Very unacceptable behavior.

From start, 5.30am very cordial & accommodating staff. Very helpful with settling in. Felt very welcome and smooth Process. Clean and good smelling room. I stayed in one of the two bedrooms, the suite had common kitchen drawing, dining table, sofa area, balcony and tv. Bedrooms had their own tv. Complimentary breakfast, kitchen opened at 7am. Even though I went early to the kitchen they provided coffee at the lobby area. Very much appreciated of the hospitality and service. Suggested improvements, more than one day stay please provide fresh towels and pillow covers. 😊 Over all, most recommended. Will sure return here.

- Rude front desk manager. No courtesy. - They provided early check-in on my arrival but made me check out at 7 am next day and made me sit at reception with bag and baggage while the room was all empty. - Rooms are ok but service is pathetic - Customer is just a piece of meat for them and money is the only thing they expect - below average breakfast - location is good - wanted to stay for 8-9 days but never went back there - a lot of other properties available within 2 kms radius

Park Avenue Suites should be the best service appartments i must have stayed in Coimbatore. I travel to this lovely city very often for business. This property is near to the airport and has a great connectivity to the entire city, just step outside and you will get multiple mode of travel anywhere. They have awesome rooms, well done interiors, if you are ordering meals from any food aggregator its easily located. You have a microwave owen, fridge, a kettle to use as per needs. The best part of Park Avenue suites is their breakfast buffet, delicious and authentic Covai breakfast options are served complimentary. The over all staff and highly professional and warm. Its a higly recommended place for business travelers. Best place to stay in Coimbatore!!!.....

Stayed for two days here! Breakfast is good. Staff & Receptionist are supportive! Early check-in is not allowed. If rooms available need to pay charges for it.

Hotel is fine. It just looks that apartment has been converted into hotel. Rooms are clean and tidy. Washroom is also neat and clean . But didn’t stay much but our experience was good.

A couple a days back I have stayed here at Parkavenue Suites Cbe I had a wonderful experience staying at the hotel everyone were so cordial the staffs were very polite and their awareness was very good especially the night staffs on duty where very homely also the day staffs are very good the breakfast was awesome service was very good lovely rooms the ambience was really good also very close to the Airport lovely locality to stay keep up the spirt by doing good service to every guest who comes thanks once again for everything.

Clean, Neat, Hygienic, well maintained rooms. I would've given 5 Star if Breakfast menu includes Toasyed Bread, Butter, Jam, omlette, corn flakes, tea / coffee.

Rooms are good. Service is ok. Only suggestion is staff should learn Hindi or English language.

Rooms were very neat and clean. Staffs were very friendly and Manager behaved professionally. When requested for lunch, Manager made sure he arranged an excellent lunch!!!

Stayed for 2 days. Room is good since it's a new building but didn't get a comfortable stay for the price charged. 1. No bath towels provided 2. Bathroom window was full of Lizard pellets 3. There is a TV available inside the room however no set up box, when asked no proper response however was able to hear TV being operated on the other room of the same suite 4. Stayed both days without having access to cupboard. It was locked already when we checked in. When asked for the cupboard key, answer was that key for the cupboard is inside MDs office and it is locked at that moment, Got a confirmation that key will be provided next day morning however didn't hear anything on that till the time of check out. Due to this had to carry valuables like laptop etc whenever we went out 5. When asked to provide tea at 09:00 AM as room service, the answer was No saying they don't have staff since breakfast buffet is going on

Three star Hotel accommodation in coimbatore. Well maintained and hygienic.. easily accessible to all the places within coimbatore! Try them out of you want to stay in coimbatore!

Business class stay . Good ambiance and surrounding. A Three star hotel in middle of the main places of Coimbatore 4 km away from airport so if you want to take a good rest for a long flight journey I can suggest this place

Clean and spacious rooms. the ventilation was very good. All rooms and bathrooms were maintained hygienically. Has enough closed parking facility. Location is also easy to find. Best to stay with large group of people.
