We got rooms for rock bottom price. Excellent place. Easy access to public transport. Friendly staff. Neat Spacious and tidy rooms. Reasonable price for food stored in-room.

This place is pretty much on the highway itself and hence there is not much of traffic issue. There are lots of spaces for parking call. They have a lot of rooms and a banquet hall. Food was decent. The rooms weren't extravagant but a typical hotel room.

It is a pretty decent and cozy hotel for business travelers and casual travelers The bed is very comfortable, not like those bouncy spring mattresses. Rooms r spacious with proper setup of desk and chair to help working in case u r on business trip. Food quality and options were also very likeable. Not too spicy and at the same time giving just the right amout of flavors for most of the items. In all, a pretty good stay!!!

TERRIBLE !!!!!! They are the worst . I want to give zero starts.Almost a week back I went there to enquire about the banquet hall availability which they told us was available. I liked the banquet hall and wanted to book it however post that whenever we called to enquire about the availability niether Manager , not the sales lady Gayatri was available. Finally she picks up and tells us to come the next day and affirms that she will be available to meet us . The next day when we go again her phone is not reachable not only that the manager , the head chef and of course the sales lady miss Gayatri was not available. This was on Sunday , cut to Tuesday when we go to enquire about the banquet we are told that the larger hall that we wanted is not available. So basically they strung us along till they got a confirmation from whoever that other party was . Also we ate a meal at the hotel to try thier food out , the meal cost us 6k for 4 people and guess what it was TERRIBLE . We were very clear right from the start that we wanted to book the hall and made multiple enquiries and came to the hotel thrice to confirm everytime they kept saying staff is unavailable. You cannot trust Gokulams hotel division with a simple dinner, I'm not too sure how how people trust them with crores of their hard earned money in the chit funds business. Commitments and clarity is something they're not capable of and stay away from them if this is your requirement in a business dealing! This was supposed to be for our big day and the way they treated us really put us off and upset us in this course of planning

The rooms, especially the bathroom Maintenance is bad. Bathroom stinks. Even the towel smells. The faucet is leaking. The safe kept in the room does not work. It is a pure case where housekeeping has spoilt the show of a nicely located property. Despite making a complaint at the reception on the day 2, no action was taken. Lack of intent to provide good service.

I recently stayed at Hotel Gokulam Park and had a mixed experience. The rooms were certainly nice, and the staff was friendly and accommodating. However, the hotel's location was a bit off, which made it less convenient for exploring the surrounding area. One issue I encountered was the check-in process, which took longer than expected. It would be great if the hotel could work on improving the efficiency of this procedure. On a positive note, the breakfast provided at Hotel Gokulam Park was exceptional. The variety of options and the quality of the food were truly impressive. It was definitely a highlight of my stay. Overall, despite the slight inconveniences, the hotel's comfortable rooms, friendly staff, and delicious breakfast make it a decent choice for a stay, especially if you're primarily interested in enjoying a delightful morning meal.

We didn't stay and this review is just for their lunch served on Oct 8th 2022. We stopped for lunch enroute Bangalore. Gokulam Park was one of our favourite places to stop by for the night during our trips. But it was a very disappointing experience today. We are a family of four and today is my husband's birthday and stopped by for their buffet lunch at around 12.30. The buffet table was just getting ready and all seemed ok. We sat for lunch and took only mains & soups. Once we finished we walked over to the dessert counter. Everything was kept open as is usually the case for all buffets. What was different was the number of flies sitting on most of the desserts! It was absolutely disgusting to say the least and frankly most unexpected from a hotel of this repute. I complained a few times and subsequently there was someone walking around with a fly catcher bat. But clearly that hardly served the purpose. There were a lot of guests and most of them feasted on desserts. Because i complained, the restaurant manager(i guess) offered some fresh desserts. But the experience totally killed our joy and will probably never visit again (not that it's going to make a difference to them) When you charge Rs. 1000/ head for a buffet lunch the minimum customers expect is hygiene and cleanliness. And when that is not taken care of in place that's in full view of the guests who come in, i cannot imagine how awfully unhygienic the remaining places esp kitchen would be. Considering that world is just coming out of a pandemic the least eateries can do is exercise extreme care while handling food.

It is not a 4 star hotel. The service at reception was rude. I had booked Executive Room with double bed for single occupancy through Agoda for Rs.3712. later I changed to double occupancy, so they took Rs.1180 for extra bed Charges for same room. They refused to waive off the charges. I end up paying Rs.5000 for for same room. For the standard of room they provide, it is high rate. The bathroom were dirty, it was stinking. If i had to pay Rs.5000 for this room, i would have rather stayed in another 5star property. My experience is no vale for money.

I’ve had good stays here, but presently, I got a room with a 4-5” gap at the bottom of the bathroom door. This, in spite of me informing the reservation about my sleep illness and requesting for a room with good air conditioning. The room does not have a fan, the cold air at the bottom gets sucked through the gap due to the always on bathroom exhaust fan. Of course, the staff were apologetic and courteous and offered to change my room. But it’s already late and my sleep is spoilt. My 500km drive later today is going to be anything but pleasant. Sorry, I’m very disappointed. I’ve edited my previous rating of 5 stars to 2 this time. Having said that, this is the first time I’m facing any issues at this property in my several visits here. The hotel was good, had almost all the 5* amenities just a few things which you expect to make your stay more comfortable weren't available. For instance, if somebody gets some fever due to bad stomach there was no paracetamol in the hotel, which seemed a bit odd to be honest, that's why I'm taking that 1 star for service. Rooms were well cleaned, sheets were top notch, the view from the rooms(we had 2 rooms) was great. Ps: if you intend to serve guests from across India, especially the north, certain basic necessities are unmentioned but dire needed in food via room service.

Nice hotel with classy rooms. Food is nice too. Breakfast spread is good. Swimming pool is not great but serves the purpose.

Location is closer to the airport. But it's quite far from railway station and the city centre. It should be around 10 kms. With the given traffic or coimbatore one should be ready to travel for an hr to reach the city centre. Rooms are quite spacious and ventilated. Quite comfortable stay Food was quite good and morning breakfast was elaborate. Over all a good place to stay but prepare to travel

My stay was wonderful. Staff is very polite and kind. Food is scrumptious. I especially want to appreciate the housekeeping staff member. They are doing their job very nicely and is very generous to the guests

My second visit and stay in the past 12 months. The location is the best part - a few minutes from the airport and just off the Avinashi road that leads off the National highway. Yet, very quiet place. Close to the city centre and yet, away from the hustle and bustle. The rooms are well-appointed and quite spacious. The service is quick and efficient. I found the staff, from reception to dining, very friendly, obliging and welcoming, besides being very efficient. Breakfast and dinner offered good spread with a "live" counter where you can order customised items like dosa, omlette or egg preparations. There is a swimming pool and gym, though I didn't have time to use them. Plenty of parking space plus valet service. Overall, a great experience and I will certainly recommend this hotel based on my experience and will visit again for sure!

Rooms were spacious. Impressive service. Food was amazing. Breakfast buffet had a wide spread which was satisfying for the young and the old. We were staying with our infant and had an issue with the AC, the maintenance promptly fixed the issue. A pleasant stay.

We stayed over for a day there. Located right on the highway, easy access. Plenty of parking. Spacious rooms with clean sheets. They have everything that one needs, in place in your room. Reminds you of the things that one sees in traditional/old luxury hotels. A comfortable working desk and lots of space to store luggage. Just perfect. Overall an excellent stay!

Went for an engagement function at gokulam park. The hall was cosy and neat. The staff were friendly and helpful. The reception area was neat and spacious. The vegetarian lunch they served was a feast. one of the lavish lunches I had recently. Tast and good variety.

Spacious centralised AC. Located close to airport. Rooms are clean. Only issue is a bit smelling bathroom. Complimentary breakfast offered is great.

Good budget hotel on the highway close to airport. If you plan to visit Tiruppur and want to stay in Coimbatore this is the place to be on the outskirts. The food is excellent and the staff are friendly and helpful. They have good space for parking and the rooms are hygiene and spacious. Overall a good experience but they can improve the reception for fast checkout.

I really had a good time in Gokulam. The swimming pool and the sport section are a big plus. The room was cleaned everyday with clean towels and bedsheets. The in room dining is really fast and the people of Gokulam are really nice. I would like to thank Madhavan Roramachandrean for his help and advices during all my stay. In this hotel, you feel at home.

I attended an award function where the food was okay and the place was clean. However, the restroom didn't have tissue paper, and there was a bad smell around the hotel..

Receptionist not picked up the phone. We have to call many times from the room Within 10 minutes three different persons attending the phone. To all three persons I explained the issue. Slow support from the receptionist.

Stayed at Gokulam Park for attending a conference at Erode - travel desk was punctual in arranging in-house vehicle. Chauffeur Ravi knew how to manage traffic enroute with safety and professionalism (no smoking and pan masala habit!) that really gives a peace of mind satisfaction for money spent to hire in-house vehicle. Please continue to maintain such decorum of business. Favorable surprise is that check-out timing is on 24 hours basis from the time of check-in..! I certainly don't find any reason at all why your growth in hospitality sector is unstoppable. Good luck for further success.

Great property. Good location. Service is great, especially the reception team....they are really good.

Very bad experience from room service. Please check the stains on lenin, when you checkin in the room. Else during checkout they will charge for it, as per new lenin. The lenin placed was as such not new, further the room was cleaned a day prior by same staff in two days stay. But he didn't report anything. So if you are going to stay for 3 4 days...you might end up paying double the room charges for poor lenin kept.

Food was good. Room Rates were on higher side. The first room I got was not so hygenic and stinky. Hotel staffs were OK and service was above Average.

I went with my family on sunday for buffet. One of the worst buffet experiences we have ever had. Firstly there was no proper response when enquired through phone regarding the service availability. Secondly there were houseflies over every food items. When asked they just apologized without even paying attention as if that was not the 1st time they get this complaint and heated the same food taken from the spread and served us. The items were also very much limited. Very disappointed!!

Everything's are good.but not able to adjust the ac temperature when I was need to increase the temperature due to over chilness

The room rates attracted us to book this place. The rooms are ok, a bit outdated though! Restaurant Services were poor. The guy was forcing us to eat the buffet; it seemed like an internal policy to discourage guests from choosing ala carte. We sensed that the hotel is in financial distress.

Recently visited Coimbatore for a business purpose we had booking at Hotel Gokulam park, which is around 5 km from airport. I just love the hotel. The room was very well equipped with all the amenities. It was spacious and very well maintained. Service was good. We had an amazing breakfast over there. They served more than 30 items in breakfast. It was yummy.The price was also reasonable. Loved the place 5* for everything Cheers to the Hotel Gokulam park's management.

Booked this property since it is 4 star but the quality was bad. Nothing like a 4 star. They said they will give us a room with king bed but we got only one with a queen bed. When asked they said that the queen is actually their king bed. What!? How do you not know the difference between king and queen sized beds? Their pillow covers were stained and the washroom is not spacious. Breakfast is decent.

We've arranged our get-together at bytes restaurant at hotel Gokulam park Coimbatore, everything was excellent,good ambiance for family gatherings and for couple as well.Food is great though the varieties are less .on the whole, great experience...

Everything in the basket in room should be complementary , some are and some are not it confuses customer. Cookies and salted business should be added in basket. Rest it was pleasant stay

Very well maintained and reasonably good. Suites are well maintained but the food is really good. Specifically the buffet spread is awesome and sumptuous. The service is good, the staff is very well mannered. Worth every penny you spend. The water is over purified.

Good place to stay. Staying here since 2019. Near to Airport and Highway. Restaurant is good but the staffs collapse if a group of 20+ people come at a time. House keeping must pay attention in replenishment of used items.

Very average experience. Rooms are good not best. Service is great. Avoid the restaurant when there are functions in the hotel please avoid the restaurant. Buffet spread will all get empty due to rush from events and dishes will not be refilled. Buffet lunch was 850/- but we couldn't even go near the spread.

Everything was just perfect but first aid kit alone could've been there in the reception. When we asked for it, that alone wasn't there. Other than this, the cleanliness, immediate response, service and everything else was just amazing. A big thanks to the team. Really had a very good time over there.

Had lunch buffet and it was a good alternative to our regular places. Spread was okayish for the price, but you get good offers if you become a member. Check it out. Fish tikka was really good. Good deserts. The only bad item was the Thai soup. Other than that all items was tasty. More importantly, not crowded even on a Sunday and so we had such fun time with friends and family.

A idealy located Hotel in Coimbatore . Charges are on the acceptable range. Rooms are very good and aesthetically designed. Food is very good. Service staff are very friendly and helpful. In total I would recommend Gokulam Park for both business & leisure stay hen visiting Coimbatore.

It's 4 Kms from Airport towardsAvinashi. Rooms are good and it's a good place for Family. Food is costly as it is a 4star. But the quality and taste of food was good. Don't go for buffet especially night.Mornibg BF buffet was good with live kitchen for dosa. The service at the restaurant needs lot of improvement. Room.service was good Room was good and neat. Lockers iron box were provided. Toilets were maintained good. Checked in took time and that certainly need to be improved. Over all a great stay.
