A decent apartments 1800 per room and 3000 per two bedrooms apartment. They also give for monthly rental @ 45000/- per month + EB charges extra. Kitchen is set with piped gas lines with required vessels. Refrigerator available. Everyday cleaning and change bed spreads every third day. From main road less than 100 feet. From airport less than 9 kms. Good service and homely atmosphere. Great!

I have stayed at this place with my family for two nights. Very nice place to stay with your family, especially when you have kids. It is well maintained furnished apartment. There is a nice kitchen in the apartment which can be used by the guests. It is a secure area, well connected by public transportation, equipped with free WiFi connectivity, offers nice parking space for your vehicle, clean, calm and affordable price. The house owner was friendly and made sure that the guests are treated well. We encountered no problems during our stay, and enjoyed it very much. We would like to book this facility in future if we are visiting Coimbatore. For these reasons I would like to rate it with five stars.

Stayed here for 5 days. It is near aadhi maruti service centre. Stay is very good. It has gas connection for cooking and 24 hr hot water supply. Mainly it is in a hot location.

Best option for stay in Singanallur or Ondipudur area in Coimbatore. I stayed st Spice Service Apartments twice between Nov 12 and Nov17,2021. Stay was nice. The rooms are well maintained and spacious compared to Hotel rooms. If you book a room you are given a bedroom in a 2 BHK apartment and you can lock your bedroom. Hall, Dining and Kitchen will be shared with guests in the other bedroom. Each bed room has its own attached bath & toilet. Apartment main door key will be given to both room guests.But when the occupancy is less they try to give one apartment fully to one family so that they can have privacy. Kitchen has stove, Fridge, plates, spoons etc. Bathrooms are clean and geysers are provided for hot water if needed. There are additional beds provided in each apartment also - just in case you need.

I stayed here for few months. The place is as shown in those images, neat and clean. Service is also up to the mark. I think the price is okay for the things they provide. One down side is that they don't provide you food so you have to depend on outside hotels or delivery services. Good thing is they got a refrigerator and stove ( which I didn't try) to cool or warmup you food. Teashops and hotels are also nearby.

The place is well maintained and has all the necessities. Went for a get-together recently and would definitely recommend others to check it out. Parking space is available and the cost per night is affordable.
