like
to
take
this
opportunity
to
thank
Doctor
Suman,
Physiotherapist
Manikandan
and
every
staff
&
nurse
for
providing
an
exceptional
service.
I
am
not
saying
this
just
for
the
sake
of
providing
feedback,
it
was
truly
an
impressive
service
from
this
hospital.
Let
me
explain
in
detail,
so
that
it
would
be
helpful
for
someone
who
is
facing
the
same
situation
as
we
have
gone
through
to
take
a
tough
decision.
Especially
when
the
patient
is
above
60
years
old
and
has
a
very
bad
health
condition,
it
would
be
very
difficult
for
a
family
to
take
a
decision.
My
mother
had
been
suffering
from
knee
pain
for
the
last
few
years
and
this
year
the
pain
was
unbearable
every
single
night
and
reached
a
stage
where
she
was
unable
to
even
take
a
few
steps
inside
the
house.
We
have
consulted
a
few
famous
ortho
doctors
around
Coimbatore,
unanimously,
everyone
suggested
knee
replacement
surgery,
however,
most
of
them
suggested
operating
one
leg
at
a
time.
But
Dr
Suman
was
confident
in
operating
both
knees
at
the
same
time.
Initially
we
were
skeptical
about
this
process
and
not
confident
to
operate
both
the
knees.
Eventually,
we
decided
as
per
Dr
Suman’s
advice
and
went
through
the
process.
Now,
we
feel
that
it
is
a
correct
decision,
my
mother
has
recovered
quickly,
and
she
is
able
to
walk
on
the
third
day,
though
she
has
some
pain,
we
are
surprised
to
see
the
speedy
recovery.
Exceptional
Service
from
physiotherapist
Manikandan,
apart
from
the
exercise,
he
is
very
kind
and
supportive
to
the
patient.
It’s
been
2
weeks
since
the
operation,
still
we
could
not
believe
it,
it
is
like
a
dream
for
us.
As
a
family
we
would
like
to
thank
again
Dr
Suman
and
the
entire
team
for
making
this
a
huge
success.
