Good ambience in general, I was lucky being given a room close to the elevator. The room could be better if they provided chair in the bed room so I can work in my room.

Food taste was good & they have many varieties of food available. Building still new & have modern minimalist style. Staff was friendly & nice. Strategic location but a bit traffic due to streets being worked on. Room was clean. The hotel & service itself still need many improvement. Especially for the suite room. Felt like staying on regular room. Room is a bit small for a suite also room don’t give any extra, like u still got to pay for the mini bar for 100k++ just for a chocolate bar pringles & uc100 that u can bought much cheaper on mini-market nearby. Mineral water for 25k, they do give dispenser water on a jug & can refill it outside though… I did a big event here (wedding) as a bride but didn’t even get any complimentary gift? While usually, other hotels give u something like a small congratulations cake or decorate the bride rooms a bit to congratulate the couples. For a 4-star hotel I will be honest, I’m kinda disappointed. I have stayed in many hotels before that only 3 stars & have better service. Its also a bit difficult to access the rooms ‘cus each card only can access 1 floor & need to ask the receptionist for acces to other guest floors. They only have 2 elevators available so sometimes need to wait a long time. No cotton bud available on the toilets & only basic stuff that you can get in any other hotels. Lack of tissue, only tissue available on the toilet also… I also ask for scissors burtthe hotel say they cannot give a customer sharp objects & need to see what we gonna use it for, I appreciate for their concern about safety, but need to wait for like 30-45 minutes for them to come, while I just really need those scissors to open my gown. (in the end I open it with my own nail clippers) Room price also quite expensive than other hotels, but I expect a “special” price for someone that doing & paying for a big event. Hotel access also need to be improve ‘cus just to drop off a guest need to go through the basement & sometimes need to pay the parking fee. I’m sorry for leaving this review but I just being honest with my experience while staying here. Thank you.

when checked in the service was friendly and very helpful.. the lobby was very nice and fantastically clean and comfortable...entered the cold and clean room, had a lot of breakfast in the morning, the food was really an amazing experience staying at the harper hotel palembang..

Location is strategic, but there is ongoing project for flyover. Big enough parking lot, 1 room can register 2 cars. Room is spacious, only 2 big towel, drainage is a bit slow. We sign non smoking form but actually the room/floor was smoking type before. There is also ongoing maintenance, we stay for 5 nites and have to move to other floor on last nite. Gym is small but enough, just the operating hours are not common, 6 to 6. Swimming pool and small kids club are available. They are all located on 3rd floor.

Location is strategic not too far from Ampera bridge, Martabak pak Har, Masjid Agung. The room is very comfy minus a wardrobe, but overall is so nice.. the service is so good, especially thanks to mas room service for the fast respond and repair my bed from king to twin fastly. The food is tasty (i love the waffle💖) Anyway thanks for let me trying the papaya juice and bolognese puff, so tasty🫶🏻

This hotel has good service, nice room, dont worry about food they have so many kind of food that can make u want to comback again And the staff they are very friendly and full of respect

The service experience staff came to me this morning, and ask what can they do to maximize my satisfaction. Then I told them that my wash basin drainage a bit slow to drain waste, and ask them immediate report to maintenance team. I think it's a proper way to get the customer happy with they stay. Im happy to stay here. I will update the review after they fix my problem. >>Oops it's one day apart and didn't get any better for the service they promised. No maintenance personel comes

Not bad. There is a thing which is quite annoying. Such as it has no curtain for the shower spot. The other good enough so far. Let's see.

Cozy place, good food. I can't event hear any situation outside the building. The traffic, even the big windy and heavy rain outside. I didn't have any bad experience here. It's free flow mineral water one of the best idea. They provides water dispenser on its hallway. I always struggling with water in other hotel since the hotel only provide 2 600ml mineral water which not enough for one person. But here ini Harper Hotel Palembang, they provide unlimited mineral water. Good amenity. I also used the meeting room. I love the coffee break snack, the meal, and the room ambiance. The good security help me well when I was checked out. Big smile and reminding me if something left behind.

There are so many rules that Harper had, u may have the different one of your hotel as the chracteristic of your hotel just follow as others hotel in palembang, no more rules . and the important the service is the worst i have ever known than other , why i say like that because when i asked to one of ur staff the direction for unaccess lift they did nt show me the direction perfectly 😂 thanks i live there with my aunt as many as 8 nights, but we did nt get any good responds

The room is cleaned. However, the service still need to be improved. One of the example is there is no early check-in. Food variation is also limited. I choose this hotel because the beautiful experience that I got from Harper in Yogyakarta but unfortunately it didn't happen in Harper Palembang.

The hotel was nice and modern, but the service is bad. they say the preparation for the room is 30 minutes, so i went to my friend who’s already in his room. when it’s been after 30 minutes i asked the reception is it ready and they said they’re disinfecting the room so it’ll be another 10-11 minutes, 30 more minutes have gone by and i still haven’t get to my room. i asked the reception again and they said they’re on their way to deliver the key to my friends room and it took 15 more minutes for them to give me my key. so in total i wait 75 minutes for my room to be ready even though the said only “30 minutes”. please fix your staff! everyone seems to doesnt care about anything. fix it.

Decent hotel with good facilities, pool and big hall. Location is good but constructions are making the access a bit difficult. Food is decent and prices as well. Improvements could be made on the cockroaches control and faster room service. overall a pleasent stay.

Good hotel ..but very disappointed when no notification from check-in time I have to pay the extra bed a day before check-out. My son have to answered a few call from front office to asked for extra bed payment immediately before 11 pm. Why we can not pay extra bed prior our check out time??

The FOODS absolutely and the service. The pools is so big, my son was very happy stayed here. The front officer are warm and so kind, especially Mr. Daniel and Ms. Natasya. The room is very convenient. This is the only one hotel in Palembang that has the fastest lift, I love it. The foods are varied and so delicious, there are diet menu also. Guys, you should visit and order the rooms, you wont be regret, trust me! Sure be back to the Harper Palembang soooon. Keep the excellent service up, teams

So lovely for the room and breakfast honestly :) , but i think for the front office staff could be more polite and mind the attitude, it would be excellent!

Got the worst services ever 😭 staff was not friendly. They called us at 2pm and said the room is ready but when we came they asekd to wait tor another hour. The food was good tho the services needed to be improved immediately

Harper palembang is a good 4 star hotel. With the price is affordable, location so strategies close with the mall.. for the facilities, this hotel have a complete and useful facilities.. for the food always makes me smile because they have so many choices dan the taste was delicious.. last but not least special thanks for front office team who give me and my families a good service

The hotel is nice, clean, and comfortable. It's very regrettable, that the one of front office women is not friendly, and seems picky guests when showing a friendly attitude. Or maybe, it's because the three of us came wearing only ugly sandals and not wearing suits like most of the people who spent the night here. We also think and will advise our company, to be considered again when going to book or stay here. But it's okay, it's just a pity to see someone like that. If her attitude is like that, it will obviously make guests who come feel uncomfortable. Refresh training is needed for her and please be advice, Never judge others just because of their appearance. Nice room but breakfast poor with almost no service, toaster for bread broken, room service menu half items unavailable. Restaurant definitely well below what one would expect from a hotel like this. No improvement since I was here over 2 months ago.

the cleanliness of the hotel is well-sustained throughout the years. Not only the cleanliness, but also the services are GOAT especially the services that are delivered by Mr. Koko and Mr. Jecky at D’lotus restaurant, they are so kind and provide the best services to all the customers. They should be promoted a lot. That’s the only reason, me and my family fall in love with Harper Hotel. KEEP IT UP THE GOOD WORK!!!

It's nice stay with Harper they have good stuff with good service specialy front office staff pak aji n pak bagus n HK staff for nice room. We stay for familly vacation to enjoy the swimming pool.

Been here for an event. I was staying here for 3 nights with my team. The facilities were superb for the ballroom. The room is quite large and clean. Some of the banquets pic was nice buat there is also who didnt want to be command by the customer related to event need. The food was awesome and resto staff are nice.

It s quite good but some items is not completely . The servis is mbak nisa ok but the towel only 1 . No soap for hand washing The breakfast variation is poor

The bed I requested was 1 king but they don’t have it. So they offered me 2 single beds, which was alright. When I went to the room, I felt the room was somewhat clean until I saw a small cockroach on the table near the fridge. When I was about to shower, there was another cockroach on the shower glass. Please improve the cleanliness of the room. I went to breakfast the next day and had omelette. The omelette still had some eggshells on it. Overall the hotel was quite modern and have strategic location. But please improve on those things🙏🏼

Its good, but the sink wasn't sinking, its take forever to just drain, please call a plumbing to fix it. Other than that, everything is good
