Not cheap for Batam. The Wagu steak (medium/well) was like chewing on a wet sponge. Not nice. Drink was nice and staff were sweet

Of course holycow everywhere is not going to dissapoint, it's already a known franchise for a decent good steak despite being a little bit expensive for Indonesians. So , steak is great, probably you might want to order one level below the doneness level you want. For example if like medium, order it medium rare, since you might get slightly more done than usual. Gravies are very delicious, i ordered salted egg and mushroom and both did not dissapoint. Place is okay, pretty decent for a mall restaurants, not to crammed. Service is neutral , waiters sometimes a bit busy so you might need to wait before they come. Overall , definitely will come back later in the future.

Clean place and family friendly! Staff was kind and understanding (ordered medium rare but returned to the kitchen as it was abit too raw). The best thing here was honestly the butter rice! Must try

I ordered the wagyu Stirloin and butter rice. The steak was fatty. I should have asked for medium rare so that it is juicier. The French fries were very crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside.

Tried the 300g Wagyu M5 steak and it was amazingly done. Best eaten without the sauce. I wish the restaurant would offer sugarless cold drinks. Cold drinks are too sweet for my liking.

Always a great place to satisfy steak craving. Service is good and the food never fails.

Ordered Hokubee Sirloin Steak with Blackpepper Sauce and mashed potato 2 sets, standard taste. We just find the side fats are quite many, we cut it out as unhealthy and hard to chew, but unsure if its normal ? 🤔 Kindly consider to give more my favorite cheap mashed potato as your price is not cheap too 😅

First Holycow in Batam where we are quite difficult to find good steak. Overal it was good. I picked Chef Adit Signature (Tenderloin Wagyu 200gr) with Medium Level. At the outer side of slice its more to a medium well but once I cut deeper I got perfect medium All is well, meat is tender but could be improved because i couldnt get the smokey smell of the steak

Must try steakhouse at Batam. Reasonably priced and steak is good. The sauces are good as well as the plating. Friendly staff and service ia quick. Must try.
