Visited their cafe @ wrexham yesterday, prior to going on a protest about 20 mph. I must say their breakfasts were amazing, everything was cooked to perfection, and very tasty. Alan was most helpful and attentive

Good sized Sainsbury's supermarket with a dry cleaners, cafe, bakery, clothing, foreign currency exchange, a cash machine, petrol station and toilets. It's on the Plas Coch retail park on the edge of Wrexham and has plenty of free parking.

Usually no probs at Sains, not my normal supermarket, however this particular shop was marred by customers at till going back and forth to make sure they spent all their vouchers, no apologies from them or the checkout person. I moved to self serve, then that didn't go well either because I was using my own bag !

Too many robots not enough staff on the shop floor. Prices going through the roof. My wife likes it. The staff are pleasant at all times.

Regular customer for many years, generally great, however today while in self checkout, I waited for id for some beer in my basket. 2 young assistants chatting like mad, the taller of the 2 with long fair hair and glasses saw me out of the corner of her eye, and chose to keep chatting away, must have been really important, I waved and my red light was on, but she still chatted. Then a lady from the normal tills stopped scanning for her customers and her queue, and authorised my purchase. Miss chatty was still going, 3 of them now. I was a quite annoyed and unwittingly walked off as if I’d paid, got about 20 yards and realised, so I went back to pay, could’ve easily got myself in trouble all down to being irritated and distracted by a staff member unwilling to stop gossiping. Rant over.

Always have a good shopping experience in here, staff friendly, shelves always well stocked, love the smart shop! Also so handy that Argos is in there now! I’ve converted from Aldi where I’ve shopped for years and I certainly notice the difference customer service and food wise - also some of the prices are actually cheaper than Aldi for the same quantity of product. Noticeably different quality too!

Good place to shop. More variety and better quality than some other low cost supermarkets. Plus plenty of self checkouts so no queuing.

Sainsbury's has been my weekly shopping store ever since I've been in Wrexham. It has been a store that I have found the staff both helpful and friendly. Many of them have been there for several years and have become shopping friends.

In the UK, virtually everybody knows that the name Sainsbury's, means quality. Don't get me wrong, that quality does come at a price but sometimes it's worth spending the extra. If you go to Asda and buy their own range food, most of it will go in the bin after one bite, as it really is cheap but nasty. So, you can save money but waste it or spend a little extra and enjoy it, and save in the long run. This store is no exception to the rule, it's nicely laid out and you know what you're buying.

Sainsbury's Wrexham. One of the best Sainsbury's we have shopped in, always well stocked, great selection of Tu clothes. Some great offers in the household area. One of the lowest fuel costs I've come across in a long while.

Staff always look miserable here. I don't go particularly often anymore. Food in the cafe is always lovely and I always seem to get good fruit and veg. I like the clothes section here and always find a bargain.

As Sainsburys go, this is a pretty good one. Plenty of choices, only a few things close to best before dates. Please stock small cams/ bottles of soda water.

Shelving was half empty, obviously short staffed. When I got to the till only two open. Both teenage cashiers were talking to each other and the supervisor whilst putting the shopping through, one of them was sat right back in the chair, yawning and pushing the goods through the scanners with one hand.( sorry you had to get out of bed to work) Only went in because I had a £10 voucher, never again.

My family always go shopping at Sainsbury's. Recently, thinly sliced beef is sold there. This is a great help as we have gone to a butcher in Chester to buy thinly sliced beef. Also I would be happy if thinly sliced pork was sold. And we can buy Japanese items and some organic vegetables. The store staff are very kind. I could be happy if Sainsbury's opened in Japan.

Love Sainsbury's, I can always find what I need. The staff are friendly and helpful, the shelves well-stocked and everywhere is clean and tidy. It's not my usual supermarket as I now live on the opposite side of the city and have another 'big name' just up the road, a shame really as I enjoy shopping there. There's a lovely clothing section in store, very good quality and competitively priced with something for everyone. Plenty of free parking, too. Can thoroughly recommend.

If you don't own a nectar card, best avoid this place the prices are over the top. There is a lot of choice tho.

Went to get some last minute bits for Xmas, thought I'll get a cheeky all day breakfast while I'm here. BAD MOVE. Didn't have to wait long and was quite pleased, however I understood soon ad I tried it, must have been under the heatlamps for hours and I think they were faulty. Everything was cold apart from the toast the egg resembled a Haribo plastic egg, bacon like steel, not happy just eat what I could and left. WORST BREAKFAST EVER !

I've just been to the shop and, " Never " been helped so brilliant, I don't usually go there, so I don't know where anything is, so I asked an assistant where the pigs in blankets were, she asked someone else for fresh, but they had where sold out, she then asked me if frozen would be okay, she then took me to the freezer, I asked her if they had duck fat which she then took me over,as I said that the assistant went out of her way,as she was on the clothes department, this was in the Wrexham store.

We don't normally use Sainsbury's but this will now change. I was delighted to see that they had an extraordinary range of veggie and vegan products in some rather natty fridges that don't really look like fridges. Go take a look.

Ive shopped in every supermarket in wrexham, this is by far the best, quality , choice , cleanliness and above all staff are efficient, polite, professional and very customer focused. The prices are very competitive and standards and high. Overall a very happy customer who will now use regularly.

Some of the products have a decent price, others are a bit expensive but you know swings and roundabouts, overall a decent place but expect to spend a good amount of you do your full shop here.

We were looking for fresh flowers, disappointed with the choice on offer and freshness. Flowers were past their best but not reduced in price to reflect this.

You seriously don't want me to comment, very average, staff not that helpful or pleasant, big red signs all around the shop, making it feel small ,dark and enclosed, empty shelves and untidy, sorry didn't like it,will not return in a hurry

No stock rotation. Fresh goods out of sell by date. Groups of staff stood chatting in the isles.

My supermarket of choice as I can find most items I need including exotic ingredients. Aisles wide enough, plenty of car parking space. Plus fuel station with keen prices

Another great shopping experience. There are some emoty spaces but the main stuff is still available. Good to see the majority wearing masks still

Visited the petrol station to buy some sandwiches. Got to the till only to be told the contactless payment machine wasn't working. Since I only pay using my phone that was no use to me. Left without my snacks and went elsewhere. It's a good job I didn't fill up at the pumps.

A great branch of Sainsbury's - clean and tidy, self service checkouts sparkling. Excellent range of products. Great cafe - very nice reasonably priced food.

Very pleasant carpark store and very helpful staff. Prices are coming down but inflation of course puts a lot of them up. Quality of products is very high.

How can a supermarket charge such high prices. Like £6.99 for same £1.79 plants at Aldi. Store looks 75 yes old. Walk round and look at the prices wow you want customers look at your neighbours Aldi and Lidl both have fair prices but yours are well over the top I will keep my money and go elsewhere.

The problem is..... you are not providing good customer service by sending your customers to self service tills when they have a trolley full of goods and want to go through a manned (or womanned) till. Staff stood around chatting by the self service tills to make sure people don't steal stuff, or need help as everyone invariably does - put them on the tills instead please! There was one till open at 7.30 in the evening and a queue up the shop.

Disappointing to see a lot of fresh beef, chicken and fish had use by date of tomorrow. Not ideal if you are trying to cut down on shopping trips and buy for several days ahead.

Great store. Massive car park with plenty of space for parking. Great customer service department. Store didn't sell what I needed, but customer services directed me to two other stores that did sell the product.
