    Very disappointing and to be frank, worrying. I ordered a Whopper meal at the drive through and was never asked about making the meal large. When I arrived at the first window, the price was higher than the one on display by the ordering station. The lady told me it was the normal price and that she would have a look at the display. I parked the car and looked at the receipt. I then realised I was charge for a large meal. I was going to let it go until I saw I was neither given a large portion of fries nor a large drink! Is that not theft? Was that a genuine mistake or a regular occurrence. I went inside and asked for a refund. Gemma, the assistant manager was very professional and did admit the fries were not large ones. She gave me a refund for the difference.

    Just got back home after picking up my meal 6 miles. Ordered 3 meals but only received 2 although they gave 3 drinks. Young girls laughing and joking so not paying attention. Please check your order before leaving.

    Whoever was the young person was in the drive through at 10:20 on the 22nd of December, 10 stars out of 5, so nice actually told us it was card only at the speaker thing unlike the other burger Kings. Absolutely gem.

    I have never thrown a burger away, until today. Ordered the whopper meal. Not many chips, but at least they were cooked. Dont ask me why I looked, but there was hardly any toppings on the burger and I turned it over to see the bottom of the burger, looking like it had hundreds of entrails covering it. I had already taken a bite and it was only tepid and not even hot. I had literally just collected it from the drivethrough less than 30 seconds earlier. Reading tripadvisors reviews it looks like this happens a lot. The restaurant was virtually empty. I now understand why. NEVER AGAIN..

    Very expensive £38 for 2 adults 3 children. £9.89 for a burger meal which tasted like it had been heated up several times Paid for cheesy chips just got plain. Only good part was tables were clean

    My order was delicious, I hadn't tried Burger King since the early 2000's, but what I had recently was worth coming back for. Service was great, got served by Maria and she was helpful and well-mannered. I only have two issues which are the price; a bit too high in comparison to KFC and McDonald's, and also the lack of variety on the menu which could have a lot more. Regardless, I'll definitely be back :)

    Burger was negilible, paid £5.13 and got a flat dr pepper and a highly underwhelming burger. Im 15 and have somewhat large hands and the burger was absolutely small. The chips were cold and dead. Chilli cheese bites were shockingly bad. Do not rate this establishment. Quite unimpressed after going for the first time in 5 years. 👎👎👎

    Wrexham burger king Was served and me and my three children were very well looked after by Steven. Have to say he was amazing. Shame the other staff where a little rude and one even spoke to Steven impolitely. Manners don't cost anything specially to a member of your own team.. My son asked for two lids and she rolled her eyes at him. Food was tasty. Steven needs to be in charge 5* for customer service for him. He worked very hard

    Ended up 4 of us being sick 2 days a go after eating in Burger King, food didn’t taste very fresh, apart from chips which were nice. Staff was friendly, there was no one cleaning the tables though. I am not paying them again over 35£ to get my family sick

    Awful service every time we visit this store, even after a refurb they're still not good at getting your order correct nor are the burgers always hot. Hopefully this will change soon

    We take the kids here every month, the staff are very friendly, food is simple and tasty and also pretty cheap if you use the burger king app. Plenty of seating and always clean.

    Negative - they always forget something from your order, always check before leaving! Positive - they have 0% food waste… if they make a XL Bacon Double Cheeseburger today ready for the next order and your the first person to order in 6 weeks, that’s the one you will get. That’s the only explanation I can imagine for why my burger was so dry and cold! I literally only go here because I’m too lazy to get out of my car and walk into McDonald’s (no drive-thru in Wrexham)

    Steven was very attentive and asked how our meal was which if I'm honest has never happened in a fast food restaurant before, was happy to help my son when asking for extra sauces and did not stop cleaning and tidying up the entire time we was there.

    We had 3 chicken royals the bread was hard and the chicken didn't taste nice at all. Cheese burger was the same with the bread. The only thing that was nice where the chips and drinks.

    Greeted by Steven who helped us use the self service which was great as it takes me ages to use them. Food was very speedy and warm Noticed Steven sweeping and cleared the tables by us as soon as customers left. Very good experience overall.

    Steven was absolutely amazing when tending to us during our visit, he helped us out with any issues we had on the screen and collecting our order. Every time I visit he is always working so hard, truely a lovely man. Food was quick and correct also.

    Took my visiting mother from South Africa for a never before had Burger King. Food was good, service was excellent and Steven was super helpful and very friendly. My mother was very impressed how clean and tidy Steven kept the place. When he wasn't cleaning the tables inside he was outside picking up litter and clearing the leaves. Well done Steven.

    Really good meal today. Burger king is quite expensive overall but I had the new chimichuri chicken burger and it was brilliant. Steven who was looking after the dining area was very attentive, asking if our meals were ok and getting us some sauces when my son went to go and ask for some more. He kept the tables lovely and tidy and was happy to help anyone that asked

    Gave BK a shot after being a regular at Maccys for many years. Pleasantly surprised. Hot food! Decent variety, and the fries were bang on. Very friendly service from our server, Steven, who was constantly smiling. Will return.

    Very quick with ordering and receiving our food, while I was waiting for food Steven came over and cleared plus cleaned our table as it was left messy by previous customers.     The chap cleaning the tables is lovely. Very helpful, polite and attentive to the cleanliness of the place.Hellping customers constantly in between cleaning and fetching things. Feel that a little review to sat thanks to him is the least I could do. He would be a great front of house at any restaurant. I hope BK are paying him well. Service provided was akin I would expect in a decent restaurant. The gent had glasses and aged about 35 to 40.

    Absolutely shocking service we received tonight. This was our first Uber Eats. Ordered arrived extremely fast but we realised this wasn't our food. We'd paid £24 for 2 burger meals. We got a tepid warm chicken royale and a bacon double cheeseburger along with 2 huge cartons of cardboard like cold fries. Called BK Wrexham and spoke to a rude woman who told me it was Uber Eats mistake and to take it up with them. Only it wasn't UE fault as the correct receipt was in the bag we got.. The member of staff wasn't apologetic and frankly didnt seem to care. I asked her name so I could take this further and she refused, citing data protection.I've worked in market research and knew this wasnt the case. She then hung up the phone. First and only time we will use BK purely based on our experience with the BK customer service not willing to offer to rectify their mistake.Disappointing.

    I got a roulette burger. The burger meat was tepid and the bacon was straight out of the fridge. It was nasty to eat. They shouldn’t cut corners just because it is a promotion. It isn’t normally like that.

    Really enjoyed the vegan burger. Had to check with staff, who were very friendly and helpful, that it was not actually chicken! Seems a lot of vegans can't believe its not and need to check. Burger King, unlike that joke McDonald's, serve proper fries and burgers that look exactly as advertised not the limp, tasteless excuses the other places serve up. Wouldn't go anywhere else for this type of fast food. A+++ Burger King

    Warm coke, no ketchup, no bbq sauce, no ketchup, no salt, no hot chocolate, no ice, no bean burger (still being advertised though). All this and still twice as expensive as anywhere else. Won't be coming back.

    Normally I use just eat and my order is perfect but today I used uber eats and recieved a stale bun, only half a portion of chips and missing almost half of my nacho bites. Very disappointed with my service today. Its not cheap to eat here and I don't feel I had my moneys worth.

    Good food... But.. service was sooo slow. Not even that many people in but were literally waiting 20 minutes with 3 in the queue. All staff including the manager didn't have much rush in them.

    Received a £100 fine for parking at Burger King and eating in for 41 minutes for my lads birthday. Apparently after 8.30pm there is a 30 minute time restriction on parking. Bit daft when BK is open for eat in until 10.30

    What an absolute joke. I drove to Burger King to eat, chill and do some work. It's late evening so I park on their car park. 1 week later I get a parking fine because you're not allowed to park on their car park after 8pm. I told the staff that I'm parked outside and I'm going to do some work on my laptop and no one mentioned that they give out fines. How can they fine you for parking at 8pm. It's not like I left my car over night ... I was in their restaurant spending money.

    The milkshake machine is off more then its on , this is over a period of weeks not just days , always disappoints the kids , going elsewhere in the future , buildings a bit grubby to especially on the outside. The food is fine the same as all the rest.

    Food was cold. Burger buns were dry and falling apart. Part of the order missing was rectified but only three customers in the place so shouldn't have happened. Made us realise why we don't normally go there.

    After a new refit I passed a big sign on the way in that said " HAVE IT YOUR WAY" I asked for a bacon cheese burger, they said we only do a bacon DOUBLE cheese burger !!! I said " what happened to your motto " have it your way " ?? I only want a single bacon cheese burger ....she looked very vacant at me and said " we don't do them !! God help us

    Was served by Katie. Told me she was new and being trained to be a manager. After taking my order she quickly served it hot and fresh. After noticing it had pickles on (I am allergic) she apologised and served me a fresh burger and ensured it hadn't come in contact with pickles, I was very impressed with her kindness, friendliness and professionalism. 10/10 would go there again. She made my visit very pleasurable and made my day with her chats

    Food wasn't warm enough. The experience was salvaged by Steven who was extremely helpful and genuine, he clearly cares very much about his colleagues and the restaurant. He assisted us and the other customers from the moment we came in the door till the moment we left - all while keeping on top of his duties.

    Must be one of the worst Burger King chains around. Drive through order had missing items so after getting home had to drive back for the rest of it. Asked for the order to be made fresh again which they said no problem. Food was the same just in a new bag and fresh fries, cold burgers. Never going back. They didnt offer an apology and noone answers the phone. I swore never to come back 2 years ago, things havent changed.

    We Don't usually have a burger King but husband just fancied one so off we went, I was flummoxed by the door issue today, had to use the emergency exit door to get in as the main door is broken but once inside a lovely gentleman asked if I was OK as I looked lost, Steven explained that I could place an order using the new boards or over the counter, Steven did all the work putting in my order on the board as I'm not brilliant with them, lol old school like to speak my order, Steven was fantastic and ran through everything and placed my order, the lady behind the counter serving, shouted my number gave her the slip, she didn't even glance at it before throwing it in the bin and shouting my order off her main screen, next fun issue was filling the drink container, no button to say press here only information about using your app, the big red coke sign is the start program then you select your drink, by the time I had done this our food was ready and waiting. We had takeout ,once home we were happy that the order was right and no mayo on my food, cheese and bacon loaded chips we ok should be more cheese, I'm a cheese lover never enough cheese but otherwise tasted good. Steven went above and beyond to help me and I would probably go back again, now I know how to use the boards lol x thank you Steven for all your help today
