    Absolutely LOVE this studio! Always leave shaking. Fantastic inclusive environment. As a plus size woman, it's important to feel included in exercise classes. Options for taking it up a notch or for reducing strain are readily available. Highly recommend!!! Molly is amazing.

    The Bar Method is my favorite workout studio. It’s clean, comfortable and conveniently located on Daniel Island. Molly and the staff are so welcoming and friendly, and they all know your name. They have been nothing but inviting and definitely helps set you up for success. I am becoming stronger for sure by working out consistently at Bar Method. I highly recommend this studio.

    I’ve been to a quite a few barre studios over the years and I have to say this one is at the top of the pack! It’s clean, the instructors are friendly, and the class times are convenient. There is also a good amount of variety in the different types of classes but also in each class type itself. Highly recommend checking it out!

    This review is long overdue considering this Bar Method studio was one of the main reasons that I chose to move specifically to Daniel Island over a year and a half ago. I’ve been taking barre classes for over 10 years at various other studios in NYC and DC, and when making the move to SC a great barre studio was at the top of my list of requirements. Molly and her team make it a place that have to be daily and am so grateful to have found! The instruction is top notch, the studio space is beautiful, and the community they’ve formed is amazing. Best bar studio by far!!

    Molly, the instructors, and the studio are wonderful! Great class times, always challenging and a variety of workouts. Highly recommend for beginners or those who have been doing barre for years. We're so lucky to have this gem on DI!

    I love the The Bar Method - Charleston! Molly and all the instructors are always super nice and helpful in their adjustments during class. Would highly recommend for those looking for a challenging, but fun group class atmosphere.

    I've been coming to Bar Method for almost 3 years, and it's by far the best workout anywhere. I'm stronger and in better shape than when I danced and played sports as a teenager. The experience of the classes is always positive and uplifting. The studio is lovely, the music is fun, and the instructors are awesome. I love the personalized corrections and that there are always modifications available for the exercises. Lastly, I love how there are so many different class times to accomodate busy schedules. I <3 Bar Method!!! :)

    I’ve been coming to Bar Method for a year and a half. I love this studio! The instructors are top-notch— welcoming, friendly, and encouraging. Each class challenges me mentally and physically, which is my idea of an amazing workout. Molly, the owner, has created a supportive community that makes you want to keep coming back to.

    I’ve tried nearly every type of workout, but this one has been my favorite for the past two years. In terms of environment, instructor knowledge and quality of workout, the Bar Method is unmatched! I love the welcoming, encouraging instructors as well as the people I’ve met through it. I would recommend it to anyone; the abs you get from it aren’t too bad either!!
