called
up
Zach
about
3
months
ago
because
I
was
looking
for
a
more
personalized
training
experience.
My
goal
is
to
get
back
in
shape
and
enjoy
working
out
again
before
turning
40.
I've
been
going
to
the
gym
on
and
off
for
the
past
20+
years
but
Covid
definitely
made
it
challenging
to
get
motivated
but
the
1:1
experience
at
Chucktown
Fitness
has
been
incredible!!
Zach
and
Leslie
are
wonderful
owners!
They
are
friendly,
kind,
and
care
about
their
clients.
Matt
Wilson
was
assigned
to
me
as
my
personal
trainer
and
Ive
seen
huge
gains
in
the
past
3
months!
Ive
lost
almost
5%
body
fat
and
Ive
put
on
6
pounds
of
muscle
based
on
lab
results.
I
didn't
expect
results
that
fast,
its
awesome!
Matt
is
incredibly
knowledgeable,
motivating,
and
has
tailored
a
workout
plan
based
on
my
goals
and
progress.
My
initial
plan
was
to
try
personal
training
for
a
couple
of
months
but
it's
been
such
a
positive
in
my
life,
that
I
don't
think
that
I
could
stop
now!!!
I
bet
a
lot
of
people
are
like
me
and
want
to
see
results
from
their
time
in
the
gym,
so
I
would
highly
recommend
Chucktown
Fitness.
