    After taking time off from fitness for the past year I finally decided to try out this Chucktown Fitness. This is hands down one of the best gyms I've been to. It's so great for any level of fitness and always provides the challenge and encouragement I need. Couldn't have found a better place at a better time!

    I searched for a new gym after recently moving to the area and am so happy I found Method Training. Each class is different and challenging. I always feel like I have gotten a good workout when I am finished. There are people of all ages and fitness levels at the gym. The coaches are helpful and motivating. There are multiple class times each day that meet my schedule. Highly recommend this gym.

    I started in May and was so scared I wouldn’t be able to do too much with having a recent foot surgery. I signed up to do some personal training sessions and it has been awesome. Everyone there is friendly and down to earth and Ashley my trainer is AMAZING. She supports me and listens to me and makes me feel comfortable. I actually look forward to going and that is a first for me. Thank you guys for being so great! All of you are wonderful!

    This has to be the best gym I’ve ever been a member of in my entire life. The group classes feel like I have a personal trainer. Everyone is so nice and welcoming, and I feel like they care about my success. This is not easy, but I feel so accomplished every time I leave. If you are looking for a gym family that will change your life, look no further.

    So happy I found Method!! The coaches are the perfect driving force you need to get out of your comfort zone, all while still remembering we are all at a different pace. They have truly helped me get back into a healthy mindset, and I could not be more thankful for them!!

    Zack's "Method" offers high intensity interval training, strength-focused lift classes, and personal training options. The space is gorgeous and super clean, classes are an appropriate number of people to get individualized attention regarding form correction and coaching. I left the class feeling accomplished and confident.

    I joined Method back in March after traditionally being a work out on my own not in a class kind of person. Method changed my mind about the whole class mentality. The environment here is on point and I feel motivated throughout the workouts to give it my all. The trainers are fantastic! Jason and Ty really go the extra mile to make sure I’m using correct form and pushing myself. I’ve already seen so much improvement not only in my body composition but also in my mood and my overall strength. 100% recommend trying out Method! It’s worth it!

    Finding a place to workout where the trainers truly take the time to get to know you and challenge you is pretty special. Method isn’t just another gym where you are a number, you are someone who is invested in. The trainers truly love what they do and it shows. You cannot simply walk in and not be asked how you are doing. They notice when you are off and check in on you. They get to know your life outside the gym and are genuinely curious. Forever thankful for the family that is Method 💚🖤

    I had my first class at Method Training on Wednesday and fell in love with the workout, space, trainers and community. I've worked out all over Charleston, and I have never experienced such a welcoming, friendly and encouraging fitness community.

    Jason has motivated me to workout at the crack of dawn for the past 6 months. That's no small feat. I have never been athletic. I feel stronger and more confident then ever before. The environment is fun and welcoming for everyone.

    I've been at this gym since it opened! I love the atmosphere and the challenge I receive from every workout! I was at my worst physical conditioning in my life, having gained +65 lbs post my collegiate athlete days. I've been able to get back my athleticism and more! I've lost over 50 lbs and maintain keeping it off with the consistency Chucktown provides me. One of the biggest gains I've received here is the community! We enjoy ourselves thoroughly, with a lot of laughter, and still find a way to encourage each other to give it our all, no matter what level of fitness you are. It's my go-to place to get a great workout in with a great community! Highly recommend these guys! The trainers are great, knowledgeable, and approachable. They help you in any way that you need with adjustments to exercises based on your needs, injury, pregnancy, age, etc. You'll get the most out of your workout with Chucktown!

    This gym is amazing! I love the group/personal training style, you get great work in and able to meet some great people while doing so. The entire staff is friendly, welcoming, and motivating. I’d highly recommend to everyone.

    This gym is the best one I every joined and I have been working out for years ..I lost 15 pounds the first 3 months I joined ! I gained muscle ,endurance and have increased energy ! The workouts are effective and challenging, the trainers are top notch you can’t get better then this it’s worth every penny ,you will see results in a matter of time just stick with it and keep going ! You won’t be sorry!

    I've been a member of Chucktown Fitness for almost a year, and I couldn't have found a better gym for my needs. Each class is challenging but fun, the members are so welcoming, and the instructors are incredibly knowledgeable and friendly. I've noticed a huge change in my body and fitness level since I joined. I always look forward to my workouts - sometimes they're the best part of my day!

    Hey so I’m pretty fussy, but I gotta say this is a very nice place to work out. I was in town for a couple weeks and I was lucky enough to stumble in. Great trainers, great owner, just a really neat neighborhood gym.

    I'm so happy I found CTF! The HIIT classes are truly challenging and a perfect full body workout. The instructors are knowledgeable and the community is extremely welcoming. They make it easy to hit your personal fitness goals and I find myself consistantly improving. Shout out to Hailey for being the best trainer EVER!!!

    I started going to this CTF gym because I realized I needed to get a personal trainer to see the results I was looking for. I was tired of working out by myself just doing whatever came to mind or what I saw on YouTube. I didn’t have enough money for a trainer so they suggested a group class. At first, being the shy uneducated fitness person that I was I got nervous but I gave it a try & loved it, it was nothing like I expected everyone was there with the same plan as me they were focus & non judge mental. these are really some of the nicest people I’ve ever met from the trainers to the trainees. Everyone is very helpful I apologize if I’m making it sound like it’s to good to be true but I can’t make this up & wouldn’t take the time out of my day to make it up. It’s an environment that doesn’t pressure you it actually motivates you to pull through. It’s definitely an investment I’m glad that I made. I’m actually bumping up to 3 classes a week instead of 2 & I’m excited. CFT is a hidden gem.

    I’ve been a member of the Chucktown Fitness Gym and family for about 4 to 5 years. Followed the team from W. Ashley. It’s not my first go ‘round with HITT training, I liked my gym in MA, but this gym and crew of trainers far surpasses all the places I’ve been. They will challenge you and be kind, courteous, encouraging while putting you through the process of improving your life. And believe me, it will. Come join them and me for a great time and workout!!! ;)

    I joined at the beginning of September and could not be happier. Day one they know your name when you walk in the door. The workouts are excellent and are appropriate for all fitness levels with modifications available. It’s clean, the trainers are awesome and it’s got a really great vibe, I’m hooked!

    Chucktown has to be one of the best gyms I’ve ever been to. Everyone is welcoming and friendly and the trainers are great. I do personally training with Ben and he is knowledgeable and great at what he does! Can’t recommend this place enough.

    I am so happy that I found Chucktown Fitness! They are welcoming and knowledgeable trainers at this gym! The team training classes keep you engaged and motivated by rotating you through many different and engaging exercises so that you don’t get bored. They also make sure that you are doing the exercises correctly and with proper form. My trainer, Hailey, is AWESOME!! She is always motivating and encourages me to be better and stronger! She pushes me out of my comfort zone which I would never do by myself! Chucktown Fitness is a fun place with a welcoming community! I highly recommend stopping by and giving them a chance to show you what they have to offer. You won’t be disappointed!!!

    I joined Chucktown Fitness about a month ago and have really enjoyed each class. In just a short amount of time I have seen a real change in my fitness level. I believe this mainly attributed to the challenging and efficient workouts each class provides. Also the positive atmosphere at Chucktown Fitness is the direct result of a staff that is friendly, supportive and knowledgeable. Join the Team! You will not be disappointed.

    I have been a member at Chucktown for almost 3 months now and can't say enough good things. The facility and equipment are always clean and well kept but the thing that sets it apart are the owners and the entire staff. They are welcoming to everyone of any fitness level and their knowledge, friendliness, and helpfulness are great. They get to know you by name and make you feel part of their team. Highly recommend to anyone. First class!

    I joined this gym 7 months ago as I was searching for a local class based gym and I’m very happy I did. I had not really worked out in two years so to say I was out of shape is an understatement. The facility is nice and clean. The classes are always challenging and different with great music as well. The coaches make sure that you are using the correct form and will help you modify exercises if you need to. All of the staff are very supportive and encouraging. I feel stronger and more fit than I have in years and it’s because of Chucktown Fitness and of course my AMAZING trainer, Hailey working with me and keeping me motivated every week. You will not be disappointed when you join this gym!

    When I walked into CTF on January 18, 2022, I took a brave new step to regain my confidence, my strength, my health and to make a few new friends along the way. Zack quickly connected me with Hailey, my personal trainer and true fitness coach! Hailey inspires me! I bring the will and she teaches the skill! We make a great pair! She motivates and encourages me to be better, to be stronger and to go the extra mile with each session. Give CTF a try. You will be glad you did!!!!

    From the moment I walked in the door, I felt welcomed by all! It was so refreshing! Zach, Leslie and all of the trainers are so knowledgeable. They take the time to help you if have questions and offer suggestions if you are struggling with proper form. It doesn’t matter if I go to a super early morning class or an evening class after a long work day, I know I am going to be motivated to have a great workout. CTF keeps you on your toes and every workout is different!

    Welcoming, friendly, and very knowledgeable trainers at this gym. It’s been a while since I’ve worked out but they are welcoming to all fitness levels. I actually enjoy the classes and I’m not one to love exercising. Always doing something new and different and the trainers make it fun with lots of positivity and good music!

    I called up Zach about 3 months ago because I was looking for a more personalized training experience. My goal is to get back in shape and enjoy working out again before turning 40. I've been going to the gym on and off for the past 20+ years but Covid definitely made it challenging to get motivated but the 1:1 experience at Chucktown Fitness has been incredible!! Zach and Leslie are wonderful owners! They are friendly, kind, and care about their clients. Matt Wilson was assigned to me as my personal trainer and Ive seen huge gains in the past 3 months! Ive lost almost 5% body fat and Ive put on 6 pounds of muscle based on lab results. I didn't expect results that fast, its awesome! Matt is incredibly knowledgeable, motivating, and has tailored a workout plan based on my goals and progress. My initial plan was to try personal training for a couple of months but it's been such a positive in my life, that I don't think that I could stop now!!! I bet a lot of people are like me and want to see results from their time in the gym, so I would highly recommend Chucktown Fitness.
