The food & service were both good.

The Bourbon Street Chicken and Shrimp dinner was seasoned well and when I bit into the meat. It was so tender!

Food always good had a party of 7 first would not let me be seated till full party arrived . Which is stupid. Diabetic need to set and drink tea and order something. I was about to pass out. No worries I gave person in charge a peace of my mind. But all said I would return without a party. I was just treating employees out for a job well done.

Lunch with a friend this past Wednesday. We ordered cheeseburgers. AWFUL. Just awful. I am not sure what you are using for buns but it is definitely not a hamburger bun. We both, after one bite, took the bread off. I sure hope my local Applebee in Picayune hasn't done this. Hamburger itself was not good.

Everything was amazing. Not super fast,but relaxing and enjoyable. Everyone worked together to get you your drinks, appetizers and meals out. Very friendly staff.

When my daughter and I walked in, there was a group in front of us arguing with the hostess. We get seated finally. We ordered a burger, fries and a salad. After ordering our servers ask us would we like our salads first We reply yes. After sitting there about twenty minutes our burger and fries came out. No salads.. I had ran out of tea and ate over half my meal with nothing to drink. Finally server came back and I ask about something to drink. At this point I told her we didn't need the salads. She was apologetic. So with this being said I want to add they were not busy at all. What is the problem!

Food was ok. The smell of the building was very moldy smelling to me. The employees were doing a lot of cleaning but maybe there were leaks around the windows. Service was very good and everyone was very nice.

By far the worst customer service I’ve ever had the pleasure of dealing with. When trying to explain to the manager that my order wasn’t correct. He proceeded to explain that they used a 7oz beef patty cut in half. When the menu plainly states 2x 3.5oz beef patties instead. Continue to try to educate me that one 7 oz divided by two was 3.5 oz. Very unprofessional and disrespectful!
