Ok, first of all. Wow. I’ve been coming to this store for probably the better part of 5 years but this evening, Max (I will be so upset if I got his name wrong) was SO HELPFUL. The most helpful employee I’ve ever interacted with at this store. He was very informative, genuine, and easy to talk to. He thoroughly listened to my boyfriend and I about our goals, then helped us find the PERFECT product. At first we were a little nervous, but after the first interaction with him we were able to relax. The playful banter was just the right energy for us. It did not feel like we were just another sale, it was genuine excitement and encouragement. I havent been to this location in probably a year or so, for good reason too, but we will absolutely be back to see Max (fingers still crossed thats his name). Thank you!

Love this store! They have a much better selection than Lover’s and the prices are better. However, when I walked in the store today, the associates shouted at me from the other side of store that they have a “strict no bag policy” and let me know I could leave my purse with them. My purse… with all of my personal belongings and identification, credit cards…. I can’t believe that’s even a thing. I understand that there are problems with increased shoplifting, but the execution was an extremely poor customer experience. There was no sign on the door when I walked in. This could have been easily handled with a sign on the door advising that I should leave my bag in my car. I can assure you, I would never leave something like my purse with a complete stranger. Just like they are worried about me stealing their inventory, I am worried about them stealing my identity. Also, I was carrying a $1,200 LV bucket bag and frankly I wouldn’t let any stranger handle it. I worked too hard to get that. But even if my purse cost $9.99 I wouldn’t hand it over to a stranger. Period. That’s an insane policy.

Matt is the best !!!! He made my shopping very easy! Very respectful & professional about his work and products! Being a woman is hard going into stores like these but he made me feel very comfortable with out being weird !!!!!!!!!!! Loved my experienced .

The two employees working in Max and Olivia went above and beyond to find me something comparable to what I was used to getting because my favorite vibrator was discontinued. They were amazing well knowledge and funny. Made me feel very comfortable and I appreciated that a lot.

I adored the attention that was gave to me when I came. All of my questions were answered along with amazing suggestions. So I will no longer be going to Tacoma I’ll drive the 30 minutes to see mad max the gentleman that helped me. And gave me more ideas to explore.

I was greeted very well when I walked in the store. I was able to leave my bag at the cashier’s desk to look around. My partner and I visited the store 9/24 and didn’t necessarily know what we were looking for but the female that helped us literally was EVERYTHING. I couldn’t have asked for someone more knowledgeable and wonderful to speak with. She made an uncomfortable uneducated visit so comfortable and educational it was great. I can’t say that enough. And if she ever gets to see this Thank you again you are wonderful!! This will def be our go to place from now on.

Cannot recommend this location enough! Every time I've gone in here, the staff always provide plenty of recommendations tailored to your level of comfort. What I mean by this is I personally am pretty reserved so they don't push for me to share more than I'm comfortable but they are right there to answer any questions I do come up with. My partner on the other hand is very open and forward about what he's looking for which the staff eagerly match his level and this most recent visit even managed to recommend a selection of toys to both of us to take our fun times to the next level. It's always a great time to visit this store! Only down side is I spend way too much money every single time I go in here because of all the awesome products they have waiting to be explored! If you're looking for somewhere to explore a huge selection with tons of variety and folks who are eager to help you at your comfort level to explore new areas of play, this is definitely the place to go!

I was a bit embarrassed to enter this type of establishment. I got over it by remembering everyone else is likely feeling the same as I. I was pleased with the service and knowledge of the staff. They were polite a non-judgmental. I will return here based on that comfort. Thanks!

The staff were absolutely amazing. They helped my fiancé find the perfect outfit and made sure I didn’t see while it was being rang up. We would definitely go again if we are back in town.

I was staying in the hotel next door and went into the store on my lunch break just to browse. The staff member was so welcoming and friendly, so I felt comfortable asking him about the puppy masks they had. I was really thrilled that they had a puppy mask that fit me and was affordable, because I had not been able to find it elsewhere, so I bought that and some cuffs that I had not seen in other stores. I was so pleased with my first experience of the store that I went back the next day and the staff member who helped me the second time was just as knowledgeable and friendly, so I bought a Womanizer vibrator. Thank you to that staff member, because it's the BEST toy I've ever bought, and I would not have known about it if she hadn't recommended it. Sure, it was expensive, but her product knowledge convinced me, and it was money very well spent. I had a great experience at this store and willl definitely go back the next time I'm in Seattle.

Please update your store hours so what is posted on the door reflects your online hours. Driving over a half hour is inconvenient. In, I’ve had great customer service and the selection is great!

There is a younger lady working the front of whom is very impolite and almost intentionally rude. In the customer service industry I feel it is mandatory to initiate polite gestures. She does not smile, avoids eye contact, acts exclusively self interested and when leaving my wife and I said “thank you have a nice day,” directly to her and she turned away to busy herself. I have been noticing a trend with young people where they think treatment like this is commonplace and it is okay to bring your bad mood to work. It is unacceptable and almost exclusive to the Seattle area.

I love this store!!!! The ladies working this afternoon around 330 today were amazingly helpful, fun and funny. Great experience everytime I go.

Great selection and great service. I love that they have changing rooms and many samples and open items that you can review before you buy. This is great because returns are not normally an option. The employees are great at answering questions and are very knowledgeable.
