Just wanted to give a shout out to the young girl working last night - she made my kids night and mine as well with her kindness and interest in chatting with them. Thank you :)

Me and my friend Angel had a question and called the store and had a lovely conversation with Shaveah (sorry for the spelling) and she was a lovely person. Honestly deserves a raise and was great customer service

I always have a great experience with the staff every time I visit this store. If I need assistance on the floor for a different size or coming in for a return they are always friendly. Since obviously most stores don’t carry their full collection on shelf I order online a lot. I had about 3 or 4 separate transaction purchases online and needed to return not all, but at least one or two articles from each online purchase and Tanya the sales associate was so patient! She took her time to make sure she found each item I was returning on her computer so I was able to get my money back. She was fast and efficient, not to mention very kind and I will always appreciate people like her.

Got a couple of nice Hawaiian shirts, employees are friendly.

I called to find out about a pair of holiday pajama bottoms. Does societ told me that they had them in the store, gave me the price, and said that she had a lot of them. I asked her about them having a sale she said tomorrow which is Friday they would have a 50% off sale if you open a credit card. I asked if she knew about the sale and and she did not have any information or know anything about the sale. I asked to speak to somebody that could tell me about the sale or new more information. The manager got on the phone and Wait to look for the pajama bottoms came back and told me they do not have these in the store. Why would but. Why with the associate tell me that they had them and a lot of them when they don't even have them in the store. Bad, bad, customer service. Why would an associate lie about an item and you don't even have them in the store.. Very irritated and doubt if I would shop there ever again.

I'm not exaggerating when I say this is my new favorite clothing store! Their new size inclusivity for women is amazing. They have signs that say they don't charge extra for larger sizes and they carry those sizes in the store instead of it being online exclusive. Kudos Old Navy!

Love this store. It is on the smaller side than what we are used to. The staff is great and friendly. Not to many stores left where there is good customer service. Everytime I visit this Old Navy it never fails me. Love it. Great store and great staff. I always have a good experience.

Staff are nice, but I think something fishy was going on. I asked to use my old navy account and was asked for my ssn. Usually they ask my phone number so I know that wasn't right. I just didn't use my account. Other than that it was a pleasant experience.
