Without a doubt the BEST game store I have ever been in! HUGE selection of games, dice, D&D, Warhammer, Comics, the list goes on and on! Super helpful and friendly staff! A cafe; and a tavern below! You can trade your games in here too. I could not stop bouncing up and down wandering this amazing shop!!!!

The arcade is small, but that's ok. There are three other arcades with blocks of here. The comic selection was large, and the people working there were helpful with an odd question I had. The really cool part of the store is downstairs. They have set ups for battle games, with props and tables ready to go. You can play all sorts of games with some really nice boards and ideas. One of the many geek shops in the area, and a nice open area for people to explore. I enjoyed my visit.

NOT ACTUALLY DISABILITY ACCESSIBLE. The front door is extremely heavy and I as a crutch/walker user cannot open it on my own, I have to have somebody open it and hold it open for me (I had to wait several minutes before somebody walking past noticed and opened it for me even though they weren't going into the shop as well. I wish the shop workers would have helped out this way but they didn't, even though I was clearly visible from where they were at and I was clearly struggling to get inside). It is because of this inaccessibility that I will not be returning to this shop. That aside, I would rate this place a 4.5 star because it has a lot of good variety and a great atmosphere. I really loved their dice selection. The workers clearly know their stuff and are great to chat with.

This store is hands down better than any other game store I've ever seen. Vast variety of Board Games, Magic singles and sealed, Miniatures and painting supplies, Warhammer, comic books, Roleplaying Games, and loads more. There's also a ton of space to play while you're there, including dedicated tables with terrain for war games, plus a cafe and a bar. The staff were super friendly and helpful. If you're a fan of any kind of tabletop gaming whatsoever I would not miss the opportunity to check this store out.

This store does not care about disabled people being able to attend events or play. They have slowly over time eliminated all of the tables on their ground level floor, and have only stairs going down to the play area. The only ADA accessible table has been converted to staff use, and they will not guarantee it's availability to people in wheelchairs. Literally management has said repeatedly it doesn't care about accessibility. I've talked to them multiple times over the years as their upstairs play space shrank, and the response was "sorry it's what we want to do". They do not care about disabled people, and are unapologetic about that fact. In a response to this they have said that players will always have access to these tables as a priority over staff needs, however I have been specifically told twice this week that the upstairs tables are not generally available to play on, and specifically that today they are not available because they are using them to prep stock for Black Friday. They are trying to sell a good line pretending that they care, but they very much don't.

Nerdy tabletop, cards, comics, and gaming atmosphere with a bar, HELMS DEEP, downstairs that have many beers and ciders on tap as well as delicious food that really do range from snacks and appetizers to meal portions, satisfying the hungriest of giants. The employees are the friendliest humans you'll ever meet. It truly has become a local staple of the community.

Last few times I've been in here have cured me of any desire to darken their doors ever again. Had to wait for 2 1/4 hours for a pizza on a Saturday. Last Sunday, I came in with my son-in-law and his cousin for a game of 40K and a birthday present for myself. Picked up a Primaris Repulsor Executioner (priced above retail), an assault squad, and a chai. When I was told the price, I questioned it and was told by the fella who looks a bit like Cowboy from Full Metal Jacket there was a service charge on the Executioner. I balked at this and he had no explanation for the service charge. He offered me the military discount, and when I mentioned I was a veteran, if that helped, he responded, "We don't offer a veteran's discount because everyone in this town is a veteran." Good to know you are an equal opportunity shyster. Crumpled up my receipt and threw it away before I could say anything. While watching our 40K game, a large party of folks came in and took up residence in one of their rental rooms (right behind where we were playing) and ordered a ginormous plate of nachos, in addition to a number of other items. They asked for some plates, at which point the bar manager told them they didn't have any plates and told the serving girl there were no plates. The same serving girl who within the half hour discovered a hidden cache of plates for some fellas who had ordered a pizza to the other side of us...

Really cool place especially if you are into gaming. Good date spot. They have lots of back comic issues if you want to browse, and more games than I know what to do with. The graphic novel section was a little disappointing but this place is trying to be a comic shop, a game shop, and a bar all at once, so yeah, I’m not mad
