This
store
does
not
care
about
disabled
people
being
able
to
attend
events
or
play.
They
have
slowly
over
time
eliminated
all
of
the
tables
on
their
ground
level
floor,
and
have
only
stairs
going
down
to
the
play
area.
The
only
ADA
accessible
table
has
been
converted
to
staff
use,
and
they
will
not
guarantee
it's
availability
to
people
in
wheelchairs.
Literally
management
has
said
repeatedly
it
doesn't
care
about
accessibility.
I've
talked
to
them
multiple
times
over
the
years
as
their
upstairs
play
space
shrank,
and
the
response
was
"sorry
it's
what
we
want
to
do".
They
do
not
care
about
disabled
people,
and
are
unapologetic
about
that
fact.
In
a
response
to
this
they
have
said
that
players
will
always
have
access
to
these
tables
as
a
priority
over
staff
needs,
however
I
have
been
specifically
told
twice
this
week
that
the
upstairs
tables
are
not
generally
available
to
play
on,
and
specifically
that
today
they
are
not
available
because
they
are
using
them
to
prep
stock
for
Black
Friday.
They
are
trying
to
sell
a
good
line
pretending
that
they
care,
but
they
very
much
don't.
