I love this place. Clean and spacious with little or no wait ever. The people who work the desk are kind and efficient. I have had two different doctors in the year and a half I have been going there and both were very nice and thorough. The patient base is mostly Asian and I am often the only Caucasian waiting. The range of languages the staff speaks is amazing. Make this your primary care facility and you will be very happy.

Great clinic, even greater patient care. DR. SPERRY IS awesome, the staff that supports the doc is amazing at healing you. I recommend addicts who needs a holistic and compassionate care to stop by, love yourself and stop using by coming and letting these guys heal you physically and spiritually.

My Nurse April, She is awesome! So professional and She understands my concern very well. ICHS is so lucky to have her as a nurse. Thank you also to all the doctor's of ICHS shoreline who's taking care of us me and my family! Clinic is clean and organized, staffs are friendly and accommodating! The best!

I've been going here for years & I don't understand if this is a new policy for ICHS to do, but my dental appointment which was booked MONTHS ago for Oct 25th, was canceled. They only left me a voice message to notify me that they canceled it due to my insurance not covering the service. If thats the case, we could have discussed alternative payment options. I've paid out of pocket before at this location & never have they canceled my appointment before speaking to me. This is very upsetting for this to happen especially with how far advanced these appointments need to be booked. They booked someone else for my appointment slot & refused to rebook me for that day. If its so easy to cancel an appointment & rebook someone else, how come they cannot cancel that person's appointment like they did with me & let them know of the miscommunication? Extremely frustrating having to deal with this & no one can take responsibility at ICHS

Very nice clinic. Everything under one roof... medical, dental, counseling, pharmacy, massage, acupuncture... So far the providers have been very nice and professional.
