Its just not the same without Billy working there. He was such a friendly happy face every single time i was shopping there. Too many employees now seem so serious and unfriendly. Billy is greatly missed. I personally dont plan on going back anymore because of this new atmosphere.

Editing to say that the new staff is horrible. One girl had her boyfriend behind the counter with her and he was literally hanging all over her while she was suppose to be working. Another time the girl at the register was literally on her phone while ringing me up. My first review for some reason is only visible to me so i imagine the managers response was also not seen by others either. Sad that they let someone that makes a habit out of lying to customers be the manager and ruin this establishment. Dan if you see this I want you to know I don't believe any of your lies and I'm making it my mission to make sure everyone knows what a lying pile that you are. Don't bother replying with more lies. If you donate to this thrift store because you care about the environment or because you want to help support the senior center.. don't bother... they throw almost all of the donations in their dumpster so your donation actually ends up taking money from the senior center by the time they pay staff to take it from u n throw it away then take it to the dumpster which costs more money for garbage bill. Most donations don't even get looked at they just go straight to the dumpster and if you donate clothing don't bother unless the tags that say the size are still attached because if it isn't it gets thrown out too. For an establishment that counts on donations in order to have inventory they are being very wasteful. And what they do put on their shelves is highly over priced. Donate to goodwill and shop at Walmart people!!

The place has really spruced up! And I found this fun stencil for just 30 cents!!! Found black paint to paint rocks too!!!

Does anyone know why this place has gone completely downhill in the last week or so. The shelves are bare n r not being stocked back up. Today they threw out all the furniture. Their dumpsters has been emptied and filled right back up almost everyday in the last 9 days. 90 percent of what they are throwing out looks to be really nice stuff that should have been on the shelves for sale. What's the point in donating if they are just gonna throw it away. Not only does that stuff end up sitting it a landfill it also costs money that could be helping the snohomish senior center. Why are they even taking donations if they r just throwing it all away.

Store and staff are wonderful just customers these days don't know patience they rush the only guy that can do donations and just pull it up around them also quit dumping outside it looks bad on the store reputation and makes it look bad be nicer to the workers the customers need to be nice and quit say bad things about this place it's wonderful and don't just drop stuff off please ask because there's probably stuff they would not take if you drop all your stuff off with out asking they will throw alot of it away

Low prices, very Pleasant staff. However it wouldn't be nice if they had more room for greater inventory. Parking tends to be somewhat Limited

A very pleasant place to shop or browse. Friendly staff and volunteers. A great cause that benefits the senior citizens of Snohomish. A unique shopping experience indeed. I can highly recommend Fabulously Frugal .
