Stayed at the Courtyard Marriott Seattle Kirkland for 4 nights recently. This is the worst Marriott property we have ever stayed in. We travel frequently and always stay in Marriott properties (have stayed 60+ nights already this year). The front desk employees are very nice and helpful; the only good thing about this hotel. The hotel is not up to Marriott standards that we have come to expect. I believe this hotel is independently owned! Marriott needs to assess this association. Supposedly renovations have been made recently, but it was not obvious because the lobby is shabby looking, no personality at all, very loud music was blaring, some large wooden furniture pieces were not being used but stacked in the front corner, tool carts were standing in alcoves. The 2nd room we were given, due to a spewing shower head in the first, had damp and stained carpet in front of the refrigerator, the toilet had black mold around the inside rim, rust pieces came out of the bathtub faucet every time the faucet was turned on, the tub had pinkish scummy looking goop in the surrounding tiles, the towels look old and shabby, the furniture in the room was too big for the space (one side of the bed was too close to the wall and the sofa with a wooden side piece was too close to the bed to get to the side of the bed without hitting your shin. Housekeeping is not good! After the second night, our room was supposedly on the list to be cleaned. We were out all day and came back to a dirty room. The towels were replaced and trash removed, but the bed was unmade and surfaces were not cleaned, and carpet was not vacuumed. Signs are posted that rooms are cleaned on the second day if you stay 3 nights. We stayed 4 nights and did not get proper housekeeping. After strong complaints to the front desk representative, who said he had received so many similar complaints the past couple days, our room was properly cleaned after 3 nights. We also called Marriott and filed complaints. I truly hope Marriott investigates this property! It is not up to their standards and will damage Marriott's reputation.

We really enjoyed our stay here with our dog. The cleaning fee for pets is $100 flat rate. There's a small courtyard with nice grass too which is handy. A dog park is also close, about a 5 min walk away called Jasper dog park. Another thing we enjoyed was the weight room. It's well stocked with free weights, a leg press with an array of cardio machines including 2 pelatons. If you are sensitive to noise ask for a room on the courtyard side.

Do NOT stay here! I called before bringing my family here this weekend and asked if the Washington state mask mandate is consistently enforced at their location. I was given, what felt like at the time, a solid assurance that it was. Well…… no go. I came back with dinner for my family this evening and in the lobby was a family of 5 +/- unmasked and carrying on like any family that just spend to much time in the car. The clerk was masked and making no request that they comply with the state mandate. I went down to the desk a while later to make a purchase from the little market and and mentioned to the same clerk that I was told that they enforced the mask mandate. Her response was to ask me what room I was putting my purchase on and then “crickets” zero interaction, zero acknowledgement. I’m trying to keep my family safe before we go visit older more frail friends. No help from the Marriott. No matter what side of this issue you are on don’t come here because they will ignore you if it suits them and who knows what other reasonable expectations there have been and how it could have affected other guests

Pricey to not have any sort of complementary food options. Just needed one night so we could go to work during the last snowstorm. Props to the overnight clerk though. He was getting an earful from a woman at about midnight for something completely out of his control and she was just not having it. I’ve worked overnight shifts before and they are not easy, so huge kudos to this guy for keeping his demeanor, a smile on his face and helping within the limits of his position.

Being a four minute walk from the dog park is awesome. The location is ideal. You can walk from the grocery store, the gas station to McDonald's to Fred Meyer to the dog bark all 10 minutes max. You don't even need to use a vehicle when you're staying there.

We checked in Tuesday June 21 and 4 rooms had “bugs”in them! They are saying it may be “carpet beetles”, but you decide! We all had to leave immediately and try scramble to find another place to stay which was a nightmare since we are in town for a huge soccer tournament and every hotel is booked. Marriott still hasn’t followed up with us which is super disappointing! It’s disgusting and I would be careful if you stay here!

Daniel (FD) was personable & friendly. We checked in during the weekday for a business meeting so it wasn’t busy or crowded. I usually try to remember to take pictures but it was after 6pm check in from my drive. It’s great that this hotel accommodate pets ($100 non-refundable fee). Uncovered self parking was cheap! The hotel room needed an upgrade or some feng shui. The bathroom also needs an upgrade from shower head, bathroom seat, tiles, and sink. There was a stain on the wall on the bathroom. The fan in the bathroom was louder than usual. I enjoy self climate control in the room. The couch was quite large for a room. The tv could be upgraded with additional network apps instead of just Netflix but Showtime is included. Room was equipped with your basic essentials such as microwave, coffee machine, and refrigerator. I believe my coffee machine was not functioning correctly but I had coffee at my meeting. Staff was very friendly even when I needed a little late check out due to my meeting. The knockout stars is for the room itself, not anything else. Good hotel for business individuals for quick in & out with no hassle.

There has been a few problems with are stay with a six day stay, so many to fully explain and list. So not to Happy so far with the stay. What I do want to do is tell MANAGEMENT THAT DANIEL, (who works swing shift) has been super helpful trying to mitigate the issues. You have great employee there.

The room was clean. Irritating the towel hook is not neat the shower. But there was all the essentials.if you're looking for view this isn't the place but it was right across the street from grocery and shops, and close to the freeway. In house Starbucks with breakfast service. Good parking and nice staff.

It depends. If you need a room in North Kirkland (Juanita) the location isn’t bad. The rooms are basic but newer and not shopworn. Amenities include a swimming pool and Starbucks on site. All good right? If you have an issue, it will be with rooms on the North (street side, facing 124th.) The traffic noise is real and nearly continuous. 124th is a major thoroughfare, and trucks, sirens and speeding vehicles will accompany your slumbers or lack thereof. If you’re a New Yorker, and used to all that you may sleep soundly, but I did not. Your call.

I stayed here a few days - the hotel itself is dated (not a problem), front desk team was nice and my room was spotless. The hotel has an odd layout and only 2 elevators that l, depending on your room number, could be incerdibly far from your room. Parking was $10 a night and the hotel has a small market that opens for breakfast - it's expensive for what you get, but it is what it is. They had a small bar, that occasionally opened up in the the early evening. The hotel was super quiet (which I loved) and the bed was amazing (some of the best sleep I've ever had). this is a great little stop over hotel. Near several food options (mostly fast food, but sit down restaurants and a grocery store as well). I'd come back

Best experience I have had at any Marriott. Matt and Nikki are excellent leaders who truly embrace what the meaning of "hospitality" is. The location is great, staff is amazing and the food options both within the hotel and the surround areas are great choices You are less than 5 mins away from an amazing shopping plaza and options are plentiful. Whether you are staying here for a 1 night or a 1 month, I can promise you that your experiencing will be great. Would highly recommend this place and thank you guys!!😊🫡

An average Courtyard I’d say. The area is safe but noisy as it’s right on a main road. I heard car traffic all night but mostly got used to it. They have laundry on-site but no ability to make change so keep that in mind if you want to do laundry. Room was clean but unnotable. Ample parking.

Really nice hotel, great employees from the Management, Front Desk, Cleaning and Maintenance Staff l enjoyed talking with everyone I encountered. The location is in a really nice area. Many stores, a Grocery store and restaurants within walking. Also a good Hair Salon. You can get Pizza and Italian food, Subway Sandwich Shop. Wendy's, Olive Garden, and a really great Mexican restaurant. There is a good restaurant inside the hotel and I enjoyed the food, beer and atmosphere eating inside and on the outside patio as well. Outside parking and a parking garage at the hotel. I really enjoyed the hospitality and my stay here and think you will as well.

We stayed here while in town for a wedding reception and this hotel was amazing! The room was spacious, the bed was comfortable, and checking in and out was super easy. Highly recommend!

The hotel is clean, staff nice and the rooms were comfortable. I marked it down a star due to the small fridge placement which is very close to the head of the bed. ( I had a room with one king sized bed). Unfortunately that meant that the fridge noise was loud enough to disturb my sleep, which made for a less comfortable stay

I had to travel a long distance for a much needed surgery at the hospital located up the street. I'm so glad I chose this hotel and not another slightly less expensive one nearby. The beds were clean and comfortable, the room smelled nice and the staff was kind despite how I looked after my surgery. Very glad my companion and I have a place we can trust to stay for my next surgery.

A well-run hotel with large, comfortable, well equipped rooms. Perhaps the quietist rooms we have ever experienced in a hotel. We had two extended stays here in the last month and the first one got off to a rocky start when we discovered that the AC in each of the two rooms in our suite was not happy. We notified the front desk and within minutes the manager on duty, Nikki, and the building engineer, Chis, were in our rooms fixing the issue. Breakfast is not included but the Bistro offers a tasty selection of made to order breakfasts. In the evening the Bistro reopens as a bar serving up your favorite legal beverage.

Kaleigh at the front counter was awesome main reason I chose to stay here she was very friendly and helpful however everything else was terrible if I had to do it again I would have stayed anywhere else way too expensive for what was received most expensive hotel I've stayed in with the least amenities truly expected a lot more for the price a starbucks for breakfast? What a joke paid extra for breakfast expecting the buffet style every other hotel has was severely disappointed with barely any breakfast options then recieved a burnt sandwich went there for our anniversary my gf wouldn't even eat it they didnt even know how to make a white chocolate mocha literally anywhere else can the kid working there was rude sighed and rolled his eyes because he had to get off his phone when I asked him for a box and in general had a bad attitude when we ordered I came back to my car and my door was bent outwards from someone trying to break into it i didnt pay for parking to come back too $1500 worth of damage i could have parked around the corner for free if i wanted that would not recommend to anyone

Stay all the time because company HQ is across the parking lot. Place is clean, staff are very friendly and welcoming. Needs to get back to business with bfast and dinner operations at the in hotel bistro. Options are very limited. Housekeeping needs to be requested which is another thing that needs to get back online, I did request it... actual the front desk asked me if I needed room service and which day, but it never happened. Again getting back to it is tough and understandable everyone here goes above and beyond but I think they are short staffed right now like most of us.

I spent one night but was charged for 2 nights at the Hotel The manager was rude and was not helpful The hotel itself was ok, but the bathroom was nasty and had cockroach legs trapped in cobwebs on the bathroom ceiling! My room was clean on arrival ,but the maid service did not return to clean or make the beds when I returned later that night! Never had that experience at any hotel that I have stayed in, very disappointing!!

Great location in Kirkland. Clean and fresh rooms and hallways. Slightly odd shape can make for a long walk from the elevator. So if you want to walk less, get a low room number.

The hotel is really nice. The room is big and clean. There is a nice bath and a coffee machine. There are many channels on the TV. The mini fridge made a lot of noise so I had to disconnect it at night. It has a small Gym on the first floor and a really tiny pool. It is located next to a local shopping center and 15 min walk from a Totem lake shopping center. But it is too far from Kirkland downtown and the lake so you must have a car. There is a lot of parking next to it and in the shopping center.
