I know longer endorse Fitt Thoerem corporation fitness studios. Super sad to share I have given my cancellation notice. The amazing community that supported each other for years is dissolving as the new owner/management continues to destroy what was once awarded the best fitness studio in Kent and Federal Way. Not sure where I will find such a connected community or the most genuine coaches ever BUT it seams Fitt Theorem prefers a “Toxicity model” of bashing their staff and clients. I patiently played devils advocate for a positive transition, until numerous screenshots were shared of their current management privately message others, cancelling members who complain and even lying in messages. We are all sad to leave but we have “Fighter spirit blood” and we plan to find a new community together. Don’t go to FT unless you like to pay money, drive to class and find out it’s cancelled.

Beware of Frauds! They play with your sentiments and love your money! This is the first time ever I came across a business running only for their profit and not having any considerations for their customers. Till the time you pay, everyone will be so accommodable and friendly and really show concerns regarding your health goals. but once they get paid, they get their deposit amount, you are not been taken care of well. For your dissatisfaction of service, you will only be shown the contract where it does not mention if there is a fault at their side, what can be compensation for that. We, customers have to get mentally and physically tortured chasing them with genuine reasons. They are least bothered about their goodwill. Beware of great marketing skills, as they tend to do false promise even after you explain them goals. I wish at the time of signing contract, there should be a video recording which will support the evidence of what was promised to you irrespective of the contract. The contract says, a refund of only half of deposit is possible if you discontinue due to any injury which would require doctor's certificate, as half will be kept as payment for all the materials received ( personalized nutrition plan, grocery list, accountability group, cookbook, at home workouts, eating out guide, etc). But the contract is silent about if you do not receive any of the materials/services due to fault at their side, then how much they should refund. That's a catch! I went for first class and everything mentioned in my contract never happened with me. At the end of the 1st class, I have to chase them asking who is my coach and confront them that I did not receive any mails, nor "before photos", etc. I was not satisfied and I felt something bad happened to my body & decided to back out, as I did not receive any services or mail till then. Coach reached out to apologizing for miscommunication and pushed all the welcome emails after I communicated over phone that I don't want to do this and I want my refund. She literally told "we can work this out , first download these two apps on your phone". I was shocked and I said when I am saying I want my refund and i cant continue, then why you are forcing me to do? Since then its been more than two weeks I have been chasing billing department, coaches for resolution, but every time they make me feel it is the worst decision I have ever made in my life. Even the billing department chose which email to respond and which email not to respond. I simply don't understand when I did not got any of their materials and services which they promised that I would get on 1st class, how much impossible is it for them to refund back the amount due to failure on their end? Very disappointing experience and I lost all my faith in such kick-boxing fitness center.

If you’re ready to make a change, this is the place to do it. I had completely fallen out of my normal healthy lifestyle, and joining their 6 week challenge jump started my routine. I’m 3 weeks in and have lost 4.7% body fat! Eating healthy foods has become second nature again and I’m back to working out nearly every day. It’s no longer a chore but rather something I look forward to. The coaches are all so encouraging, as are the gym members. It’s not easy, but it’s 100% worth it. I look and FEEL so much better!!

I started my first six week challenge last year with the encouragement of my sister. I have never really liked exercising or working out of any kind. When I first met with my coach her energy and encouragement was very contagious. After my first work out I was hooked. All of the coaches at Fittheorem are encouraging and very helpful. I finally found a work out that I’m excited to do!!

I would absolutely recommend this gym!! The coaches are extremely supportive and have incredible energy. They provide all the information and equipment needed to reach and maintain your fitness goals. The classes become addicting which is good because it keeps you in shape and excited to workout. The community of other members are supportive and friendly as well adding to the overall great experience. If you’re ready to make it to the next level and become a better you, sign up!

I joined a 6 week challenge in June and while I didn't meet my goal, I have made significant progress. The workouts are intense and I always leave feeling great. The bag rounds are a good stress relief. All the instructors are super motivating and encouraging: "The only person you're competing against is yourself" and they push you to be better than you were yesterday. They are helpful with modifications, as it is not expected that everyone can do every exercise. My only critique is that the Lynnwood location blasts the music and then the mic is super loud over it. I've asked the instructors a couple times to lower the volume and they've always been accommodating.

I love this gym! It’s location is very convenient, the trainers are highly motivating, and the workouts are amazing every time!! I highly recommend even if you are new to kickboxing. They offer a lot of instruction and advice but also let you have the space to learn at your own pace! They have lots of great challenges and specialty clinics to focus on areas people might have weakness in! Highly highly recommend you check them out!

I lost 6% body fat in 6 weeks and grew about 2 lbs of muscle and this is my testimonial for the program. I have gained irreversible confidence in my body and myself. I have proved to myself that if I really do set my mind to it, I can do it. The progress and the feelings from this challenge has changed my brain chemistry forever and how I will proceed with my life from now on. I want to keep my fitness journey going and I know now how to do it with the help of Fit Theorem. Here are some things that really helped me during my journey. 1) I tracked all my protein macros really hard on MyFitnessPal. I think this was a huge key factor in my progress. Protein fills you up and helps you build muscle, the more muscle you have the more fat it helps you burn. 2) Don’t restrict yourself, eat healthy versions of foods that you normally enjoy. And for more “junk” food allow yourself a bite or two and stop. But never completely restrict those foods or else it will be a slippery slope 3) Nutrition is so important it is a huge part of it, but showing up to the classes are just as important. Set yourself up for success by sorting out your gym clothes, signing up for classes ahead of time, and really trying to make it second nature like brushing your teeth. At first I was so out of shape and could not keep up and as the weeks went by i was proud of how my body had strengthened in that short amount of time 4) Meal prep ahead of time especially if you know it will be busy for the next few days or if you’re going out. I personally didn’t stop going out but I properly prepared myself mentally and ate beforehand. It was incredibly hard 5) Here are some of my favorites that kept me going: Golds standard whey protein powder in Mocha Cappuccino— when I tell you I put my gym rat friends on this flavor it means it’s incredibly delicious and not sweet at all. Try it!! Buy the big container on Amazon for best deal Americanos — I never thought I’d be that kind of girl but I tried 4 Oz just black coffee poured into a glass of ice and I filled up the rest with water, it’s delicious, refreshing, burst of energy, and helps you with your cut. I even put it in my shaker and combined it with my mocha capp protein powder sometimes it was delicious and a life saver Chobani Greek yogurt from Costco combined with granola/cereal Grape nuts for texture and fiber but it tastes like a parfait added in cutie orange pieces for bursts of sweetness freshness and tartness Babybel light was super yummy cheese and did not affect my body fat percentage. I bought cartons of egg white and my favorite breakfast was egg white and sprinkled Babybel light cheese over it, it melts and that was incredibly delicious Whole Foods salmon pre packed 6 pucks of 5 Oz salmon for only $26 was a life saver. I would sometimes throw this in frozen after I season it into the air fryer and it would taste so good and was so convenient. They also have cod/tilapia in same fashion Cucumber/broccoli/lettuce/spinach were easy leafy greens to add in. Half a cup of white rice was what I’d typically pair salmon with or any other protein. Vermicelli noodles with shrimp, greens and savory protein bone broth was high in protein satiating and fulfilling. I tested a lot of bone broth and I liked the bare bones brand with the packets in beef the best, it had 10g protein each. I also bought amino acids—- a way less sodium version of soy sauce even less than low sodium soy sauce. I experimented with cottage cheese and made an easy pasta sauce by whisking cottage cheese and nutritional yeast together. Tasted so delicious and was high protein. I paired it with egg noodles and chicken meatballs amylu brand Good luck!!

I cannot stress enough just how amazing FitTheorem and the community they have built is. They survived the pandemic by offering online classes, kept our safety at the top of their priority, and helped everyone meet their fitness and health goals along the way. Being back in the gym makes it an even better experience. It’s not just kickboxing, they offer kettlebells, flow, and HIIT. Accountability is huge, food guidance is there, the coaches KNOW their stuff. As someone who is physical in her work, and has an autoimmune disorder, joining FitTheorem was the best investment I could make for my long term health.

I would have to say that the Lynnwood Fittheorem has been my refuge for this year - I took a hard look at myself and decided it was time to make some serious changes in my life - fitness has always been a apart of my life but I was not pushing myself to the level I should have been ; the coaches are amazing- extremely inspirational . I have done 2 of the 6 week challenges and I am so happy with my results . Pictures don’t lie - is not easy to go to the gym every day but it is extremely important for our well being ; I have also found an amazing community of like minded people that encourage , support and push you to be a better version of yourself . I’m much happier & fit now . I give them 10 star ⭐️ review 🤘 Maria

When I first started my fitness journey with Fittheorem, I had my doubts. Like many programs out there, it can be a challenge to determine which ones truly deliver on their promises. However, after my very first class, I realized that Fittheorem is different. The coaches showed a level of care and commitment that I had never experienced before. They welcomed me with open arms, motivated me, and instilled in me a newfound confidence. It was no longer a matter of "I think I can"; it became "I know I can." This year brought financial challenges that made me hesitant to commit to the program. Times were tough, and our home was at stake. But the unwavering support and understanding I received from Fittheorem convinced me that this was a safe and nurturing environment. What kept me going was the promise of both physical and financial rewards. Each day, I grew stronger, and my vitality surged. I haven't felt this physically strong in years. I can now carry items that I once considered too heavy to handle on my own. I realized there was nothing to lose, but everything to gain. Throughout the competition, I faced moments of self-doubt and days when I lacked the motivation to work out. But I came to the realization that the only person holding me back was myself. I pushed through my comfort zone, determined to surpass my own limits. As I worked on my self-image and self-worth, I noticed a remarkable shift in my life. I began this journey feeling despondent, on the brink of losing my home, without a job or a car. Today, I have a fulfilling job that I love, the unwavering support of our family, and a brand-new Subaru Baja that I adore. It's a testament to the power of positivity and self-belief. For anyone currently struggling to adopt a healthier lifestyle, my advice is simple: keep going, don't give up. Understand that there will be challenging days, and that's perfectly fine. Don't dwell on the imperfections of a single day. Take a deep breath, reset, and remind yourself, "One day, or day one?"

Absolutely love this place! I was in the 7pm fighting class last night and had a blast. It was extremely challenges, the coach was hilarious and high energy, and she knew exactly when and how to push me. I’m excited to explore the other options soon.

I decided to make a change in my life. I was in a toxic relationship, eating my feelings and fighting menopause weight gain. I signed up for the 6 week challenge, and it was the best thing I have ever done for myself in a very long time. The staff is great! Cristaray ,Mindy, Natalie, Nyke, Ariel and Tiffany are very helpful and supportive of your goals. They take the time to listen and encourage you to be your best! To be honest, It is hard but the results are worth it! I have become an addict to kickboxing! Thank you so much for pushing me to be better!!!!

Such an amazing group of coaches that make working out so fun! I am not a morning person (at ALL), but somehow this team has made it possible for me to get up and enjoy 6AM classes. Feeling stronger by the day :)

Their six week challenge pulled me out of a low point in my life. I got all of my money back from successfully completing it. I ended up joining the gym a month later cause the classes are pretty fun. The coaches are very kind and remember me when I come in, even the other members are kind. This gym is also never boring. The classes are super engaging and the coaches are very involved and will to help with form/modifications/other stuff lol. This gym is awesome lol

I was part of the FIT 6 week challenge, which was my intro to FitTheorem studio and family. I was hesitant on rejoining a gym membership after the pandemic and during peak summer time, but tried it out and love it! The coaches and community here are motivating, fun and amazing. Coming to each class has been a great way to break up my daily routine and in only 6 weeks, I'm seeing great results. Highly recommend checking out kickboxing here if you're interested in a good HIIT / cardio workout and building strength and endurance.

What can I say!? What a workout! Fit Theorem has given me the best workouts. The trainers are kind, strong and not to mention excellent at making you reach your goals. I feel motivated every time I come to class. Even when I feel like giving up, they lift me up. I never felt more fit in my life.

FitTheorem is such a great place to work out! I’ve been attending the Lynnwood location for over a year now, and it’s been a really enjoyable experience. I haven’t really gotten into group exercise or kickboxing in the past, so it was surprising to see that the instructors here are so welcoming and kind to me. I would definitely recommend this location to anyone new to the idea.

First time doing Kickboxing, honestly was a little skeptical at the start. Would it help to get fit and healthy. I’m a petite body and vegetarian, I joined via challenge, got a nutrition coach first week, and weekly checking in with her help tremendously had to make changes to my diet every week, and followed her 90% and in almost 5 weeks in I see lots of changes in my body and energy levels. Didn’t think changes would be visible within weeks not months! High recommend for someone who is looking for motivation and see noticeable results in weeks.
