If I could give this less stars I would. The only thing about our experience that was good was the waiter. This was the absolute worst dining experience we have ever had. The owner is a jackass and blamed everything on a waiter who has worked there for 2 days. The chef came out to talk to us about the complaints of our food and when we told him it was terrible his reply was that he would just go hang himself then. Disgusting. Food was cold and orders were wrong. The owner comped the meal but then yelled at the waiter and made him cry. There is absolutely no reason to treat your staff that way. Never again.

We shared a breakfast burrito (14 inches!) We still had left overs to take home. So good, caramelized onions, peppers, meat are delicious. Sour cream and pico de gallo on the side. They split it offered an additional separate side of sour cream and pico de gallo. Super kind and excellent service. Our new go to spot for breakfast!

Absolutely will not recommend stopped in this morning and never felt so unwelcome to anywhere in my life. I waited for someone to help me in the vape shop for a min than a gentleman came in who clearly did not want to be there. I ask about the flavors and MGs and without saying anything he just puts a binder in front of me and says it’s all in there. I ask about a flavor and he just grabs it says nothing and starts ringing it up. I was going to purchase but after that I decided not to purchase anything there. Fix your attitude or find somewhere else to work. thank god this place is not near me and I have a lot nicer places to go.

I’m a current regular at the vape shop and don’t get me wrong, I absolutely love this vape shop and will continue to only get my vape products here… but only when Lani is the one working. Joe, one of the stores employees, treats not only me but almost every other customer as an inconvenience to him and always has an attitude which makes me extremely uncomfortable. So I will only be in when Lani is in since she’s the only one who is always nice, goes above and beyond to make sure I leave with everything I need and what she truly believes I will like, etc. I definitely recommend only going in when she’s the one working.

Excellent food, huge portions. Kind of "dive" in terms of ambience, but very polite service and good music. Did I mention excellent food? Because I cannot stress that enough. Beer-battered fries were crispy, sandwiches were not soggy, and it was all so much that neither of us managed to finish our meal.

Went in just to grab some juice and ran into a customer service all star. Lani seriously went above and beyond. I know it might sound silly saying that about something like nicotine juice, but I was seriously blown away by her knowledge, kindness, and just her overall positive energy. I don't know what yall are paying her, but if this is how Lani carries herself at all times, I would consider giving her a raise! I've been coming to New way since it was across the street from the bowling ally and although I've never been disappointed with the customer service, I've never really had my skirt blown up. Until today, Great job Lani, keep it up!

I just ordered from New Way for the first time, because I've heard their food is bomb. I couldn't even finish this. The "tater tots" were greasy, burnt, clumps of gummy shredded hash browns that I think have cheese or something added. The brisket dip was dry brisket on a plain roll. The au jus was bland, watered down beef broth, that honestly had a chemical flavor to it. I love to support local businesses but this is some of the worst food I've had in a long time.

We tried Newwayvapors last night and it was perfect. I took pics half way through most foods because I got too excited to eat. Giant mugs of cider and beer made me audibly happy. Pizza wontons were SO good. Way more than I expected haha but who would complain about that? They are even great the next day air fried. My husband got the pretzel and cheese and he said that the cheese sauce was really tasty. He's usually pretty picky haha And finally the meatloaf special. Oh mylanta. That was the best I've ever had! I had a small corner leftover so I took it home. Was just as good warmed up. We must go back. Highly recommend. Our waitress was so nice and attentive. Bonus pool tables and pinball machine! 🍻

Nice peaceful place. Lots of Military love here as well. Pool table and a unique menu. Very popular for the eats.

Great atmosphere, friendly staff, pool, darts, poker, and kid friendly to boot. Food is honestly good and I am more than happy to bring the clan back again.

Great Food. Great Selection of E JUICE AND you can vape in the restaurant! I had always heard of it but never went. Went and from the server to the manager, They were friendly and kind and appreciative. If only i lived closer I would come here at least twice a week. Wonder if they wanna borrow a DJ?....

Expensive grease. The pie of the day was the only good thing. The shrimp on the shrimp Louie were good, but the rest of the salad was just gross. Loaded tater tots were tasteless grease bombs. So we’re fried mushrooms.

Breakfast until 3... I'll be back for that. Server Sarah was in point.

New Way is locally famous for its massive portions, flavor combinations, and a menu that is large enough to sate all palates yet small enough to not over stimulate the mind. I bring all my friends from out of town, or who are new to the area. Its always a hit with when I introduce a new comer. My personal favorite is the New Way Burger and beer battered fries with a side of ranch. You better come hungry.

I went in to the e-cigarette store. Service was immediate, friendly, they had in stock everything that I needed. Loni came back from her break right before I was rung up. She noted that I was looking for a particular type of e-cig. She changed out everything for what she thought I would be more happy with. She explained things. She went beyond of what she had to do. I appreciate you Loni. I definitely recommend people to go see Loni.

I found this place looking to buy juices for my e-cig. When I found out the other half was a restaurant, I had to try it. Wow 👏 on both sides. Not only was I able to find a new favorite juice flavor, I also found some killer food. I tried their "new way burger" and has quite impressed at both the quality and the portion.

I'm in about once a week. Really like this place, usually only there when Erin is working. She is an absolute delight. But recently I've had the other 2 waitresses. The customer service received tonight was absolutely horrible. You literally had to try and not serve us. My table was a mess, Erin came over and cleaned it. Another guest at my table needed a refill that was never refilled. Doubles were not poured probably, they've been short the passed couple nights. Also if we needed anything we had to go up to the bar when we were clearly her only table. The service these passed couple of night makes us rethink coming back.

Literally everything we ordered came BURNT. Completely unacceptable. Luckily for them it was a doordash order, or their food would've been placed firmly on the floor.
