A very nice airport seems new and spacious. I came in from an international flight, and the passport control is the worst I've seen in all my airports and travels. I waited almost an hour to get through customs to get to my next flight. The workers were confused on where to start the lines at. Then passport control asks a long list of questions that have nothing to do with your trip holding the line longer.

They have done some amazing renovations over the past 10 years to make Sea-Tac a world class airport. Terminals A and N especially are modern and clean. The international entrance was very slick last summer. It's busy during the holidays but not as crazy as we thought. Very clean!

I have flown to Seattle-Tacoma International Airport many times by International or domestic flights. This colossal airport has never been my favorite, especially if I have to change flights here! The airport is too big, and the terminals are too far apart. The airport is also outdated. It still serves as an airport. It is the major hub for many airlines. That’s it! It doesn’t have the soul of most of the new airports. The bottom line is that this airport is too dull!

Seattle-Tacoma International Airport provides a generally positive travel experience. The modern facilities and efficient layout make navigation relatively seamless. Staff members are consistently courteous, contributing to a welcoming atmosphere. The wide variety of dining and shopping options is commendable, offering something for every taste. The cleanliness and maintenance of the facilities are noteworthy, creating a pleasant environment for travelers. The airport's commitment to sustainability, as evidenced by its green initiatives and eco-friendly practices, is admirable. The extensive art installations throughout the terminals add a unique touch, reflecting the local culture and creativity of the region. While security processes are generally swift, occasional congestion during peak hours can be a drawback. Additionally, expanding public transportation options to and from the airport could enhance accessibility for passengers. Overall, Seattle-Tacoma International Airport succeeds in providing a positive travel experience with its well-maintained facilities, friendly staff, and efforts towards sustainability. Addressing minor congestion issues during peak times and improving transportation options would further elevate the airport's appeal.

SEA airport, one of the large international airports in the US, offers both long-term and short-term parking options. Navigating between gates involves taking trains, with commute times ranging from 10-20 minutes, depending on the destination and airport congestion. While the airport provides limited lounges that close early, it compensates with a diverse selection of dine-in and take-out food options, as well as mini bars, catering to various tastes and preferences. Notably, the interior temperature tends to be chilly during winter due to limited heater usage. Despite the airport's bustling international status, the closure of many shops and the early closure of facilities beyond convenient stores can limit passengers' options during extended layovers or delayed flights. Moreover, the cleanliness of restrooms and waiting areas falls below expectations, potentially detracting from the overall airport experience. The demeanor of the airport staff, which some travelers have found to be less than friendly, could potentially impact the overall impression and experience for those passing through the airport. Additionally, the constant traffic due to the airport's international nature might lead to longer commute times, particularly during peak travel hours. On a positive note, SEA airport has been known for its sustainability efforts, focusing on energy conservation, waste reduction, and water efficiency. These practices align with the global movement towards environmentally conscious operations in the aviation industry. Additionally, the airport has implemented various technological advancements, such as automated check-in and baggage handling systems, to streamline the passenger experience and improve overall efficiency.

One of my favorite airports and I fly a lot. There is currently some construction going on at baggage claim and check in, otherwise it's smooth in most parts ofnthe airport. There are two Priority Pass lounges (Club at SEA) and two PP eateries, both of which allow carryouts for flights. North and South terminals require underground train to connect to main terminal. Decent places to rest and relax in between flights, even in common areas. Pro tip: search Google for "Airline-Code flight-number SEA gate (such as "AS 1092 SEA gate") after landing while taxiing in to find your next flight gate quickly without having to scan the airport terminals. It's huge and confusing, but follow the signs to terminals and most likely you will take a train ride or rides to your terminal. We did have a nice meal at Dungeness Bay. We shared a Captain Platter and Blue Moon on tap. It hit the spot! Good food and beer.

What a beautifully put together airport. Tons and tons of eateries and so spacious with lots of seating. But the BEST thing ever is the kids zone across from A1. I mean, talk about brilliant!! I’ve seen kid play areas in a few airports but this one is by far the biggest

Perfect ! Airport is so organized, although it’s a big one connected by a train between different airport areas. A typical and wonderful airport with a really high level of control and the accuracy of the staff, which is characterized by speed and they have the ability to help, cleanliness and bathrooms are five stars, amenities, seats and cafeterias are available on all routes. Highly recomened!! everyone who wants to travel internationally to use this unique and distinguished airport with everything. 🎵🎵

I may have my bias but I think this airport is absolutely impeccable. The recent renovations and improvement projects are doing well to beautify the airport into a world-class one. I recently came back from an international trip and I was extremely impressed at the new international arrivals facility. There is so much more space in this new part of the airport that it isn't a nightmare to get our bags and go through immigration and customs anymore. The previous international area was not built for the kind of capacity Sea-Tac sees now, so I am impressed. Customs went relatively quickly (give or take around 10 minutes) in my experience. The entire airport overall is very clean and modern. The airport in its entirety is massive but there is adequate signage and I never got lost. Can't wait to see the completion of the ongoing projects as I will be returning very soon for my next round of international trips.

There are plenty of shops and places to eat and explore. It was very busy and crowded. I spent hours walking around. There are plenty of restrooms. Some areas are more crowded than others. It was hard to find a seat anywhere near eating areas. People wore masks but trying to social distance and stay 6 feet away from people was sometimes difficult. I explored every concourse. The train was packed. It is nice if you can get into a lounge but they can get pretty full as well.

I recently had the pleasure of traveling through Seattle International Airport, and I must say, it was an incredible experience from start to finish. The customer service at this airport is truly top-notch. Upon my arrival, I required a wheelchair, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and well-being. They took care of me every step of the way, from assisting with check-in to personally escorting me directly to the lounge. It was such a relief to have such attentive and caring employees taking care of my needs. Speaking of the lounge, the British Airways lounge at Seattle International Airport is simply amazing. The food selection was outstanding, with a wide variety of delicious options to choose from. I truly enjoyed indulging in the culinary delights they had on offer. Moreover, I was highly impressed with the cleanliness of the airport. It was evident that the staff takes great pride in maintaining a spotless environment for travelers. The facilities were well-maintained, and I felt comfortable and safe throughout my time there. The employees at Seattle International Airport are truly exceptional. Their commitment to providing excellent customer service was evident in every interaction I had. They were friendly, knowledgeable, and always willing to go the extra mile to assist me. Overall, I cannot praise Seattle International Airport enough. It truly exceeded my expectations in every way. From the exceptional customer service to the incredible British Airways lounge and the overall cleanliness of the airport, it was an experience I won't soon forget. I highly recommend this airport to anyone traveling to or through Seattle.

Seattle-Tacoma International Airport is HUGE! There are numerous terminals, with an underground train system, to go from one to another. It can take 10-20 minutes. There are so many food and shopping options, which is very nice. There is a big USO outside of security on the mezzanine level. At security, the bins for your stuff automatically dispense by your feet when empty. Checkout the video! Also, they have filtered water, water fountains where you can refill your empty water bottle (because airport water is $15).

Wonderful! Nice Airport with facilities and easy directions. Without mask they don’t allow anybody. Workers are very helpful there and they are always ready to help and answer to your queries. It’s neat and clean airport where you can get things and food and they have lounge where you can pay and eat delicious meal. They have other floor for rides like uber , lift. It’s a nice airport

Had a layover here, we were in terminal A. Very busy and not much seating. We had to stand for a good 40 min. We also wish there was more food options available without walking to other end of airport. There were only 2 places near an African place and a pizza sandwich shop. We went with sandwich and it was okay but overpriced. Which is a airport standard but you Know what I mean.. the biggest reason for the 3 stars is due to no seating.. c’mon get a few more seating options. Thanks for reading!!

Airport is so organized, although it’s a big one connected by a train between different airport areas. During holidays, it was so crowded but they manage to finalize checking in process in a faster way. Having two main airlines there (Alaska and Delta) facilitate all the hassle until boarding. Parking area is organized especially the area for shuttle buses to hotels and to extra parking spots.

The airport itself is not one of my favorites, but the ladies room near the A gates got a great upgrade. You know before you go in if there are empty stalls, inside each stall has red a green lights, so you know which ones are open from the far end, & right outside the bathroom, a nursing pod. Good job SEA-Tac!

Our arrival was fairly painless and the hall we entered was bright and airy. Immigration was also very quick and painless. Departure was from a different part of the airport and first I ever seen a charge to get a trolley, $8, seriously! Really could have done with two but crammed everything onto the one. Then trying to find out where to go was less than obvious as car rental shuttle bus dropped us off at arrivals. Receptionist at American Airlines was abrupt and less than helpful but did at least get a bit of step for a hint that departures were “2 up”. Fortunately staff at American Airlines ticketing desk when I got upstairs were a lot more helpful and let me weigh in my luggage beforehand so we organise and keep them under weight. But, after staff change I had all sorts of difficulties with them trying to overcharge me 3x more for my oversize. Got it sorted eventually but it took a lot of explaining. Security was weird, ended up being ushered through without a body scan. Don’t know what was going on there. Then we had to make our way to terminal N via tube train downstairs, transfer was fairly quick though. Lots of shops in our terminal and eating places but on the whole they were expensive and still charge state sales tax.

Nice airport. Stable internet !! Look for link light rail to use trains to get to downtown. It is a good 10-15 walk from terminal though. Trains connecting different terminals .

Not too crowded in the food lines. Had a layover in Seattle, enjoyed the airport that I got to go through. It's aesthetically pleasing with art. Many places to sit. Nice shops. Feels warmer in tone than many other airports.

Clean airport. Easy to navigate. To check my Spirit Airlines bag took like 30 minutes, but I was there early enough that it did not matter. The tram took me to gate S, so pay attention what gate you are at.

The airport feels old, a little outdated! Yet, clean, organized and fun to be. The terminals are clearly visible. Many cafes and restaurants, easy access to transportation

Seattle Tacoma Airport is well maintained and is huge. Thanks to the airtrains and helpful staff, I was able to move about without much ado. It is always crowded and the security check points are always filled so plan accordingly. They have a lot of stores so it is good to spend time if you have a lot of time left on your hand.

Like many major USA airports, Sea-Tac is being renovated and it’s a bit of a mess trying to find your way around. I swear, all airport experiences can be improved with clear signage so people know where they are going. The departures is slightly better than arrivals with some good shops and food options. Navigating the distance from security checkpoints to gates can be a lot so allow plenty of time. There are plenty of seats throughout the airport and also restrooms so that’s a plus. Arrivals is a mess trying to find taxis / ride share. The leave from the car park across the bridge walkways. Signage for this is not clear. The only pick up’s directly in front of the arrivals exits are for private vehicles. If you can find info desk or staff to help with directions, good luck 🤞

It’s always amazing. It’s ranked #1 in my book. It’s my favorite air ports. 1st I love all the expansions and they continue to improve it. Every time I fly the area is set up to have the most efficient lay out. It’s should have a bit more security keeping people who did not land, are leave or are picking someone else out of the baggage are and or move them along away from the airport but the ATL airport was worst. It’s a world wide problem. So as far as that goes. The air port is doing great pushing out flights in a timely manner. I will keep flying and I will keep using the light rail 🚈 and the express buses 🚌. Not to mention all of the other networks that work in conjunction with these modes of transportation. So you have a ton of options but you have to get away from your safe zone and explore new options. I hope 🤞 this air port keeps on inovating and finding new and creative solutions to existing problems. They are minor issues but this airport is very creative and I can see the changes year after year.

I had an absolute blast here! It was fun to walk around. Taste the cheese. Look a the way cheese is made and it's nearly impossible not to buy something from the store.

Come Fly with Us! SeaTac is the place located just outside SeaTac City and a 15 minute drive to Seattle, minus traffic and a 45 minute drive to Tacoma. This is a high tech super sophisticated wired airport that traveling through will not disappoint. At every gate you'll find seats designated for the traveler to plugin their phones or tech gear such as laptops or tablets. There are also charging stations or bars designed specifically for charging your devices. There's always plenty of food restaurants too...you only have to select your choice. We love Seattle and the surrounding areas. The mountains are breath taking and topped with snow all year long. Thanks for catching up on this review...follow or more intriguing discoveries. Ciao!
