Nice for quick business trips ,,,, needs more English talking personnel

I had terrible experience with them. They waited me more than 1 hour just for breakfast

Beautiful place, nice and kind personal speaking good english and a bit of russian, tasty food. The rooms are clean and cosy. The only thing I didn't like was the noise made by the wind blowing thru the closed windows from the see side.

The rooms are nice and big and the restaurant even better; staff is kind and ready to help

Unbelievable, we were waiting more than 1 hour for a rice and lamb dish. Service quite poor. Many waiters but just one was working. Really bad for guests.

Disgusting attitude of employees towards guests. Restaurant tried to trick with bills twice. Service is awful. Our family is absolutely not recommend this Hotel and restaurant. Our vacation was simply spoiled by Regnum ! 😒

They tried trick me with incorrect bill.
