I ordered through the Chi fil a app for a delivery. It seems like every time I order from this location something is either missing or wrong. Tonight I ordered the market salad and a 12 ct nugget meal. The 12 ct meal was fine but instead of the market salad with nuggets I got the market salad with grilled strips. In the past ordering, they either give me the wrong dressing or the wrong toppings or I wouldn’t get dressing or toppings at all. I called their customer support and they issued a refund but it is still frustrating.

The food is super tasty it's just that the drive-thru service was a bit unsatisfying. They spoke too fast and put my order wrong.

What great service! Sheryl took my order that was an unexpected large take out order of 12 chicken biscuits and 8 sausage biscuits. The drive thru and lobby were both pretty busy. She was not bothered by anything, just kept working hard with a smile on her face. She was so kind to apologize for me having to wait as due to the rush I had to wait a few minutes for my order. No worries at all Sheryl, your smiling and joyful attitude made my day! Thank you!

I received the sweetest service from Sheryl today. I was with my son by myself and it was hard to juggle everything but she without hesitation grab out drinks and everything we would need when we got seated. Thank you Sheryl for what you did today it was and will always be greatly appreciated.

Food is always great. Never waivers. We went for lunch and even though the line was long, it was quick to take our order and drive out. The girl that took our order was not so nice, but the girl who took our payment was super nice, and the guy directing traffic was fantastic! Our order was completely correct too!

I got the chick deluxe combo and the sandwich was fresh and enjoyable. The fries were good I just didn't care foe the side of Mac n cheese I ordered. It was dry and not delicious as I remember when it first started selling. I took a few bites and threw the rest away. Other than that I would have given the food 5 stars

Would have given 5 stars but they shorted me one sandwich and since we were traveling didn’t go back. Otherwise food was good. Some one had locked the womens toilet stalls for a prank. The lady at the counter went in and crawled underneath and unlocked them. She went above her duties. Didn’t get her name, she should get the Employee of the month!!

Food and service are good. Whoever designed the parking lot and drive-thru needs to be fired. Barely enough room to get a F150 through and completely confusing on how you even get in (especially at night when you are unfamiliar with the area) since there is a maze of cones everywhere. Hands down the worst design I've ever seen for something like this.

Despite the insanity of going through drive through during lunch time (which I don't usually do), the setup they've had since COVID started still works well. Line keeps moving you through. Lady who took our order was a little preoccupied with someone she knew next to us but we ordered and got our food. 4piece chicken finger with honey mustard sauce, fries and a sprite...all tasted great!

Wonderful & very polite staff; knowledgeable & extremely helpful. So far all my visits w Chick-fil-A have always been pleasant! The chicken is REAL, not over processed. Not soy. I think it's healthier than all the other fast food places. Enjoy!!

Its chic fil a I mean they have fast food service mastered. I rarely ever have any issues and everyone is so nice. It's cool they close on Sundays so the employees have a rest day because they are busy.

Took my daughter here on her birthday and ordered food and and drinks I got a ice cream and they wouldn't even let me in the playground with a ice cream so I could watch my daughter play. Had to eat my ice cream first, i wasn't aware of the rules or how strictly they were applied. Life's not that serious. It wasn't like a party of twenty children all eating ice cream in the play area it was a adult who was unaware of there rules who ordered before he knew maybe a warning for next time would have been good enough.

I ordered with the app and the food took well over 10 minutes to come out despite the app saying 3-7 minutes. They forgot my drink when the food finally did come out, so they went back and grabbed it. Aside from the waffle fries being cold, the food was fine. Also, many of the tables in the dining area were dirty. Overall, a fairly disappointing visit to the Sumter location.

I haven't been back since they closed the play place. They're using the pandemic as an excuse. My child hasn't been in a fast food play place for 3 years from ashes 7 to 10. This is ridiculous. Me and my friends haven't been back since they closed the play place 3 and a half years ago and I won't even do drive thru until it's open again. I'm sad for all children who have aged out on staple of growing up in the US. Play places are some of my fondest childhood memories and kids are losing out.

Placed a mobile order and used reward points towards my meal purchase. Surprisingly, there were few cars in the drive thru where I had designated my pick up to be. Upon arrival to the hostess stand, the hostess did have her head down and was not paying attention when I pulled up. Her co-worker informed her that she had a customer and she apologized and got straight to my order. I waited approximately 8-9 minutes for a chicken sandwich meal with no other customers ahead of me even though I did place a mobile order. I did not find that using that function made it any quicker. The gentlemen handing out the food to the cars was fast and efficient and would even ask if the we need additional condiments or everything was correct before running off. I thought that was extremely nice gesture considering sometimes we have wait additional 3-5 minutes for someone to notice that we haven't left and need condiments, forks, napkins etc. Overall, it was a good experience.

I never thought I'd meet a rude chic fil a employee until I encountered Brenda, only takes 1 bad apple to eventually spoil the bunch....so yes "EAT MOR CHIKIN" but do it at Zaxby's or somewhere with better customer service
