CCHR is so helpful and informative. My grandmother was in a nursing home. She started acting crazy and erratic and when I investigated I found out that she was put on psych drugs without them even informing me (I'm the power of attorney) The psych drugs that were supposed to handle some anxiety that I never saw her exhibit, actually made her act like she had psych problems. CCHR helped me to get her off of them and get that mental health nurse's license notated that she prescribed my grandmother these psyche meds without consulting the power of attorney (me). We got her off of the psych drugs and she became my sweet, sane gram again. Thank you CCHR for your vast knowledge on the effects of these dangerous drugs that the field of psychiatry seems so bent on forcing on people.

Hard hitting data that could save this country. Every US citizen needs to go and see what these guys have to show you. It's free, and it will save your children's future. IMPORTANT BEYOND IMPORTANT.

I was SO impressed with the help CCHR recently gave me regarding getting information about the Florida Baker Act. They are complete experts on all aspects of Human Rights, and know them and the related laws extremely well. I would encourage you to contact them if you are concerned about any Human Rights and/or Psychiatric abuses you may have experienced. Peter

CCHR is the most vital organization for kids rights. There are more drugging of kids right now then ever. Mental health is dominated by people who only have profits in mindβ€” CCHR is showing people how to avoid the for-profits dangers. Get the info on the real hidden intentions of psychiatry.

This museum starts with the origins of Psychiatry, and the connections to Eugenics, racism, the marketing of madness and ECT-Therapy or Torture? How can seclusion and restraints help someone? Stop by and get your copy of the PARENT BILL OF RIGHTS BOOKLET 2-6 pm

This is a great resource for helping people who have been illegally Baker Acted or abused by Psychiatry. I know many people who have been helped with getting their loved ones out of the Baker Act! It’s also very educational with the Industry of Death Museum which gives the history of Psychiatry and the damaging effects it had on people since their beginning and with celebrities and notable people. I highly recommend calling them if you need help and for a tour of the museum.

I have been to the CCHR's museum or psychiatric atrocities a few times and I have attended an incredible seminar on Nutritional Deficiencies and Depression that was incredibly informative. I absolutely love the staff there. Each person is dedicated to this cause with so much passion and conviction. I highly recommend a visit to the museum and attending a seminar when you can!!! You will not be disappointed.

Extremely grateful to all of those involved in CCHR and are exposing the truth. Problems within our mental health care system must be identified and addressed in order to form a uniform advocacy agenda that will advance best-practice standards of care. CCHR is at the forefront of bringing to light much needed change.

I am finding my vistits to CCHR Florida are helping me a lot to understand better what is happening and what should be improved in the area of mental health. I am discovering here are a lot of factual informations that do not seem so easily available or clearly expressed in general in the media. Actually it's helping me to better undertand what has happened also in the past two years. I appreciated very much the fact that I was able to view the video materials at my own pace and by myself. Still when I needed help the staff was supportive and readily available to answer my questions. I do recommend a visit to anyone, is time well spent and useful.

CCHR is an Organization that exists to ensure our freedoms and human rights! These rights are violated by mental health facilities who are masquerading as real help each and every day. They also work tirelessly to enact legislation that maintain these freedoms and especially to protect families and children. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable and will assist anyone who has been victimized! There is REAL HELP here.

Dropped into the museum briefly while on vacation and was not disappointed! Very informative and presented difficult information in a professional and respectful manner. Definitely recommend the museum to anyone, especially those entering the mental health field.

I got a tour of CCHR Florida and was shocked at the wealth of information they make available to people. I've always known there was something fishy about psychiatry, but the amount of information, tools, and resources available at this center was amazing. It's worth everyone to check out... the more you know, the more likely you won't be victimized by human rights abuses that unfortunately happen everyday.

An eye-opener to learn the truth about psychiatry

Claims to help persons encountering psychiatric abuse. I had spoken at their events believing they were doing good work They treated me quite well but all a ploy. It is not about helping anyone but themselves and luring people into the cult of Scientology.

What should we do with someone who has a neurobiological abnormality that prevents them from experiencing life in the ways they desire? Parkinson’s and schizophrenia are cut from the same cloth. Abnormalities in complex Dopamine pathways. Yes, psychiatry is still evolving just like every other medical specialty and has committed atrocities just like every other medical specialty. We are scientists who follow evidence based medicine and are trying to help real people with real problems. I’m personally not in it for the money or I would have become a plastic surgeon, ophthalmologist, or cardiologist. All options that I had. I’m in Psychiatry because I see a once underfunded and archaic field finally unraveling enough of the complexities of the mind to actually help people help themselves. Research driven and evidence based.

πŸ‘πŸ‘ A great family run museum housing early automobiles and industrial machines. There are a few "newer" pieces, but things are pre-1940s with some very rare early cars from long gone manufacturers (Pierce, Locomobile, Stanley Steamers, etc).

πŸ‘πŸ‘ Glad they saved the elementary school and transformed it into a cool little stop. I urge everyone to stop in and walk through Clearwater history. I especially liked the Coast Guard display and the restaurants of yesteryear!
