The team is outstanding. First of all, clean as could be. You walk in and are greeted with a smile. Steve the PT therapist is amazing. He knows how to push you yet be gentle. The nursing staff is friendly and always have a smile even when busy. Doctors are smart. Easy to say but they are. They also explain things and try to get root of problem. I can’t recommend them enough.

Dr. Trevor at Optimize You Performance is the absolute BEST!! He takes the time to understand exactly what your goals are and then puts a specific plan in place for you to reach them. He is very personable and truly understands his craft. I have used the services provided by Optimize You and I have also taken my kids who are heavily involved in athletics. Dr. Trevor has helped my kids recover from the nagging injuries that come with playing highly competitive sports faster than I ever thought was possible. I have been dealing w/ chronic hip and leg pain for 4 years after an injury, and seen by different providers without relief. At my recent visit to Optimize, they found a previously undetected joint injury, providing guidance and treatment going forward to help the pain. It was a relief knowing that something was discovered, along with treatment recommendations that did not involve surgery. This eases my uncertainty of the affects on my work and quality of life. Optimize You Performance has been there for me when I need them most! Problem solving and trying to figure things out is what they strive for. I never feel pressured to start any treatments and have taken my info and what I learn and have also gone to other doctors when I need to for insurance purposes. It helps to have a team of PA and techs that specialize in thinking outside the box when it comes to healing my body. What I learn helps me make more informed decisions about my care and what’s right for me and also what’s available. I have early stages of trigger finger and work with my hands. Melissa has been helping me with alternative therapies and has been my shockwave tech, I’m happy to report that I’ve been able to find relief after debilitating pain that went on for five months in my fingers and hand. Carter has also been a big part of figuring out what’s going on as well. My next step will be more diagnostic testing and hopefully ultrasound imaging to further figure out what’s causing my pain. But until then I’ve been managing my condition and have had more moments of being pain free with shockwave therapy. Thank you optimize you!

Nice and friendly folks. I’ve been having severe wrist pain for almost 2 months and was feeling depressed. I went to another doctor first and didn’t feel any better but my pain is almost gone after my visit here. The doctor and physiotherapist did a really good job!

My wife and I scheduled appointments to get relief from knee pain. PA-C Carter Kerber provided each of us with a thorough exam and provided us with information about possible treatment options. He is very knowledgeable and has a passion for his profession. I commend him for taking the time to tell (and show) us what he was seeing while using the ultrasound. This was beneficial and assisted us in our decision to have the PRP treatment which was done in conjunction with our appointment. The medical support staff also did a great job. The care and attention we received from them was top notch. Overall this was a great experience and one we’d do again. For those with knee/joint pain, I’d highly recommend you consider scheduling an appointment.

I partially tore my MCL training jiu-jitsu and Dr. Wilkins, Brandon, Melissa, and the whole team helped me get back up and running within weeks instead of the months it would have taken had I not gone to Optimize. They didn't just patch me up, they helped me re-strengthen my leg and their stretch therapy helped keep my other muscles from getting too tight during the healing process.
