Got here at 5 PM on a regular Tuesday afternoon, well within their opening hours of 3 to 8 PM. The building was locked, and this measly note left in the window. I drove several miles to come here with my son who may have broken his finger. Should’ve just stopped at any other urgent care instead of trying to go to this one specifically for kids had I known that they just close when they feel like it without announcing it.

The wait time wasn’t bad and my child’s needs were addressed in a timely manner. I appreciate the provider’s explanation of everything going on with my child as well as providing a doctors note for my kiddos school. Environment was clean and staff was exceptional.

It was my first time taking my 3 year old daughter to an Urgent Care and it was a great experience. I was able to get an appointment same day and we were out in less than 45 minutes. The front staff, nurse, and Dr. Hatch-Pigott were terrific. Such great care, thank you! We would recommend to any parent.

Brought both my boys here this morning! Both were apprehensive but the PA on staff was amazing. We were in and out with a diagnosis ASAP and we all left happy. I’ve always had good experiences here! Highly recommend.

The team members were all so friendly and compassionate. Dr Lisa was wonderful and clearly knew how to make a nervous and sick little patient more at ease. Truly appreciate the quick service and kindness.

The best children’s urgent care! Have been here twice in the past 2 years. Both times have been fantastic. Caring medical team, easy check in. We were in and out in an hour each time (went when they first opened for the day). So thankful!!

Always take my kiddos here. They are great and quick, except for flu season so make an appointment ahead of time. The provider we saw today was AMAZING! I believe her name was Trina, or Tina. She listen to my concerns and was patient with my ADHD child . I always recommend this urgent care because it's just for PEDS ! , Normally the medical assistants are sweet with my child. Today must've been rough for the medical assistant as she snapped at me. I am a medical assistant myself so I understand, she changed around towards the end ans like always made the experience amazing. Thank you to everyone there !

Excellent! We were seen by Lisa Maria Smith, who is just wonderful. She took time to explain everything and spoke directly to my child while examining him. I just loved her bedside manner. It was so nice how easy and quick our visit today was.

There are people that are made to work with children, these are those people. We went into get my sons finger looked at, he hurt it at school. The 2 admin people who greeted us were wonderful, the doctor was kind and spoke to me and my son with compassion given the simplicity of his injury. Smiled and cared we worked through the issue. And I can’t recommend them enough! Finding healthcare people who and listen is hard, we as a family have lots of experience so Thank you for your wonderful care!!! We will be back when we need to. ♥️

Terrible customer service. The front desk clerk has the nastiest attitude and really do need additional customer service training. This location was super slow. They had patients waiting there for a while when the urgent care had just opened so there were no excuse to leave patients waiting. When I finally did get back there for a split second to do vitals, they had no patients in the back which makes me wonder why they weren't calling people back. DO Not, I repeat DO NOT GO HERE. If you have hours to waste then this is your spot. If you want to be in and out then I would drive a few minutes further and go to Dignity health urgent care. Not only is the customer service better but they are much faster than banner.

Made an urgent appointment for my baby’s eye infection on the same day(Thu) at 6:40pm. We got there at 6:30pm. There was only 1 patient in the waiting area. We were waiting only around 20 mins to see the nurse and doctor. Everyone was nice and friendly. Everything went well (from the check-in to the examination). I like that i didnt need to wait for 2 hours compared to other regular urgent care location nor waiting for 2-3 weeks to see my son’s healthcare provider. / I recommend this place.👍🏻👍🏻

Quick and efficient, but horrible bedside manner. Everyone we interacted with acted annoyed at my daughter, the MA and the provider both talked over her, and rushed me along through my answers to their questions. The provider didn’t even listen to my daughter and she was the patient! If you aren’t a patient person, why do you work at a pediatric office???

I can’t say enough on how thankful I am for everyone who was working there that evening! They got me in with no appointment close to closing time. Katherine, Jen D, Jen E, and Dr Murphy did such a great job at helping my daughter and giving her great care!

As a few others pointed out, I stopped by to have a little one checked out, the door was locked and the lobby looked abandoned. It was 530pm on a Monday, the hours on the door, the banner website and everywhere else indicated the facility was open. It would be nice to know the place is closed before I get there. Besides this visit, the staff and providers have been helpful. That’s why the 3 star review, one time a 1 star, and most others a 5. It having staff available on regularly posted hours with nothing posted on the door or anything on the banner website is not great.

We were visiting from out of state and had a great experience. Everything from the initial phone call to the office staff and the doctor was great. We were seen on Easter for an ear infection for my little guy. The medical assistant helped to make sure we got our prescription filled at a pharmacy that was for sure opened on the holiday. The doctor was great too- he sat down and told us what we could do to help my son for his ear infection and asked if we had anything else we needed help with. It was a very personable visit, we were not rushed at all which was a nice feeling! We would definitely return if we needed to in the future.

Our visit here was probably by far the worst experience I've had with an urgent care. Front office and MA that took us back we’re amazing. but the doctor definitely did a VERY poor eval for a baby coming in with a 104 fever… he misdiagnosed my daughter and said he “checked” her throat(never once did he look at her throat) and ears(did check those but somehow missed an ear infection?) even with a 104 fever we were rushed out without waiting for her temp to drop even a little bit… absolutely frustrating as a parent to see these “doctors” act so careless when I should be able to trust their practice.

I wish I could pick 0 stars with this place. I took my daughter here at 3pm on Saturday and waited 3 hours to be seen. She has had a high fever of 102 for the last 4 days with being on children's medicine. We finally saw the doctor and he listened to her lungs, and looked at one ear and that's about it. He said he wasn't going to do anything for her and to go home and continue to give her motrin as i have been. After a long argument with her pointing out that he did nothing to check what kind of sickness she had and why this is concerning to me, he told me that he was sorry I waisted my time. The next day my daughter still had her 100 degree fever. I took her into a REAL doctor and got diagnosed with COVID-19 and the flue and slight redness in her left ear! They prescribed her the medication she needed ! This doctor should not be working with children and allowed me to leave with no follow up care instructions and no diagnosis. I will be filing full report this and will be seeking further action with my lawyer. It is no surprising that the place followed up by not giving me his license number and he is not an MD but an OD.

Whilst I thought the wait was a little long when I had an appointment, I appreciate that the provider (Dr. Murphy) took time with the patients my son included. Also, it's very frustrating they don't have the staff to take X-rays even though they have an X-ray machine. Several people called about that and they had to turn them away. It also looked darn clean which is reassuring.

I brought my 3 year old son when he was wheezing a lot through the night. The doctor gave him 3 prescriptions to help. The wait was not too bad it was 1 hour and a half. The front staff was friendly. The doctor was also very friendly and helpful. My son did well with the prescriptions and it helped with his wheezing and cough! (We have to consider it is a urgent care and there is always a waiting time for any urgent care) Overall grateful for the staff and doctor for helping my son!

I took my daughter in, who had a high fever for 3 days. The fever would not break even with Motrin and Tylenol. The extremely rude Dr. refused to test my daughter for anything and stated it would be "mal-practice to prescribe antibiotics". The ethics course at a most likely Dominican Republic school of medicine has failed this genius. He also tried to tell me that he wouldn't prescribe antibiotics because she might be allergic. Interesting logic and he was informed that she is not allergic to any medicines as she has been sick before. I asked what his expert medical advice would be on a course of action for my daughter and he suggested absolutely nothing. He stated "it is not a big deal for a child (5 yo) to have a high fever for 7 days. Zero treatment and hours of time wasted, all the while, my daughter still has a fever! This is unacceptable and a complaint will be filed against this Dr. and this less than urgent care with the Arizona Medical Board.

Great service! The doctor was very thorough and knowledgeable. The front desk staff and nurses also provided a great service. Place looks very clean and the wait time was a little more than one hour for walk-in. They close at 8 PM so they stop taking patients at 7 PM.

This place has the nicest most attentive staff! My seven year old was seen for flu symptoms and we only waited 30 minutes to see the doctor. Everyone - reception staff, nurses, doctor - everyone was very professional, attentive and caring. Great experience! We have a family pediatrician but couldn’t get an appointment fast enough. I am glad we have Banner urgent care nearby as an alternative.
