This theater used to be Alamo and we loved it before and still love it now. We went in the lobby and greeted with friendly staff that helped us right away. They had a wheel that we can spin with give aways and we won $10 for food and drinks!! The popcorn is delicious and the service was friendly and the food came out quick. The place is very clean. Clean restrooms with cool tile patterns.

Super quick scan of our barcode tickets. And free popcorn for signing up on the App. Didn’t order any food or drink this time but will next time! Seats we’re comfortable for a 3 hour movie! And the $5 Tuesday’s was awesome!

You HAVE to request your food and drinks on a piece or paper and place it upright in front of your table. Sometimes you have to ask for service. Everything was good the popcorn and fountain drinks were unlimited. The food was good I had the fish and chips.

Update: the GM of Majestic Chandler worked very hard to rectify the bad experience we had. We have been patrons of Majestic for years & have never had anything like this happen. This must have just been an “off” day for them, and we look forward to giving them another chance. We genuinely love going to movies at Majestic, and because of the effort they put in to make sure they addressed the issues, we will continue to take our family here. Terrible service & value for cost: Once the movie started, we didn’t see our server again until almost the end of the movie. We had to leave the theater multiple times to search for employees to refill our drinks. “Bottomless” popcorn makes them a lot of money when they never refill it. Also, my daughter ordered the kids macaroni and cheese (see photo)… it was literally about 4 bites worth. When I complained, they said they would have to charge me for 2 of them if she wanted more. Yikes. Yikes. Yikes.

I visited here yesterday for an early morning showing of Black Panther with four friends. The theater was quiet and clean. The employees were prompt in getting our food orders, food to us and bringer our checks before the movie ended! I will definitely be back to visit this location, it was well worth the thirty five minute drive!

Clean facility, unique atmosphere, and a variety of deals. Though some of the information isn't as transparent as I'd like on pricing, food portion sizes, and time expectations.

Wow what a great experience. As busy parents we don't get to go out often. We had such a great night from the welcoming from the staff to the cleanliness a great menu amazing food that was served fast and presentable the whole over all experience was just great. Can't complain about not one thing besides not having that food service at home nightly lol. We will for sure be returning and referring to this place to others. Easy 5 stars!

My wife and I came in to see an early movie as we hadn't been out to see a movie since before covid. We got our drinks, ordered our food, and within 5 minutes got a call from our daughters school. She was sick and we needed to go pick her up. As we left, we were asked what had happened and after a brief explanation of what took place, they refunded us everything and gave us a rain check for a future show. 💯 class act and we will be back!
