My mother and I had facials and we had great experiences. Truth be told my mom is very hard to please and she didn’t have anything negative to say which was a miracle. Thank you for taking such good care and I can’t wait to return.

First time customer, went in for a cut and style with a 1 hr swedish massage. Front desk was kind and welcoming. Waiting area was filled with many people and they offered complimentary drinks, which was nice. Taylor cut my hair and did a fantastic job. I love my refreshed and healthy look. Heather did my massage and she did amazing as well. Even though I have "crunchy" (full of knots) shoulders, I left feeling much more relaxed and my shoulders felt like I was able to let them down a bit. I am planning on visiting again when the time comes. Thank you to Taylor and Heather for such a great job.

Absolutely love Madison Ave! Sasha does a wonderful job every single time I see her. It's so nice to be able to trust her completely with coloring and cutting my hair. I never have to worry if it's going to turn out. It always turns out!

I went here yesterday for the first time. The staff at the front desk was super welcome. They knew it was my first visit so they gave me a quick tour, which was nice. I got a beach from Jessica. She was extremely friendly and knowledgable. I absolutely love my cut. She nailed it. She also recommended some great products for me to try. Looking forward to coming back to try other services they offer.

I’ve been coming to Madison Avenue for 8 years now. The salon is always very clean and smells good. They have a nice sitting area behind the front desk with coffee and water while you’re waiting for your appointment. The front desk ladies are always so welcoming, positive, kind, and helpful. I am very pleased with my highlights and cut with Andrea. She does an incredible job every time and that’s why I keep coming back! Andrea is personable and nice and makes me feel (and look) like a queen. It’s super easy to book appts by calling or texting! Thank you Madison Avenue :)

This place was AMAZING! We got the whole day experience and I would absolutely recommend it. The salon had some hiccups with scheduling and charges but they fixed them and did an excellent job of communicating. We will be back for sure! My sister and I loved every single person we had. I had Natalie(?), Shannon, Sarah, and Crystal and they were excellent. Will be recommending to everyone! Thanks for such an amazing trip!
