Wonderful business formal/casual steakhouse. Wonderful and classy service, very attentive staff. Tasty food and quality. Been here a few times and everything has been very consistent and great.

This was my first time here and it won’t be the last. The atmosphere is calm, sophisticated, and elegant without being ostentatious. The service was outstanding. Eden was attentive, personable, and efficient. The food was delicious. The blackened chicken was some of the best I’ve ever tasted. The garlic mashed potatoes were perfect. The Miner Ice Cream Pie is a must for dessert. It’s a great place for special occasions or dinners with special people.

Great staff, our server Eden was pleasant, professional, and always there when we were looking for her. The ambiance is nice and perfect for dining. Cozy and comfortable. We had the steak and shrimp and the ribeye. Of which they cooked it to an actual factual medium rare. The date said hers was perfect and from what I could tell it was! Eden deserves an applause. Thanks for making our anniversary even more special!

Was here last month for a business dinner with fellow coworkers. The Keg is always a great place for both family and business, wide selection of drinks, appetizers and dinner menu for everyone. Been here multiple times and love the decor and spatial separation to allow for a bar setting on the left, smaller group on the right with a glass door and option to sit outdoor during the cooler season. Had a Caesar salad and a 14” prime rib, never disappoints being here and will be back someday.

This was my first time coming here, and I am super happy I decided to spend my birthday dinner here. Eden was super nice and took the time to explain the whole menu to us. The food was impeccable (although a little pricey). They did give me cake for dessert. Their bread was very good too. Will definitely be back. *They have lots of gluten free, vegan and vegetarian options. **I took some steak back for my pup and she loved it too!!

When traveling from Texas to Arizona, there’s always one place it’s on my mind and that is at the Keg in Chandler fashion Square in Chandler Arizona. I love eating at this place. They have some of the best prime rib. Every time I go there my dinner is always delicious. I start out my evening with the piña colada virgin style then I jump over to the bread that they serve you. It is so soft , warm and delicious by the time I’ve had a few bites, the wedge salad that I’ve ordered shows up. I always love my wedge salad with no tomatoes, extra ranch, and some blue cheese crumbles, by the time I get done eating my awesome salad, my dinner is generally delivered and I ask for a cup of milk because I love milk with my meals. I can’t say enough of how much I love the food here, but I haven’t said one word about the service yet. Let me tell you the service here is amazing there. This is one of my favorite places because I love people this last trip I had Kelly as my server,and Bree. These two ladies make my dinner very awesome because the service that I get. I always like to sit in the bar area because you get to see a lot of movement. If you have a chance to go eat at the keg, I don’t think you’ll be disappointed because I never am. Miles

Came to America, you have to try their steak house for sure. This place served great variety of cut from sirloin to ribeye.. the rack of ribs rather huge for one to consume and added lobster tail at $20 kind of expensive as I can’t take the full meal. Sharing some ribs and lobster tail made perfect. The calamari was awesome with spicy dipping sauce and the creamy mushroom for sure to pair well with the wine ! Overall great food with frat ambience !

The Keg is a wonderful restaurant! The food is consistently delicious and I’ve never been disappointed in the service. I prefer the atmosphere in the bar, over the dining room. Seems cozier. I consistently get the bacon wrapped filet with sautéed mushrooms, garlic mashed potatoes and a wedge salad. I always leave happy about my meal! On this night, before dinner, I had a couple of Orange Slice Martinis, which were on the happy hour menu. SO GOOD!

We have been going to the Keg for years, we met up with some friends and went for Happy Hour which is only available in the bar. The full menu can be ordered in the bar it is just open seating. We were greeted quickly but sat ourselves in the bar area. Our server Darian took our drink orders and returned quickly with our drinks. I ordered the Filet Mignon and my partner ordered the Bacon Wrapped Scallops. The steak came out cooked to perfection and was so tender. My partners Scallops were delicious. The service was top notch and the food was prepared so well. Premium steak and service at a reasonable price. This is a regular stop for us.

My wife and I had a very nice date night at The Keg. As a franchise with 160 locations, The Keg - Chandler maintains what has made this upscale steakhouse brand so successful without it feeling like a chain restaurant. While I wouldn't call it quite a five-star fine dining experience, it's certainly a fantastic choice for an elegant evening out. The steak options are front and center and are prepared well with a very tasty house seasoning. We enjoyed our mocktails and crème brulée dessert, too. Overall, The Keg is an excellent entry-level option in the Phoenix area steakhouse circuit, where you will get a very enjoyable fine dining experience for about half the price of some of the top-tier steakhouses in the area.

The food and service are always great. The Cauliflower appetizer and Cauliflower Coucous salad is the best, so so delicious.

The best steaks, crab legs, & lobster in town...not to mention excellent service. Sat at the bar with my daughter & her fiancee. Excellent evening!

Me and my boyfriend love this place! First time going in was amazing great server and great food we both had steak! The bread is even more amazing so perfect and cooked to perfection! The second time we went it wasn’t as great our server was a little slow and didn’t refill our drinks. And the food the second time wasn’t as great. But over all I feel this place has a great a atmosphere and great servers as well as the potential of having great food. Just don’t hype it up to much I feel that’s what I did for myself the second time. But make sure you ask for steak knives if you order a steak our server took forever to come back and get us steak knives so our steak was cold by the time she did.

I loved this place. It was my first time here. I brought my wife here for our 28th anniversary and it was very good! Food was excellent. Staff was outstanding. I'm going back.

I just took my family to a $300 meal at Keg. As usual, food was great! However the service was terrible. Our server was MIA the whole time. Too bad. Won't be back at this KEG anytime soon.

We had a great Father's day dinner. The service was excellent. Chris our waiter was amazing. He helped us pick out the perfect bottle of red wine. Dinner was also amazing. Both our Steaks were cooked well done & perfect. Ceasars salad was good but to leafy (big pieces) veggies & mushrooms with the steak were so good. The garlic mashed potatoes were lacking Garlic, but they were good potatoes. We didn't order desert because we are headed to Mill Ave in Tempe for the Juneteenth Celebration. We will definitely be back to the Keg.

Service was excellent. Courteous, professional, and patient waiter! Delicious entrees. I had the salmon with crumbled pistachio nuts and it was superb.The ambient lighting made it very relaxing. The only issue I have is the booths are not big enough to seat three comfortably.

I had a prime ribs and lobster with my wife. The service was good. However, the food is not that good. Steak is a bit overcook and the lobster is salty. It costed me 50USD per person in total. That's a bit expensive.

Made reservations on a busy night. Got seated right away in a quiet area were my group of 4 were dined and serviced by the best waitress and the best steaks I've ever had. Everything was hot and tasty. It was a family reunion and after diner talks were welcomed and beverages kept full till we got up and left. Olivia was our waitress outstanding evening. Been to this place twice and they are amazing every time from start to finish it leave your pallet sabering for another bite and satisfaction when your done am sorry again for lacking in the photos but I’ll step it again sorry I did post one that me and my fiancé they were appetizer I believe one was lobster bisque? And the other was fried cauliflower with a deliciousness sauce that goes with it, the bread was amazing ,the steak was so soft and tender it was delicious the keg has outside patio with misters if you like to be outside ,dine in side and enjoy the warm and cozy atmosphere no doubt about it! Very welcoming never fill like the waiter is ignoring you or sees ya and passes you up! Not at the KEG I highly recommend for date nights, a nice quiet dinner ,you can walk in but I suggest you schedule reservations if you go in the evenings ,I can’t say for lunch time because I have not gone for lunch yet I’ll get there ,I just enjoy the evenings there they have a awesome menu ,and they make your foods just right they will not disappoint!! They do have a bar area for those who like to just enjoy there drinks , I’ve been here twice and they have not disappointed I highly recommend! You will enjoy!!

Those that really know me, know how much time I spend going out of my way to find the perfect filet. I've done a lot of traveling in my life, from the east to the west, from the south to the north. always looking for the best filets. I'm going to have to say this place is tied for first place. LG's Prime steakhouse in Palm Springs and The Keg Steakhouse is probably the best prepared and cut of steak. Old San Francisco Steakhouse in Dallas Texas is my second. Don't get me wrong, I've had really really good Filets in most places I visit, but the places I mentioned take it at a whole new level. Lane Lewis Miller and I both walked into this place looking like we could be right off the street, yet our waitress, Dee, treated us like royalty. She was attentive and very helpful with her suggestions when asked. She didn't flinch or seem to know exactly how i wanted my steak. I give her a 10 how well she treated us and how many times she came to check on us. The Keg gets a 10 plus for the overall experience. I have to say every food item we ate was exceptional, from the twice bake potato to the Caesar salad all the way down to the bell pepper. I'm over here just smiling. Thank you Dee and staff for such a great experience.

We were looking for a new place to celebrate my birthday. The food and the service did not disappoint. The sirloin came out perfectly cooked. Seasoned just right. Husband had the New York sirloin and garlic mashed potatoes also cooked as requested and seasoned with a beautiful grill char. Mikayla was attentive and knowledgeable about the menu. She had great suggestions and ensured our visit was one to remember. They have many gluten free options and ensure allergies ate taken seriously. Will definitely return.

Wonderful dining experience. My boyfriend and I came here for our anniversary and it was great. Alex, our server, was very attentive and friendly. We got the calamari for an appetizer and I couldn't recommend it more. I ordered the 8 oz sirloin with a ceasar salad while my boyfriend ordered the 18 oz prime rib and thought it was well seasoned and delicious. Before the evening ended, Kane, the manager, approached us with a complimentary ice cream cake slice to celebrate our anniversary. They were so nice all around. I would definitely recommend coming here!

For the cost I had hoped for better food. I had the Sirloin Oscar, and it was overdone and a bit chewy. The scallops were dry, and the food was under seasoned. My companions enjoyed the mushroom appetizers, and the bread was great. My companions enjoyed their meals. I can imagine that my experience was not typical, so I will try it again before deciding to abandon it forever.

The service and food were excellent. My husband and I couldn’t decide on appetizers so we tried two. The prime rib they are known for practically melted in your mouth. If we went again we would pass on the lobster.

Excellent. The French onion soup is a must try. Piping hot and perfect. Burger, perfect. Steak, perfect, margaritas, perfect. We got sat right away, our server was in top of it. The bread to start with was fresh and hot and so good. Calamari isn't my thing but my husband said it was really good.

I want to thank the Keg staff for the outstanding food and service that my Aunt visiting me from North Carolina and I received from our very friendly and attentive server and the manager on Saturday night, October 14th! We were celebrating her visit and my birthday and they surprised me with a large lovely and scrumptious Billy Miner Pie at the end of the meal which just highlighted the evening before us heading off to a concert at the Mesa Performing Arts Center that evening! The ambiance on the outdoor patio with overhead lights and a fireplace was perfect! I'm so happy that one of my celebrity friends had told me about the Keg! We were so impressed with everything, and I will be back with some friends and family for future visits! I can now see why the Keg has such great reviews!

Absolutely delicious !!! A MUST for sure I'm just so glad I went over for dinner. Excellent service, very fast and attentive employees. I ordered steak and lobster, cheesecake and Caesar's Salad. Everything was good. Also the setting of the restaurant is very appealing. I also ordered a glass of wine for the occasion. If you're I'm Chandler stop by and give it a try.

The Keg is under-rated by most people. Yes it's a chain, but the food is good, the staff is professional and looks like they want to be there. I go there for date night with my wife all the time. I do wish they'd try to cater to a slightly younger crowd (late 20's-early 40's)

Had high expectations as the others in our group regularly eat at The Keg and spoke so highly of it. Earlier in the week we'd gone to another steak restaurant nearby (and I liked it) and our group said it wasn't as good as The Keg. The service and ambience was better, but I honestly thought the food was as good as the other place......just 50% more expensive. Not sure that The Keg gives good value for money in that case. I can see why it's popular and always busy, but I wouldn't want to spend that much too often.

Ribeye bone in Steak I ordered medium and came out well done. However, had a very good flavor. My Wife's steak baseball sirloin came out perfect. Wife had great dirty martinis, and our server kelly was awesome.

This location is fantastic! The food is in point and the service top notch.

Very nice restaurant, very good service. We came in with kids and the waitress quickly brought out plates for the kids with celery sticks, carrots, ranch and crackers (free of charge!). That was great. We had a the French onion soup (too much cheese and a bit too salty), a kids burger, a kids steak (was great) the fillet mignon (was good) and the rib steak (which was just ok).

Love this place, the steak was grilled to perfection.

We had 7 people and had to sit on the patio at 6pm. It was really nice. Misters were running. Shade was everywhere. I had an awesome Rib steak with bone in for my dog. The waitress was great.

I’m not sure who manages the chandler location however, very poor management skills, management needs better training. So I had made reservations 2 days in advance, arrived Right on time. Was told they did not have our table ready, waited 10 mins past our reservation time in the heat of 110 degree weather. Proceeded to complain, all of a sudden We were sat at some make shift table in front of the kitchen. Proceeded to complain again, was told I should have requested a booth with our reservation! I guess making a reservation 2 days in advanced was not acceptable enough? I had to request a booth as well! But that wasn’t the case, you gave our reservation away and kept us out in the heat until we complained! Then you sat us at some make shift table That was unacceptable for any human being to sit at. Only after complaining we were sat in a nice suitable booth. I used to go there quite a often before this whole pandemic situation started and was never treated that way before. Not sure how the keg stands on its views of serving minorities eating at your restaurant but I will no longer support your 12 dollar martinis or your 55 dollar steaks.

GREAT atmosphere and GREAT food! The chicken was the best that I have ever had. My fiance loved his filet as did our guests. The best part though was the service. BIG KUDDOS to Kirby. We werepatient and attentive while we sat and chatted, for a long time. Great food, exceptional service. We will be back, and we will ask to sit in Kirby's area!
