Was really enjoying getting food from this location on East Town. Ordered food to be delivered and only sandwiches were delivered. I called the store and was told they were too busy to take care of me. I contacted customer support thru text and they said they would forward a message to the franchise owner. That was a week ago and no one has contacted me yet. I will no longer order from them if they can't be troubled to offer customer support.

Their bread is so soft and delicious! I also love that they use paper bags and paper to wrap the subs. They sliced the meat after we ordered, so it was fresh! Definitely costs more than Subway, but definitely tastes better also! The employees were very kind and nice!

Holy smokes! We stopped for a restroom break from our drive and decided to stop here and try Jersey Mikes for the first time. Best decision! The employees were soooo nice and attentive, the bathroom was clean. Everything was awesome and that sandwich has to be the best I’ve had. So so good. Totally recommend this location. It’s worth it!

Still the best sub shop we have tried. Will drive out of our way to get this and my wife can have gluten free bread, which was unbelievably soft and well worth the drive!

Their sandwich's are fresh and made to order. Fast and friendly staff. The bread is fresh and has as a more crusty outside w a chewy soft inside. Veg looks very fresh but limited on toppings of choice. But over all better food then most fast food subs.
