We ordered delivery and ran into a few issues. It seems that the driver was rushing and careless, because our pizza was smushed to one side of the box, and our topperstix box was squashed where half of them were stuck to the top of the box. We lost a good amount of the cheese trying to peel it off. I also specifically asked in the notes that the driver not ring the doorbell as we have a kiddo sleeping, and he did which woke him up. It took quite a bit longer this time, 30 minutes more than the estimated time which isn't a huge deal aside from the fact the food was on the cold side when it arrived. We've never had an issue prior and we enjoy the vegan options, hence why I give this three stars despite this not so great experience. The Vegan topperstix are very good, whatever non-dairy cheese they use is one of the better I've had. The rewards program is also a nice perk which gives free items every so often.

My husband and I stopped In after being in the hospital with my sister and Adam H and the crew where awesome I’m extremely happy with service and customer service was beyond fantastic

I have been going to this specific toppers for awhile now and Adam has ALWAYS made our experience top notch. When he has the time, he will even bring our order out to the car to us. We appreciate it and will continue to refer people to this toppers! Thanks, Adam!!

I got there just after midnight and my food wasn’t ready witch was fine as I placed it for 12:20 because I was unsure about the ice. The problem was the way the guy prepped my pizza. I watched him constantly rubbing his nose and then touching the pizza, watched him pick something off the pizza and eat it, and then at some point he walked away to grab something and took off his hat to rub his forehead and run his fingers through his hair. Never did I see him wash his hands and it was pretty gross to watch. He also wasn’t wearing gloves witch I believe is fine as it all gets cooked but that might have been a physical reminder for him to not do any of that. Side note tried submitting this just on the website and they t wouldn’t submit so here I am.

We have had good luck at other Toppers. Unfortunately this one was disappointing. Ordered a delivery order online. Was estimated to get here at about 35 minutes. Instead it was an hour. I would have been okay with that if the food was good; it was not. The pizza was cold/chewy and some of the toppings were sparse...ordered tomatoes, and there were not many on it. In addition, they forgot to send our topperstix, so we had to wait even longer to get those. Definitely did not feel the meal we got was worth $50+. I would not recommend this location at this time.

They were supposed to be there for our lunch time. Delivery ordered and set the previous day. Pretty big order. They were 50 minutes late. Lots of hungry people running out of patience. Some missed it completely because they had to go back to work. Very disappointing.

Service is amazing! I get the same thing everytime due to being a vegetarian and the staff knows this about me. This store is amazing and the best. I have been to other locations and this location is the best. The food is always amazing. Best pizza in all of Wisconsin!

Ordered pizza on a whim, haven't had toppers in years, after working out. Called it in, phone wait was a little long. Ordered take out. Got there was told 10-15 pretty standard, I figured. Got there in what seemed like only 2. IT WAS DONE! asked the guy if the dinning room was still open and he was like sure. Music was loud hence the -1*. BUT IT WAS OPEN TO SIT DOWN AND EAT LIKE A HUMAN BEING. Myself and my wife work 2nd shift. We don't have a lot of options to sit and eat. Will be back again 100%! L
