I visited Fishaways Morula view yesterday and the service was not good, waited for 2:5hours and got a wrong order around 9:00pm. I drove home and when I opened the food, the fish was smelling and raw inside, we didn’t eat the Fish and I took it to the store today, I found Tshepo the sales Person and Ms Ndina the so called manager who gave me a very bad attitude. We left the food at the counter without getting help from the manager and Tshepo the saleman. I hope this matter is resolved. The review belong is for the Parents who ordered before me and I left them at the shop frustrated and angry.

Iam so dissapointed with fish aways mabopane total garage i buy there always but u never find fish pops only veggie pops but not even 1 single day ul get fish pops i dont know why is still on the menu

Hi, in light of this situation, I kindly request that someone from management contact me directly. I am extremely disappointed with the poor level of customer service my parents received tonight at Morula Fishaways. The person who was on duty being condescending anc rude was Tshepo, there was no surname on the name badge. They placed and paid for a large order R500+ only to have it handed over to someone else. This is completely unacceptable. Not only was there a serious lack of attention to detail, but the way the staff handled the situation also showed a complete disregard for basic customer etiquette. My parents were left confused, frustrated, and without the food they paid for — which is beyond disappointing. Then food is given to them however it’s not what they ordered. I expect this to be addressed immediately and for the appropriate steps to be taken to ensure this doesn't happen to anyone else again. And the staff member that assisting my parents to be dealt with the disrespect was less than condescending.

Today gona ake gane it's good Friday but you needed to have prepared prior to this. Honestly an hour waiting for food. Kamo. No one is saying anything about it. 1 person must be at the till and still take. Out orders and the one chef or so. Make it. Make sense Njani Then it seems as though my order was forgotten aowa Today your team has outdone itself. I don't complain because I enjoy. Your food but this is too much like I am truly. Upset

Life saver, every time one is lazy to cook I just drive there for a family meal - Hake platter. Affordable and quick. Unfortunately they don't take telephone orders. Overall, best place

The service is very quick and the fish is excellently done but I think the onions can be cut nicely for onion rings. Overall I love this fisherways store

The fish was absolutely delicious and fresh. I have to commend Fishaways Mabopane on keeping up with the great service & serving good food.

I waited an hour for a platter so month ends prepare to wait a long time for your food. The food is great but the chips are superb 👌👌
