The place was one of the most welcoming hotels I have ever stayed. Checkin smooth, checkout smoother. No hassles at all. People at the restaurant guided you so that you enjoy your meal. The food was prepared as per the taste requirements and served hot. Overall staying here experience was great from me... Recommend for everyone... 5starfor everything.

About service only:power got lost, requested for hot water no response :we were about to checkout that day , because of waiting for their response we missed to see the morning view of araku,may be they got their money,but their responsibility to provide hot water minimum is not satisfied,bath with cold water imagine how🥶🥶🥶🥶🥶my self ,we were with 11 months baby..plz don't delete this comment,every one should know how. we were treated by paying 3400 rupees.

Room was clean and all the staff people are very polite. I had very good experience and food also good. I like this place because of its view and I had enjoyed the stay. I would love to come here again.

Best view, best stay for couples, families and friends.. Hygiene rooms and hygiene food.. Parking, Food and Room service available. We are 9 members and took 3 ac rooms.. Spent a very good and memorable time.. *Call them two weeks prior for bookings.
