Solid little pub, nothing to write home about but good food and reasonable priced.

Place place by far to order fish and have it so fresh and melt in your mouth. Great place to watch the game have drinks and or bring the kids.

I really love the Pub in Newport. Sadly, none of the others (so far) seem to measure up. I don’t understand why, but there it is. Got the Fish n Chips, which should be a slam dunk, right? The fish was good. The batter? Not so much. It might be a function of the fryer temp being too low. It would explain the soggy fries, too. The cole slaw was amazingly annoying. I wish I could say it was old and fermenting. But, I really believe they were shooting for that flavor. Sigh. The iced tea came in a bottle. Ugh. Does that mean you have to pay for a refill? I was already more than $25 into this meal, so I wasn’t going to find out…

This place is hit or miss for us.. we've had a couple maybe 2 or 3 ok meals. Lately seems to be less pleasant. Lots of sour mixer drinks rather than a nice coctail.. an some of the foods such as the spinach dip was clearly frozen or cheap cream cheese and tasted very rancid.. hard saying not knowing but we liked it much better in past experiences..

I love this place for what it is - an Irish tavern! There isn't a cocktail menu, but they can make whatever you want and they have lots of beer on tap. The wine list is meh, but again, Irish tavern. I ordered the salmon which I was worried would be bad but it was excellent. My husband had a Rueben and was able to order gluten free bread (celiac) and had no issues. My son got the kids meal fish and chips and it was plenty big enough a portion for an adult - and was delicious. I saw the adult portion and it was served on a damn serving platter. So glad I ended up here for dinner because I was staying at Bluebird Sunapee across the parking lot. Anyway. Delicious food. Great drinks. Wonderful atmosphere. 10/10

We ate outside on the porch on a perfect summer day and our dog joined us. I love places that welcome our furry friends! We had good burgers and our 🐶 really enjoyed the fries!

Great food and great drinks. It was our first time coming there, and it was busy. Good thing I put in a reservation, we had a sit right outside, and the wait staff was friendly. They have a cool looking bar inside. The website was not that friendly so I took pics of the menu.

Worst experience tonight. The bar messed up my drink (fuzzy navel), the cook screwed up my husband's steak (he ordered a medium...it was well done), and we ordered a to go appetizer for my son, and there was hardly enough in the order to even call it an appetizer. We will not ne back. Definitely not worth $100

This restaurant is outstanding. Our family was treated to a delightful fireside dinner on the patio. We had a round stone propane fire pit burning hot while dining outdoors in the middle of January. This was COVID friendly and allowed our family to feel safe as we dined away from our hotel. The salmon was phenomenal. The thyme seasoning, cooking prep, and texture was on point. Our children were thoroughly pleased with the customizable burgers and the nachos were excellent as well. A selection of local and craft beers is the icing on the cake. I highly recommend this establishment to all who visit the Sunapee area.

This is a nice casual spot right down the road from the Sunapee lodge. They have a full bar and a large covered patio seating area. The bloody Mary's were good and the poutine was delicious. Nothing fancy but solid food and service.

They were VERY busy and I think the bar tender was having a bad night. It doesn't take much effort to at least smile. Food was food. I got the fish and chips. Fish was very tasty which is sometimes hit or miss with this dish. I could have eaten the entire thing but just couldn't, it was a huge portion! Fries were OK. Not bad but not great. Tiny cup of decent coleslaw.

Got a few delicious appetizers and a sandwich we split. Very good, will definitely be back to try more on the menu.

The haddock plate was probably the best I've ever had anywhere. My boyfriend got the nachos and they were awesome!

The food, the vibe, the service are all good here. We were around for 2 days and had dinner here both nights. The cocktails are really good. If it’s cold outside, sit by the fire out on the deck for a cozy dinner experience. They have ample parking and an outdoor deck too!

Not a particularly authentic Irish pub with rap music playing and their Bud Light banner hanging, but they did serve Guinness (albeit that may be the only stout available). Definitely Americanized. However, their Irish pie was tastey and I did enjoy their Shanty style poutine.

We like a lot to go out. Last night we visited this excellent restaurant which friends told us about. We passed a beautiful experience there with high-qulity cooking and a professional stuff and a distinguished cuisine. We put this venue in our list and we will certainly visit again soon. We deeply recommend.

We came up during a snow storm with many other individuals and the staff handled it very nicely. Staff was great, food was delicious. We ordered the pub pretzel with honey mustard, black bean tacos and the pear salad! Included was a bourbon and a local beer! Being a vegetarian they had tasteful selections that were two thumbs up.

I absolutely loved coming to this pub! I was staying at a local hotel for almost two weeks and everyone working at the pub were absolutely amazing and attentive. Food is really good, even have more vegetarian options than I thought would be offered, which is a huge plus for me. Trivia night was a lot of fun too! Can’t wait to go back.

The food was excellent. That was the best meatball sub I have had in a long time. The waitstaff were attentive without being obtrusive. Nice environment. My only wish is for the hand cut fries the other locations have.

Excellent food at great prices. Grew up in the area but had never been. Don't know why I waited so long. The Maple burger was fantastic, as were the lightly-battered onion rings. A++ Will be back!

Waited 10 minutes to even be offered water. Waited another 15 minutes for drink order. Had to flag down wait staff to get order entered. 25 minutes for soup to arrive another 10 for sandwiches. Then had to flag down wait staff to get check. Well over an hour 1/2 for simple lunch. Waitress was very sweet and kept apologizing, the food was wonderful, but the service in total was awful. They were not staffed up for the Columbus Day weekend.

Was out on the sled and stopped in with my buddies for lunch. Never been to this Salt Hill and found it very comfy. Great beer selection and great staff. I had a Reuben, very lean and perfectly matched with the fresh chips. Nice place right off the trail, I will be back again but maybe using a truck for the evening crowd.

Congrats to the chef for a so tasty food ( everything is fresh and tasty) , and to Jackson who received me and my wife yesterday ( a really nice guy) . if you're meat eating you try the pork without hesitation (and the pesto was Sooo delicious). Thanks to the whole team.

First time here. Some wait staff noted to be exceptional, others not so much. Had the fish and chips and asked for the fries well done but they came out mush, not even others at the table would eat them so this is disappointing that either the waitress didn't listen or the cook didn't follow through but the fried haddock was out of this world delicious! My friend had the loaded nachos and said they were excellent. Love the seating options

Our server (Melissa) was friendly, attentive and fast. There was great live music on the Friday night we were there. Unfortunately, the food was awful - the fried Brussels sprouts were literally burned to a crisp and the beef stew (a part of daily specials) wasn’t freshly made, was clearly reheated (not enough at that), and very far from being restaurant quality. Disappointed.

This was disappointing as it wasn't really an Irish pub. We ordered the low country poutine as an appetizer, which turned out to be just cheese fries with barbecue on top. The wedge salad was good, and the burger was ok but a little pricey. There were very few Irish dishes on the menu.

Always have a great experience. I've had most things on the menu. I love their fish n chips, loaded brussel sprouts and the pear salad most. Expresso Martini is my go to cocktail.

Normally a great local pub, this time they were in the middle of a POS conversion (point of sale system) on labor day weekend. Bartender frustrated and not very attentive. Food was consistent compared to prior visits.

Perfect spot to stop for a couple drinks and a bite to eat after a day on the water or at the beach during the summer, or after a day of skiing in the winter. Nice bar and plenty of outdoor seating in the summer. Try the fish and chips here they never disappoint

Nachos were great. Bartender was not, too busy with her phone. Had to get her attention to order, had to get her attention for the bill, had to bring the bill and debit card up to her at the corner of the bar because she was on her phone. Still tipped her 20% but she didn't deserve it.

This spot never fails to impress. They have excellent dishes for convenient rates, there is no waiting time even when they are full.

We stopped by for a late lunch with my family of 4. We ordered nachos as our appetizer and then a combination of burgers and fish-and-chips. Both service and food were phenomenal! Highly recommend it.

We love this place! And when I say we, I mean anybody that comes with me. I especially love the Brussels sprouts and the nachos. Get the nachos with their homemade potato chips instead of tortilla chips for an extra special delicious treat ☺️

When we walked in the door, we were not greeted was warmly. It was recommended that we needed reservations but we were just driving by, there were plenty of open tables and they did not know if they could seat us due to they turned away many people. Once seated our waitress was amazing, food was great.
