Our stay at Kempinski hotel was beyond description, we spent 7 days of unparalleled luxury and literally enjoyed every single moment. Everything was exceptional starting with the clean beach, nice room view, fast room service and kind staff members. Not to mention the great quality and the variety of food served in breakfast buffet, in room dining and in the rest of the hotel's restaurants. Additionally, all our requests and demands were met fully. Rooms were luxurious, clean and wide as described in the website. The hotel also got numerous activities; some are indoor (with a free first-time access) such as bowling and billiard. The swimming pool is cool and refreshing and it is located in a nice spot in the hotel with a direct entry to the shore. Overall, me and my family enjoyed to the fullest and we are definitely coming back.

A very nice and new resort near the airport, little far from city center. There is a nice nearby restaurants and shops complex with a marina. The hotel is extremely clean and they really give attention to all details. Very nice beach and pools. -ve: no taxis available at the hotel, only hotel limousine. You need to walk to the mall to get a taxi !!

The hotel is excellent all around. It’s a bit far from some of the more exciting areas of Muscat, but it has one of the best beaches. Rooms are large and comfortable, and the restaurants are excellent. Service and housekeeping are top-notch.

This hotel is located close to Muscat Airport and situated in a nice area with a good beach. The facilities are excellent, rooms are large with great bathrooms and a great gym. We were half board and the food was excellent - we have stayed in many luxury hotels and this was amongst the best.

I came with my friends to have dinner at the kitchen. The servers were very accommodating and kind. Especially Daniel A., Evans, Paul and Arlene Perez. They were very hospital and attending to the guests needs. Their service was quick and excellent. They made our dinner experience unforgettable.

The hotel reservation was so easy and the concierge was very helpful. The perfect place to unwind with luxury. The sea front view king room is the best - ask for it.need to walk quite a walk from the reception to this room, but it worth every step. Make sure to be at the top floor for the best view of the beach. The swimming pool is small but with open unrestricted view to the beach. Nice snacks, including pizzas by the pool, and drinks are brought in ice boxes to keep them cold. Parking is easy and valet service makes it really easy. Very nice seating area for the snack bar at the ground floor soth noce open view of the walk leading to the beach. The beds are situated so that with no curtains you can watch the sea and lovely sunset and sunrise. The bathroom is spacious and includes a walk in shower and a nice tub with full glass wall with a sea view. Excellent destination for couples and for young families.

We came on vacation for one week. We really liked the hotel. The room was simply magnificent. Very comfortable. Cleaning was carried out twice a day, very friendly staff at the hotel. I really liked the large swimming pool in the hotel. During our stay at the hotel, we were in different restaurants. But in the end we stopped at the restaurant "Kitchen" and there we spent our breakfasts, lunches and dinners. The food was organized in the form of a buffet table and the food was very tasty. I would like to express my special gratitude to the hotel employee Sai Koran, who helped make our stay pleasant and comfortable! Thank you for your hospitality and prosperity to the hotel!

An extraordinary hotel with an extraordinary staff. We felt more than welcomed and enjoyed a fantastic time out. The staff was extremely polite, friendly and helpful. They fulfilled all our wishes and sometimes even before we asked them. The dinner buffet was outstanding, serving a great variety of international food. The rooms were very clean and the room service worked fast and very quiet. We couldn’t have wished for more and will for sure be back again when we are in Muscat next time.

It's a very good place to be with family or with friends, and particularly in COUNTDOWN lounge. The food is very tasty and the service is amazing. The waiters are very smily and very welcome guys, particularly HAIDFF. She is so friendly and kind , either with my family or my friends. She is very professional. Really nice hotel with some super hard working staff (and some not). Beautiful heated pool in winter so a pleasure to hang out & swim. Good service and lots of eating & drinking options. Quality good but stock standard offerings ie. nothing craft or creative. The hotel is miles from anywhere except the airport so be prepared to travel if you want to see anything. New upmarket marina area within 5-10mins walk so options outside hotel for dining, beauty, some shopping.

We stayed just one night after arriving in the evening by plane from Frankfurt. we wanted to start our round trip through Oman the next day and needed a hotel for the first night in Oman. I can highly recommend the Kempinski if you search a hotel for exactly that reason. Only 15min drive away from the airport, free parking, located at the beach, stylish and new hotel, amazing breakfast included, very nice and big rooms, great facilities of the hotel, multiple restaurants including a nice beach club with ocean views. Also very nice staff and service throughout the hotel. Great front desk staff and bell men. We were stunned about the hotel and thanks to the Kempinski our holiday in Oman started already better then we could imagine. Thanks to all staff members for that amazing experience on our first days in Oman!

We stayed for 4 days in the Kempinski Muscat and our stay was amazing! Tje staff is super friendly and helpful. The beach and pools are wonderful and relaxing. The rooms are very nice/modern. The breakfest offers a huge variety of food. Besides that there is ignite night, a drinks as well as little snacks offered by the hotel. We will certainly be back. Thank you!

Tried the Seafood themed night at the Kitchen Restaurant. Service staffs were excellent. Monica called back to confirm our reservation and also seated and briefed us when we arrived. While dining, the Daniel Duo ( there were two Daniels) were really helpful and attentive. The selections of the spread was numerous and there were non seafood items as well.

The Kempinski is exceptional. Super clean, very comfortable beds, and every need was taken care of. They really get all the details right. One small detail I noticed was how pleasant every public area in the hotel smelled. They must use essential oils throughout the building.

The resort is on the beach near the airport. The rooms are spacious the bathrooms grand with a walk in closet in the room. The service is phenomenal. House keeping on point and the food worth drooling. It has been a while since I enjoyed food so much. But in all honesty that is an Oman thing too. Food in Oman is exceptionally good. I had the best foul of my life and the desserts and salads were to die for. Housekeeping service by M.Shahid was also on spot. Oh and the people are hospitable, polite and lovely. What a pleasant change. I think I have found a new love.

The Hotel is very nice and everyone is very friendly. Everything is clean and the rooms are lovely. In addition, the food is extreme good and the dinner changes every night. Especially the Houskeeping, Saikiran and Mundir did a great job and were very nice. Every time we needed something, they brought it to us.

I had food at Bukhara. I had an absolutely fantastic experience at this restaurant! The food was so good, I couldn't stop eating. The service was amazing too - Sae was my server and he was so sweet and attentive. He made sure we had everything we needed and even recommended some dishes for us to try. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for delicious food and great service.

The service and the people here made it. Though close to the airport, this hotel is 30mins to Muscat. But if you’re going just to relax, this spot is ideal. Hotel is not brand new, but has all the amenities you might need. Service all around was fantastic.

We are a family of 4 with 2 kids (11,15). We spent 8 wonderful days at the Kempinski Muscat. The rooms were great, weather perfect, hotel spotless and the beach fantastic. Our daughter cut her toe in the coral however, the staff went out of their way to make her comfortable. Also as vegetarians we had no problems with food. There was plenty of choice for breakfast and dinner in the various restaurants was always tasty. Many thanks to the hotel and staff - in particular Kiran, Dream, Kevin. Also to the pool staff - always so helpful with towels and arranging the sun lounges. Hope to return again soon!

Lovely hotel and facilities, however experience was spoiled by staff and general incompetence. My wife and I decided to stay at the Kempinski Hotel Muscat for our honeymoon. A few days into our stay we ordered room service, we had made the staff aware that I have a nut allergy however through pure carelessness the kitchen put nuts in my food… leading to me having a reaction. After complaining the Guests Relationship Manager, Jamie Zheng came knocking on the door with security (who were holding a defibrillator), barged past me into the room and asked my wife how she was. It was in fact me that was having the reaction. Luckily the reaction wore off in a few hours… but it was reckless of the kitchen staff. In compensation, Jamie called us on our last evening in the hotel to offer us a complimentary dinner.. however we had already made plans… so all that was offered was to pay for the taxi ride to the airport, at 8 Omani rials (£16 approximately) it seems like a joke! On another occasion mushrooms (despite only asking for tomatoes, onions and green chilli) were added to our omelettes in the morning… my wife is intolerant! Other members of staff are notably rude… on multiple occasions we were asked whether we were staying in the hotel when using the facilities…. Don’t know whether this is because of the colour of my skin??! Also note that if you ask for a taxi, you will receive a hotel cab, which has a surcharge that is given to the hotel. On a positive note the views from our room was gorgeous, we woke up early everyday to watch the sunrise. The pool is lovely. The beach is relatively clean… however there is some construction going on further down the beach. Overall I am shocked by the service, it is not up to normal Kempinski standards. We will not be staying at the hotel again.

Brand new hotel with excellent facilities for all types of clients (couples, family, business,…). The staff was very nice especially Mr Laith (the chief of staff) who is exceptionnal and does not hesitate to go the extra mile to help clients with their requests. We definitely recommend.

I checked-in at the Kempinski Hotel last week for 2 nights. I can say it’s one of the best hotels I’ve been to. Everything was superb. Perfect breakfast, super good service by Nasser. I have been always a fan of the Kempinski in Oman. Had the pleasure to stay there this week since Oman opened up post pandemic. The staff are amazing, facility is great; the views are wonderful. It is still quiet and really hope things improve. Oman always been a hidden jewel! And will always miss it. 😘

Albert looked after our room with wonderful attention and care. Silvia took personal responsibility when I mentioned I was feeling slightly unwell and cared for us ensuring we had everything we needed and assisted at all times. Richard and Abbas by the pool were super friendly and helpful. Gary in the kitchen was wonderfully welcoming every morning, always with a positive attitude. Abdulaziz was very helpful with our check out and stayed with us until our taxi arrived.

Kempinski Muscat is a beautiful hotel. Breath taking really. The room was clean, room service food was on time and delicious. Massages at the spa were relaxing and we managed to spend time in the jacuzzi. Concierge service was top notch and readily available to respond to any requests. Loved our Stay!

The Kempinki Hotel is marvelous! The facilities are outstanding and very well decorated. The rooms are super nice and comfortable with high quality interiors. There is a wide selection of restaurants and bars with dishes for every taste at reasonable prices. The inner yeard is a beautiful garden with a path leading to the pool and the sandy beach. The sand color of the beach is on the darker side but the sea swim is gorgeous. The sunrise comes from the sea making for a beautiful morning beach experience.

During these days I was staying in this hotel, everything was fine and amazing, especially the health club which I loved so much and I want to thank Mohammad who works in the health club. He is very kind and always smiling he helped me a lot and I liked his explanation of the place and he showed me the sauna and steam room. This is a little oasis and pure luxury. I would like to thank the most amazing staff who made my stay so relaxing. We spent 2 weeks in Kempinski Muscat for our holidays and I must say that the service that they offer is exceptional. Their staff are well-trained and are really accommodating. We chose this hotel because we read that it is kid-friendly and they definitely are! My daughter enjoyed her 2 weeks vacation as much as we did. The hotel itself is superb; great food, the pools are clean, and the rooms are great. What an amazing resort. The service was perfect. We cannot fault the place. Staff take great care of you. Sandeep our pool boy did an fantastic job making sure we were comfortable by the pool. Moza at guest relations made our stay feel special. Even the cleaners and room staff made regular stops asking if we needed anything. Fresh fruits and snacks were given in our room free of charge. The food at breakfast was really tasty. One of the managers offered to get some fresh puree for our baby so she could dine with us. The only bad part is that the hotel is a little far from anything interesting. But if you have a car that's not really a problem. Thank you Kempinski for the amazing memories!

Great hotel with an amazing location in the middle of Almouj compound surrounded with beautiful beach villas and townhouses with an amazing Walking area full of restaurants, coffee shops and yacht port. The hotel is a 5 star hotel with amazing and helpful staff located on the beach with an amazing infinity pool and beach access. The rooms are spacious, clean and beautiful. The atmosphere in the hotel is amazing, with a variety of restaurants, coffee shops and cigar lounge. Tennis court and bowling center part of the hotel activities. Availability of free parking space. Walking path on to the middle of the compound center through the villas and on the beach all the way to the yacht marina and restaurants. Near the airport and 15 minutes drive to the center of Muscat.

One of my wife and my favorite hotels we experienced in the Middle East was The Kempinski Hotel Muscat. It’s located right between the airport and downtown Muscat. The hotel is beautiful and the staff was very welcoming. Our favorite part about our stay was the incredible breakfast. It was the largest breakfast we had at a hotel. They had every breakfast food imaginable and the staff was very friendly. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. The hotel is located right on the water and has beautiful grounds. From the pool to the fitness center, the facilities felt luxurious. We loved our stay at The Kempinski Hotel Muscat and hope to be back sometime soon!

It was a beautiful stay and a very exciting experience, the hotel facilities are beautiful and I regret that I did not bring my children with me to enjoy them. The staff are very friendly and respectful and deal in a very classy manner, they are very understanding and helpful, the right person fits them in the right place, and it is very nice that most of staff are Omanis. The breakfast was delicious and varied, and the service was very great, worthy of a hotel. An exceptional experience that I will repeat, God willing, again. Thanks alot :)
