This a most powerful Kali temple which is very close to our native home(Thiruppuvanam) and been visited this place during my college days. Recently renovated and looks good and very popular temple for surrounding people. Maintenance needs to be improved and very crowded on Tuesday, Friday and Sundays.

Madappuram kaliamman, a devotional place which was located in thiruppuvam madurai district. Main God kaliamman. The temple was maintained by hindu aranilaiyathurai. Temple circumstances were not that clean. Temple workers and policemen were not responding properly. There are no toilet facilities. Worst maintenance by the government. The wheelchair is there but not usable.

You can find the nativity still intact here. The temple has undergone immense change with infrastructure, still the spirit remains the same to me as far as I recall.

Located near Thiruppuvanam . And this is an aman temple. Garland with lemon is special here. Free noon meal available here (12 pm). Parking Rs. 10 only. Coin cutting is famous one. For taking revenge.
