Ather Service centre at porur : very unresponsible and untrustable centre ever, No spare parts yet ready in all times and 1. Breaks pads of my Ather 450x were weared out with in 500 Km.When apporach Ather service centre frequently but spare parts was outofstock. 2. Belt was making noise from start at my purchase i visit service centre they didn't provide job card they simple lessioned to the matter leaved it aside. In evening i visited they told that scooter is ready but vehicle is having same noise. service adviser told that it is resolved nut it not.. After that next day again i was went to service centre at They poured water for on belt for that noise. I came to know that ather is requireting IIT and NIT standard Technicians in their service centre. Finally service advisor uplifted his hands. we can't do anything right know. Get the vehicle after some days but i told that i need to go office everyday they instantly apply grese to vehicle belt in front of me. 3. During the Chennai cyclone my vehicle was kept aside the scooter. All electrical wires of my scooter was falling down as usually i visited the service on service centre on 26-Dec-2023 but they upload the Job card on 2-jan-2024. They not even respond for my calls for knowing the status of my scooter. Then i contacted the ather customer care they told that i job card is has to be issued on the same day of visting the service centre. The service centre person (pradeep) he was not respond at call, soo arrogant on call, and not accountable for service of vehicle. Then JAN-02 i contacted pradeep he told that insurence servivor in not came for the vehicle inspection The next day I called the ICICI insurence customer care person they said that inspection has completd on JAN-02 itself they give inspectoner number (98*********) i called that inspection person he is telling that i wasn't inspect the vehicle still now. Then i contacted service person pradeep he is said that inspectioner will come on monday JAN-08. The Pradeep told that we dimandiled the vehicle we will send you the estimation then he didn't shared it i called for that estimation he is soo rutheless on call it is too hurting words. you need vehicle to be deliver today you need to pay full amount. irrespective of claiming the insurance policy. Eventuallt service centre Ather at porur is very irrresponsible and acountable if may call for. if serrvice centre is not giving best service what it used for.... Affecting the soo many customers like this #Ather service centre at PORUR.

Not even worth for single star. Booked scooter and took delivery on 22nd of nov 23. Within 4days problem started, during the key off and taken out key it remains on. So they changed the lock set. Condition of the scooter was very bad. Gave rusty scooter and I will be attaching the pics for reference. They don't have proper yard for stocking. They keep the scooter in open and due to over exposure in rain the screws are all got rusty and from day 1 handle bar was tight. And seriously look how they have done the PDI. Pls guys prefer some other dealer not at all recommended. And the main thing is the executives make fun behind and laughing when I was in trouble. Such a pathetic service. I will never ever recommend Raam ather. I am gonna take it up legally.

Nirmal has an excellent knowledge about the bike, clarified each and every doubts I had and convinced me to purchase. Irrespective of time, he responds to all my queries over phone, really appreciate his customer service. Despite being unavailable, he did proper arrangements for a smoother delivery experience. Once again thank you Nirmal and Ather team for such an amazing effort. I expect this relationship would continue the same throughout this journey!!

01/11/2023 Yesterday only delivered our Ather Vehicle Its new base model gives good value for money. It has good build quality and this electric scooter gives around 111 km/charge range. It has a sleek and simple design and it has a charging time of around 8 Hours and 36 Minutes. It is very easy to handle in traffic and parking struggles and it has a top speed of around 90 mph. Its performance is very great and has well set up brakes and tires strongly recommended to my friends and relatives. Special thanks to Mr.Nirmal Ather staff🙏

From the time of booking a service to delivery after service was simply and easy. Overall an Excellent and timely work. Getting the Aether 450x was a seamless process and Ajay did a great job of taking us through the process until delivery. It would be great if Aether provides the helmets according to the color of the scooter or at-least black helmets and just not providing us with white helmets. But otherwise a great and seamless experience at Aether and a shout out to Ajay again for taking care of us during the process
