Hi, Today (18.02.24) I have visited Natural lounge Arcot Road salon with my two small kids for haircut, but the receptionist approaching way is very very rude, she is giving priority to appointment clients, I agree that is there work, but more than 1 hr I waited they will do some favour to us, but she is not bothered. See has a elders we can wait so long, how the kid can wait for long hours, as my 1year child cried a lot, but there is no response, the saloon guy is ready to do haircut for my kids, but she is stopping it, previous receptionist was very good , nw she is in maternity break, so now the new receptionist is very very bad, and finally we waited and nothing was done, so we walked out, so the management please look into this issue, and do some needful, not only for me those who have kids to visit saloon, it's a worst experience never ever happened to me in any saloon. please take action against this.
