    I have been using the GYM since September 2019, having said that I have used the GYM before and after the Covid Lock down. Though, I’m quite familiar enough write to review Burn Out at KumunanChavadi. Every Member who enters the GYM premises will be required to finger print scan their identity and enter the gym. Having their Face mask, on their face. their body temperature and pulse will be checked by one of the trainers, as well as recorded in the register. Sanitise your hands and you are all good to go. 𝗜𝗻 𝗚𝗲𝗻𝗲𝗿𝗮𝗹, a Unisex GYM that has all required equipment’s, Trainer readily available anytime, clean & well maintained, Safe, and quite affordable. 𝗠𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗧𝗿𝗮𝗶𝗻𝗲𝗿𝘀: Manager: Vinoth, Trainers: Harish and Shiva, I’m someone who users the Gym in the morning so I get to see Harish and Shiva. you will mostly get to see them when you hit the GYM. The trainers are very polite and kind. They would be down to earth to help you and always ready to be at your assistance. Never a time I have found the gym without a trainer/ coach. You have an option where you may hire a trainer as your personal trainer. 𝗖𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗻𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀: Gym has always been neat and clean; I haven’t come across any equipment that is dirty or unclean. I have seen the attendant/ door keeper comes twice or thrice a day to make sure the floor and the equipment are clean. I have also noticed another attender/ door keeper who does an intense cleaning once a week. 𝗦𝗮𝗳𝗲𝘁𝘆 𝗙𝗲𝗮𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲: Becoming friends with few other members and from my observation. I have felt this GYM is quite safe and secure. Only authorised person can walk into the gym. they make sure people aren’t sick or not in good heath that might affect others. 𝗧𝘆𝗽𝗲𝘀 𝗼𝗳 𝗣𝗲𝗼𝗽𝗹𝗲 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗺𝗮𝘆 𝗳𝗶𝗻𝗱: I have seen children/ teenagers who comes to gym after school (𝘢𝘤𝘤𝘰𝘮𝘱𝘢𝘯𝘪𝘦𝘥 𝘣𝘺 𝘵𝘩𝘦𝘪𝘳 𝘱𝘢𝘳𝘦𝘯𝘵𝘴), University students, Working Professionals, Homemakers, and Business Professionals. The best thing about this gym is, the clients are well matured, and if any of the individual feel they are sick or not feeling well. They take the responsibility by absenting themselves to the gym until they get better (𝘦𝘷𝘦𝘯 𝘪𝘧 𝘪𝘵 𝘫𝘶𝘴𝘵 𝘢 𝘴𝘰𝘳𝘦 𝘵𝘩𝘳𝘰𝘢𝘵 𝘰𝘳 𝘤𝘰𝘶𝘨𝘩𝘪𝘯𝘨). The people/ members you would come across at the gym are very polite, nice to be around, helping one another and well behaved (there are exceptional and you know the way to avoid them) The AC will be turned on only during peak hours, and then you literally have to beg them to get the AC turned on during summer. Even if you request them to switch on the AC, you will be replied saying “the manager will shout at us, if the AC is on in the afternoon” Not a good time to visit during the evening hours as the clients along with trainer sitting in the corner and commenting and making fun of people who work out. I would give an overall 𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗼𝗳 2.8 (marked down for their non professional behaviour)

    The gym is in second floor with elevator. You have total of 6 trainer's (5 men and 1 women ). Great trainers. They are ready to teach you and sure they will bust you out to do your best. Good equipment's for total body workout. Gym is air conditioned . With clean rest rooms . Equipment are smooth, you can sure push your limits here. The drop backs are that they are little pricy but it's worth for it. And size of the total gym is little small . And not enough place for a busy morning filled with people. Other than it's a great place for workout. The trainers are always there to help you. Which is the greatest part, which I love in here. Hope you all will enjoy it here... Yealy 10000. Monthly 2500. Quarter 4500.

    Good gym in this locality, When you enter into gym you get pleasant atmosphere, recently they renovated it was really super and excellent, it was a new experience. I reduced 10 kg within 2 months under the Guidance of harish master. __

    Member since a month. Decent gym in the locality. Trainers are helpful, polite and well-behaved Basic equipments like rope/T-bar/ab rolls are not available. Management must look into it. One strange thing is sleeveless dress is not allowed, that too for COVID (which is a respiratory disease, and does not spread via sweat), but no one wears masks while even when lifting weights. They have to reconsider this policy.

    Best in class gym in this surrounding. Firstly you get a pleasent atmosphere and the trainers are very professional and well trained and experienced I am getting trained under Mr.Harish and completely satisfied. And he does give personal care in diet too. And the gym is clean all the time and the trainers make sure that social distance is also maintained. Bike and car parking is available.     This review is based on my PT experience and the overall gym experience as such - from a period of 3+ months. It is a well equipped facility with its fair share of floating crowd. Pick your time based on that and you'd mostly have the gym all for yourself. The equipments are excellent for someone who wants to get started or even keep up with their fitness. I didn't find anything to lack here, and that'd probably be the case for most. So, don't ponder over this too much. Take my word for it. Now, about my trainer Harish. I had only 3 months of time with me before I needed to relocate. I got in touch with Harish when I visited the gym for the first time, and he spent almost an hour talking to me and hitting it off as a great friend before anything. Every day to the gym was exciting only because I was sure he'd have something interesting planned. His follow-ups in terms of workouts are amazing, but what's better is his attention to detail and his attitude to teach you rather than just train you (he transfers his knowledge without holding back). I find this very rare and definitely puts him as one of a kind. His guidance is certainly a main aspect of my modest transformation - which is still a work in progress 😉. I believe if anything, you should at least take a month of PT with him to realise any of what I am typing here and see for yourself why he is a difference maker at this gym. He can be a great catalyst in your fitness journey! Cheers to the facility and him!! 💪🏼🏋🏻‍♂️

    I have been working out at this gym for the past 2.5 months, and it has been a wonderful journey with a great experience.The trainer (Mr. Naveen) is super professional and very motivating. He is my PT as well and gives attention to detail and that really helps with overall results. On a whole I’ve found the services provided to be very good.

    "Healthy Mind <--> Healthy Body" I have been a patron of Burnout, an affordable gym facility located in the Poonamallee area, for the past six years. The gym regularly updates its equipment, ensuring they are refurbished or replaced every couple of years. The strategic location is a definite advantage, providing ample parking space. Typically, I would follow various gym routines found on Google and YouTube. However, the challenges brought about by the COVID-19 pandemic resulted in a few extra inches around my waist. Despite six months of dedicated gym workouts, I struggled to shed the gained weight. It was then that I realized the need for professional guidance and decided to commence personal training sessions with Harish. Harish dispelled numerous misconceptions and myths related to maintaining a healthy physique and effective gym routines. One year into the personal training sessions with Harish, there was a noticeable and significant reduction in both body weight and waistline. I enthusiastically recommend Burnout and Harish to my family and friends.

    First when you enter the studio the will talk like a kind hearted and service minded and they will make you to pay the annual subscription. after the payment is done if you ask you about what kind diet you want to eat or what kind of workout you have to done eg, how to use the track ladder .they will tell that for that kind of guidence they will tell you have to take seprate package like 7000 per month etc .they where mostly money minded not the intention of training oriented,but the other branches of burn out are seems good not these kind of terrible things happen .my membership id is 1995

    The gym is fantastic and all trainers are highly experienced and down to earth in explaining and guiding each and every member.After the recent renovation, the gym looks fabulous. Equipments are imported, in good condition and adequate. No specific areas for improvement but can look at adding foam rollers, new and advanced fitness cycles,1 more power bar & weights. Addition of space to add more equipments to accommodate more folks would definitely add to the upgrade.

    Amazing experience at the gym. It is equipped with all the facilities and very well furnished. Trainers are top notch. For myself, I took a personal training. Vinoth is an excellent trainer. I saw significant changes in me within a few months. Very happy and satisfied with my experience. 👍👍👍

    Burnout is conveniently located and has got a good range of equipment. Neatly maintained with aesthetics and the trainers are top-notch. The place is so lively and encourages people to push their limits. A trainer is always available for any assistance. The overall outlook of the gym has gained more attention post the recent renovation. Coming to personal training, Mr Vinoth has been my personal trainer for the last couple of months. He has a very down-to-earth attitude, pays attention to details, applies different techniques basis our body's response to the workout, never follows the same pattern for all, makes sure to tailor workouts to match my fitness goals, explains the benefits of the exercises, and consistently shows me new exercises and an extremely committed individual who ensures that he takes us along the fitness journey seamlessly.

    Hands down, best choice I’ve made training at Burnout Kattupakkam. This is a fantastic gym, excellent personal training…Mr Naveen is an extremely reliable fitness trainer, his effort for making me fit is awesome. I’ve been shared with nutrition diet plan for having good health. I appreciate his dedication and admire him for the same. By far the best facility around. Would highly recommend!

    This is an amazing place to workout and the staff is super helpful, encouraging, and friendly. I highly recommend this place to anyone who wants to get in shape. Amazing facility, top equipment and great environment, Air conditioned and spacious parking . A special shout out to one of the Trainer Harish.Trainer Harish is super nice and take an interest in you no matter what fitness level you’re at.     I have enrolled in the general training program with Mr. Harish as my trainer. I have been able to reduce 5kgs over a span of 3 months. It is really good place for fitness enthusiasts looking for a proper environment with appropriate equipments. All the trainers over here are very much friendly and supportive.     I had joined this gym 3 months ago for weight loss. I had opted for personal trainer (My trainer Mr Vinoth) My journey here was great. Result : reduced 8 Kg so far (103~95)& still ongoing. My trainer Mr Vinoth made the imposible posible, with proper diet advice and experience. PT Fee and my time was worthit. Burnout 🔥🔥

    Best gym to lose weight. Trainer Harish master is so good in his work. He starts with mild n then brings u to the extreme work out. He knows exactly how to train us n if we complaint of any pain he immediately gives stretches for it. Lost post pregnancy weight. Well maintained n friendly environment.

    burnout is like my 2nd home. I enjoy hitting the gym every day without fail, Harish is one of the best trainers I have ever seen. Though i have not taken personal trainer program he come forward to advise and making corrections and helps in the day's betterment of the workout. he has got excellent skills. I am traveling 4 KMS to hit the gym though there are many new gyms opened in proximity to my place but still I prefer burnout because of Harish. Also would like to mention about Gopi he is also excellent trainer be keeps correcting if we don't do anything correct. Pros : - Harish. -Gopi - renovations were done on the floor recently. Cons : - whenever there is a power outage I end up skipping the gym, better to install a power backup system. - Space constraint - not enough space for doing function exercises. - Room for ladies is very very minimal and it can accommodate only one at a time. - cushion is the benches are worn-out, better if it is replaced or refurbished.

    Having been visiting this gym for almost a year I believe myself to be qualified to comment about this gym. I've tried a couple of more gyms in my past but I personally feel this one to be clean and hygienic with better trainers and motivated members . The new flooring done recently makes the gym look even more elegant and aesthetic to workout. Located in 2nd floor you could reach it via an elevator or stairs(if you wanna burn even more calories). Everyone gets their biometry done once after you are member here , after passing the fingerprint verification you can push the door open to experience the pull of the atmosphere which makes you want to workout. PS: I took personal training from trainer Harish and it's worth the shot , better start training from him 😉.

    The Gym ambience is so cool. This is one of my best gym that I have gone through. My personal trainer Mr. Vinoth who give me numerous variations of workouts, excellent diet plan as my body requires to achieve my goal. Also he give hands on instant feedback, adjustments during the workouts and the right amount of encouragement and very friendliness. I really very satisfied with his personal training and result that he is bringing. Also the other trainers Mr. Gopi and Mr. Harish here is also incredibly friendly and well trained. They also know how to push you to the limit in the best way possible with your workouts.

    Well trained and proffesional coaches, very friendly trainers,all equipments clean and very perfect to use, visiting the gym for almost an yearr and have reduced my weight. Mr vinoth, my trainer is the super friemdly coach i have seen he is veey friendly keeps me motivated gives proper diett check on me regularly if i am not coming to the gym properly. Previously coming to the gym regularly was a burden/pressure but now after Mr vinoth become my trainer coming to gym is like a hobby and i am enjoying it. Kudos to mr vinoth and the whole managment.
