One of the best clinic in and around the valasaravakkam area. Recently visited this place for a master health check up. All the employees are good and doing their job really well. They are very helpful and directed each and every one with utmost attention. Another Best part is the cleanliness. Very neat and clean. Reduced one star because of delay they made after health checkup to get the reports and a meetup with doctors. Otherwise it's good. Highly recommended.

Me and my wife went for master checkup in third week of Dec. TMT machine was looking of suspect quality and whoever took the test was shown positive. Also we had to followup to get our reports for nearly two weeks. Will never visit this clinic again.

Had my covid vaccine appointment here after booking thru Cowin app. The front desk will give you a form which has a basic questions about your health and personal details like address ,DOB.. After u fill that, they will attach your aadhar photocopy and they will mention your token number on the paper . If there are 60 slots in the appointment then if they mention 60 on the paper then get ready to spend time 🕛🕐 at the first floor (which is the worst part in this whole process). Only one person is administered here ,she will check your BP and Oxygen level and the other people will have to wait for their turn. So if u are the last person which was my case I had to wait till others have finished. I had to wait for 60 mins in that 😩process. U can make the payment in either cash or card at the same floor. Then they finally send you to the injection site which was ground floor. It hardly is a 20 sec process there . Then they ask you to wait for atleast 15mins for any Adverse Effect Following Immunization (AEFI). After that you can leave. They don't even give you a basic dolo tablet or other paracetamol which you may require when u develop some side effects like fever ,headache...after vaccination. So for the 20 sec process u have to wait for so much time. U will not be given any slip after being vaccinated. U will receive a message in approx one hour after vaccination. Only advice to the management Why can't the waiting time be reduced .?? - U can do a better job.!!!.

Visited Dr. Manjula Ranganathan for my uncontrolled diabetes. She is one of the best doctors for diabetes near Porur. She brought my average glucose level(HBA1C) from 13.5 to 8.5 within 2 months of consultation. I am very happy with the doctor and her treatment sounds good.

Today I had an appointment at 8 AM. Thinking that paper work will take sometime, reached at 7:40 AM and found sutters down. Finally after a long wait some employee reached at 8:05 and moved shutter up. And they registration process started. They informed that there is no Doctor and doctor will come at 8:30 AM. Another long hours of waiting and a radiologist named "P Santhosh Kumar" arrived at 9:05 AM. The inexperienced doctor who would barely have 3-4 years of post qualification experience must would have bunked his classes in how to deal with patient and ethical behaviour. He breached all the limits of professionalism. Was sarcastic, abusive and talking in dual meaning tone. The scan was done in a great hurry ( as if many patients are waiting, hardly 2 patient was waiting) and made patient to go out of room with vax jelly all over body parts. Patient had to stand out and clean body parts. And they once again started talking in real unprofessional way. I vouch that there can't be a worse doctor than this. Clinic should take action and provide training on patient handling behaviour and how to treat professionally a senior citizen. I am not sure about his professional knowledge but certainly he lacks in manner. And then clinic informed that next doctor would be coming after 10 AM so we need to wait for another 45 minutes. Why should clinic fix appointment when doctors are visiting after 10 AM ? Is there no value of patient's time ? Overall a horrible experience at this clinic and I strongly recommend not to visit this clinic. There are far better Apollo clinics across chennai and this should be avoided.

To start with Cleanliness is Top notch here. I had my concerns around the Quality of service by the doctors who did Ultrasound and Echo. Firstly, while doing ultrasound my bladder was never full and since the doctor was in a hurry to leave, he went ahead with the scan. Looks like they have part time docs. And the Echo doc was supposed to be there by 11, however reached only by 12.30. And the reports what they had given is incorrect. While we pay so much for the premium service, we would expect the quality of work by the doctors as well. A bit disappointed.. On the next day, while collecting the report couldn't check with doc as she was out leave. And no backup docs available. Wow.. Lastly, we have to remove slippers/shoes but all the staffs are wearing the same which is used outside. Didn't understand the logic behind it.

Visited on weekdays for annual health checkup. Friendly and professional staffs. Good and hygiene breakfast provided. Completed all my test in sharp 3 hours. Doctors are well experienced. Surely I recommend this clinic for seamless health checkup experience.

Master health check up is done here recently Positives: everything was fast and staffs are very friendly Cons: Physio doctor consultation was not satisfactory. She doesn’t check anything even after I said I have pain in shoulder after I insisted she checked pain ratio. General physician consultation: when I said I have very rare black out when I stand for less than a second she suggested to go for neck x ray and many more check up. other doctors earlier told me if it’s very rare it could be due to dehydration or low sugar level for that day nothing much. I don’t say it’s bad to suggest to go after all tests for my own safety but without blood sample and pressure report suggesting these tests are not satisfactory Other departments like Ophthalmology, ENT docs, ECG staffs are really good

My master health check up at Valasarvakkam clinic was an amazing experience. The entire health check was administratively managed so well by Ms Sowmya who coordinated between the various sections & did a great job. The schedule was managed so well that i did not have to wait in between my check up. One of the best clinics which is located on prakasam Salai, Valasaravakkam. Dr. Manjula Ranganathan who is MBBS in diabetology and cares and guides very well to get recover from diabetes. Also Miss. Manjula who is dietician suggests best diet plan to get rid of from diabetes.

Had covaxin 2nd dose. Simple and fast process. Good. All norms are followed. Few things to highlight- Car parking nearby locality outside hospital. Update vaccine passport if available and get stamped.

We went to vaccine today it's worst experience .it took 3.5 hours to get vaccinated. No proper arrangements no seatings .please check for other Apollo centers

It's absolute disappointment, i went for corporate health checkup but this clinic cum hospital is not having basic sense in terms of how to handle the patient. 1) Ultrasound done with empty bladder. They are not even bother to advise patient 2) Echo Waited also 3 hrs but staff was not available 3) consultant Dr..too much arrogant, she want physical copies of blood test reports..gods knows why. She even deny to evaluate the reports 4) staff quality is miserable/ not competent specially optho 5) consultant Dr comes as per her convenience late ..then what the sense of appointment at 8am

Went for my parents diabetic consultation. Dr. Manjula identified the issue over online consultation, very patient and explained in detail. Over 20 days got great result. Now her health is normal and really appreciate the customer service by the staffs.

I visited the clinic for Health Checkup. The ambiance was good, friendly and polite staffs guided the patients with a smile. The process took little extra time, considering weekend it may be okay.

Went to Apollo clinic at Valsaravakkam for a shoulder injury and pain . The psysiotherapy Doctor Pavithra K was very good . Her diagnosis and treatment was effective and efficient . She constantly assessed proactively my progress and altered the treatment for improvement and healing . The support staff at reception were good and quickly had the billing etc done . Well done

Staff assistance is good. Final doctor review needs improvement, she is showing urgency even there is no crowd. The ambiance is good except toilet or restroom, need improvement.

Nice patient service from doctors, nurses and technicians. I gave 5 stars when i first visited. Today i came to collect my report and for consultation for health checkup. The general physician didn't respond properly. She told me i have infection i responded i am having stomach pain but still didn't game me medicines or some other recommendation. I asked for second opinion in the reception they told me to come tomorrow even though i said i am in pain now i could even eat lunch.

I have done whole body checkup today everything is fine except the contact number provided in the appointment, never picking calls. Guiding the first time checkup patients would be better

I've been to this hospital number of times and I find the services really helpful. The staff are really well and they know what is the next step for the patient. They take care of patients really well and I suggest this clinic as a best place for any kind of health issues.

Consulted Dr. Manjula ma’am for diabetes. She gives great suggestions and good treatment. My mother’s health is back to normal within 2 months.

We did our MHC in Apollo clinic valasaravakkam. Overall experience was good. The patient intake procedure was quick and we provided guidance in every step. Couple of low lights were, the Physiotherapist consultation was bad. She did not provide any proper suggestions, she sounded bored and not interested. The communication between blood work department and front desk was total miss. Because of that we had to do it again. The food provided after the fasting blood works was not good. Idlis were cold and Vada was cold & hard. These are little things the hospital can improve for better service to thier patients.

Went for Master Health Checkup. All tests were completed. Neat and clean. Organised. No car parking available. Need to park nearby. Breakfast alone was over by the time we went. I have been to other Apollo clinics and it was available. Even Coffee or tea is not provided here. Other clinics they provide along with Breakfast. Taking long time for tests to be performed. More man power needed to this branch.

All are perfect. Good service. I came to check my diabetes which was very high around 390, when I first diagnosed. As per medical advice and prescription of Dr. MANJULA, I followed, surprisingly within a month my sugar level gone down to from 390 to 77. I am pleased and happy.
