Today
I
had
an
appointment
at
8
AM.
Thinking
that
paper
work
will
take
sometime,
reached
at
7:40
AM
and
found
sutters
down.
Finally
after
a
long
wait
some
employee
reached
at
8:05
and
moved
shutter
up.
And
they
registration
process
started.
They
informed
that
there
is
no
Doctor
and
doctor
will
come
at
8:30
AM.
Another
long
hours
of
waiting
and
a
radiologist
named
"P
Santhosh
Kumar"
arrived
at
9:05
AM.
The
inexperienced
doctor
who
would
barely
have
3-4
years
of
post
qualification
experience
must
would
have
bunked
his
classes
in
how
to
deal
with
patient
and
ethical
behaviour.
He
breached
all
the
limits
of
professionalism.
Was
sarcastic,
abusive
and
talking
in
dual
meaning
tone.
The
scan
was
done
in
a
great
hurry
(
as
if
many
patients
are
waiting,
hardly
2
patient
was
waiting)
and
made
patient
to
go
out
of
room
with
vax
jelly
all
over
body
parts.
Patient
had
to
stand
out
and
clean
body
parts.
And
they
once
again
started
talking
in
real
unprofessional
way.
I
vouch
that
there
can't
be
a
worse
doctor
than
this.
Clinic
should
take
action
and
provide
training
on
patient
handling
behaviour
and
how
to
treat
professionally
a
senior
citizen.
I
am
not
sure
about
his
professional
knowledge
but
certainly
he
lacks
in
manner.
And
then
clinic
informed
that
next
doctor
would
be
coming
after
10
AM
so
we
need
to
wait
for
another
45
minutes.
Why
should
clinic
fix
appointment
when
doctors
are
visiting
after
10
AM
?
Is
there
no
value
of
patient's
time
?
Overall
a
horrible
experience
at
this
clinic
and
I
strongly
recommend
not
to
visit
this
clinic.
There
are
far
better
Apollo
clinics
across
chennai
and
this
should
be
avoided.
