The Poonamallee Grt is located opposite to the flyover at left side. Parking was good and security helped for parking the vehicle closely. One of the entrance was blocked which lead to first floor. This day was after akshya tridhi, we felt like going to a restaurant at lunch time and asking for breakfast tiffin and you lucky get that.We got the exact Design which we wanted. They tried to show us all the collections they had and compared to previous visit the welcoming and hospitality wasn't the same. Do wear a mask and encourage everyone wearing mask.

Highly crowded area. Taking too much time to complete the purchase. Specially on billing counter. Everything asking for full address and contact details. Need to develop some software for auto updating the address based on mobile number provided. Also quality is detoriating comparably which is a real concern area.

Good place to invest and buy ornamental gold and silver jewelry in Poonamallee. Quality of service is awesome. Especially staffs like Archana & Rajesh were too kind and helps customers to choose the best based on their needs. However, the making charges are slightly expensive then many other jelwers.

Visited today. Good place and customer service, offering video conferencing mode purchase. Really a good option. The following review is an old experience, No change in that. GRT has good name, But they are trying to convert customers into dumb terminal by creating situation like begger and creting bargaining situation for the actual cost, they simply increase the price from actual rate and acting like we are reducing some small amount (it's actual cost-if you visit other big shops, you will realise they will never keep on scribblings on paper like contact many people to get actual amount to be paid by customer). Customer should realise this, Spending thousands and morethan lakhs and begging then for 100 rupees or whatever. Even GRT to should maintain some professional ethics, When customer trying to realise themselves and you are acting like you are trying to reduce some amount (but it's not true) then it may be difficult time for GRT. Juice and coffee customers should think of it. Ruthramoorthy - Good, Patience in replying to our queries tirelessly, I'm happy and satisfied with overall.

Customer management should be done in a better way. Just to make you buy stuff n get away immediately from counter, I was given false info about the size and fitting for baby. After selecting the jewelry, we asked for suggestion from salesperson whether it'll fit baby well. He placed the jewel on baby and mentioned that it'll suit her. After reaching home realized that it's too loose for the baby. You guys charge same price as any other store, please do some better customer care, else you'll lose trust of long-term customers just like you've lost mine now.
